3월 중순, 노란 개나리꽃이 살짝 눈을 뜰 때, 때 아닌 폭설로 계절은 다시 겨울로 돌아가려는 모양이다. 이른 아침 기차에 올라 차분히 숨을 고른다. 저마다 각자의 목적지를 향해 기차에 오른 사람들, 제법 쌀쌀한 날씨에 겨울 옷차림을 하고 의자에 깊숙이 앉아 휴식을 취한다. 창밖 풍경에 이런저런 생각을 하다가 훌쩍 시간이 지나 어느새 기차는 포항역에 도착했다.

암반 발파시에는 장약의 선택과 적정량의 산출 여부에 따라 소음, 진동, 분진 및 비석양이 크게 달라진다. 뿐만 아니라, 이들은 안전 및 환경적 공해요인이 된다. 따라서 본 연구는 암반발파시의 안전을 도모하고 환경공해문제를 최소화 하기 위하여, 폭약의 선택 및 취급안전, 암반 발파시의 안전대책, 소음방지대책, 분진방지대책 및 비석방지대책 등에 관한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine causality closely about the mediating effect of management entity's self-checking between effects that not only mobilization for regular patrol of the relevant administrative agency, but also checking for Preventive Safety Guidance have on fire correspondence. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, not only mobilization for regular patrol of the relevant administrative agency, but also preventive safety guidance all together have been revealed to have an positive effect on management entity's self-checking. Results of these analysis have been revealed that the more not only the number of mobilization for regular patrol of the relevant administrative agency, but also the numbers of preventive safety guidance and fire fighting safety supervisor's self-checking are many, the more capability of not only management entity, but also fire fighting safety supervisor's self checking heighten. Second, not only mobilization for regular patrol of the relevant administrative agency, but also checking investigation for preventive safety guidance have been revealed to have an positive effect on fire correspondence. Results of these analysis have been revealed that the more not only the number for regular patrol of the relevant administrative agency, but also the number of fire fighting safety supervisor's checking times for preventive safety guidance are many, the more fire correspondence for the apartment house are being fulfilled much better. Finally, it has been found that both mobilization for regular patrol of the relevant administrative agency and management entity's self-checking have an effect on fire correspondence. Therefore, the effect that the relevant administrative agency's mobilization for regular patrols and preventive safety guidance, and management entity's self-checking have on fire correspondence was analyzed into what the relevant administrative agency's mobilization for regular patrols and preventive safety guidance is not only significant to do self-checking of management entity at the first stage, but also the relevant administrative agency's mobilization for regular patrols, and preventive safety guidance, and management entity's self-checking have an mediating effect in the relation between influences that have on fire correspondence.

According to construction work of No. 2 Lotte world, the alternative pier is under construction in Dongsam-dong Yeongdo-gu to accommodate small boats. As a result of that, in order to procure route of small boats passage,0-2 Anchorage used to bunkering or waiting for berth should be reduced, 220m. It is expected that the risk of passage and congestion around the anchorage could be increased because of the traffic of small boat using the alternative pier. Therefore, it is needed to enlarge the O-2 Anchorage 250m toward to inner breakwater. According to result of analyzing traffic circumstance and weather condition of anchorage near the Busan inner fairway, and to procure of alternative anchorage in order to resolve the problem caused by reduction of O-2 Anchorage, no problems incurred. In conclusion, reduction & enlargement of area of new O-2 Anchorage is expected to resolving of congestion & reducing of risk of traffic at O-2 Anchorage, and to operating O-2 Anchorage, efficiently.

This paper focused on the continuing the citizen safety, the contributing the local economy's activation, and the improving the safe and the social walfare on the civil environment. Seoul metropolitan nominated the model village the Buggaja 2 dong of the Seodaemoon-gu for the making safe village in the 2013. It is designed the village map for the safe life, discovered the dangerous factor about the various and social facilities which is a road, a walking way, a school, a enjoy place for the children, a Thema place, the leasure place, facilities etc., and improved the model village for the incident's and accident's reduction education and training from 2011 to 2013. The results on the discovering and improving activities by the resilient safe monitoring activity, in the 2011 the village is reduced the 23 people from the 151 people to the 128 people in the dead number into the total citizen 34,000 during a year, is showed the excellent values, which the dead people reduced the 23 people in the village, which the safe-life result was over the 12.8% in the national average. For the making resilient city, for the supporting the visitors which it looks around the safe-life model village, the tracking road map is designed, and the tenth safe life factors is showed.

