반려동물을 입양하는 가구수는 매년 증가하고 있고 반려인과 반려동물들의 길거리 치안은 위협받고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 반려인이 반려동물과 함께 안전한 외출을 할 수 있도록 '반려동물과 함께하는 안심산책 지도' 애플리케이션을 제안한다. 본 연구의 애플리케이션은 Geofence API를 사용해 안심등급을 산출하여 반려인들과 반려동물을 보다 안전한 환경에 있도록 한다.

우리나라의 명실상부한 최고 휴양지. 외국인들이 가장 찾고 싶어하는 곳. 바로 제주도를 이르는 말이다. 제주도는 지난 11월 12일 '뉴세븐원더스(New7wonders)'에 의해 '세계 7대 자연경관'으로 선정됐다. 이를 통해 제주도는 우리나라 국민들은 물론, 전세계인들에게 관광지 및 자연유산의 산실로 더욱 큰 사랑을 받을 것으로 전망된다. 최근 이곳에 아주 의미있는 건물이 들어서고 있다. 바로 제주세계자연유산센터다. 제주의 관광을 상징하고 국제적 위상