본 논문에서는 자기효능감(Self-efficacy belief)과 산업재해의 관계에 대한 분석을 수행하였다. 먼저 연구의 예비 단계에서는 크게 세 그룹 즉, 현장의 작업자, 현장 및 안전관련 자문업체에 근무하는 안전 관리자, 그리고 산업안전에 관계되는 정부기관 종사자 등을 대상으로 집중면접(Focus group interview)을 실시하였고, 이 집중면접의 결과를 근거로 하여 연구의 본 단계에서 적용될 설문지를 개발하였다. 본 설문지는 산업안전, 산업안전교육프로그램의 평가, 산업안전교육을 향상시키기 위한 방법, 자기만족, 스트레스, 산업재해율, 그리고 인구사회학적요인관련 정보 등과 관련되는 효능감을 평가 하도록 설계되었고, 총 917명(현장작업자: 542명, 안전 관리자: 210명, 정부기관종사자: 165명)에게 설문조사를 시행하였다. 주요 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 작업자 그룹의 경우에 안전관련 효능감과 관련한 세 가지 요인(자기관리, 사회적 지원, 환경관리)은 해당 회사의 산업재해율과 부(negative)의 상관관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 안전효능감이 높은 현장 작업자는 낮은 현장작업자들과 비교하여 안전관련 수칙을 더 잘 지키고, 자기 인생에 대한 만족도가 더 높으며, 스트레스의 정도가 더 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 안전관리자의 경우에 안전효능감은 안전교육 프로그램의 효율성과 정(positive)의 상관관계를 그리고 해당회사의 산업재해율과는 부(negative)의 상관관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 정부기관 종사자의 경우에는 경력이 길고 높은 지위에 있을수록 산업안전관리관련 안전효능감이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

'동북아시아 경제중심도시'를 꿈꾸는 인천의 포부에 큰 몫을 담당할 이곳은 현재 곳곳에서 공사가 한창이다. 내로라하는 건설사들이 실력을 발휘하는 가운데 그중에서도 단연 돋보이는 현장이 있다. 바로 우미건설이 최고급 주거단지를 목표로 시공하고 있는 '인천청라 린 스트라우스 주상복합 신축공사 현장'이 그것이다. '린 스타라우스 현장'은 총 4개동(41~42층) 590세대 아파트 및 450세대 오피스텔을 짓는 사업으로, 청라 최중심의 상업시설에 랜드마크 건물로 지어지고 있다. 견실한 우미건설의 브랜드에 더해준 수준 높은 시공능력도 세간의 이목을 받는 이유지만 이곳 현장이 주목을 받는 이유는 따로 있다. '물 샐 틈 없는 전방위 안전관리'로 사업시작이래 단 한건의 사고도 허락지 않고 무재해현장을 이어가고 있다는 점이 바로 그것. 무엇이 이곳을 우수 안전현장으로 이끌로 있는지 직접 찾아가 살펴보았다.

안전한 도시환경에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 다양한 안전도 측정 모델을 통해 안전도를 측정하여 범죄 예방활동, 재난예측 분야에 적용하고 있다. 안전도 측정 모델을 통해 도로의 안전도 수치를 정량화하여 안전도관련 데이터가 맵핑된 지도와 같은 실제 보행자가 이용할 수 있는 서비스에 대한 필요가 증가하고 있다. 기존의 모델은 적용분야가 구체적이지 않고 모델을 서비스에 적용하기가 어렵고 정량화된 값을 제시하는 모델이 없어 수치가 의미하는 바를 명확히 알 수 없다. 따라서 공공데이터를 활용하여 "도로 안전지수 측정모델"을 개발하여 값을 얻고 이를 구성하는 각각의 공공 데이터를 지도상에 보여주고자 한다.

여성과 아동은 도보로 이동 시 성범죄, 아동대상 범죄 등에 쉽게 노출된다. 따라서 오늘날 여성, 아동 범죄를 예방하고 생활하는 지역의 범죄 안전도, 위험도를 알 수 있는 웹 서비스의 필요성이 요구된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 안전 길 찾기 경로 알고리즘과 안전지도 웹 서비스를 구축하여 사람들이 안전하게 이동하며 생활주변 위험에 스스로 관심을 가지고 대처할 수 있기를 바란다.

휠체어 사용자의 이동을 방해하는 요소에는 도로의 경사도, 보도 턱과 같은 물리적인 장벽이 있다. 하지만 물리적 장벽을 직접적으로 제거하기에는 한계가 있고, 힘든 곳들도 많다. 이러한 도로사정 속에서 휠체어 사용자들의 이동상의 어려움을 줄이기 위해 목적지까지 안전하게 이동 가능한 길에 대한 정보를 제공하는 시스템, 가디안을 제안한다. 가디안은 웹 상의 지도 서비스에 수치지도의 정보를 추가하여 도로 경사도 및 기타 장애시설의 정보를 제공한다. 또한, 도로마다 색상의 농도에 따른 안전함의 정도를 표시하고, 사용자 참여기능을 이용하여 도로의 돌발상황 상태를 입력하고 확인할 수 있으며, 보호자와의 실시간 연결 기능을 통해 혼자서 이동하는 두려움을 제거하여 안전한 이동의 완성도를 추구하였다. 여기서는 가디안 시스템의 구조 및 구현을 보인다.
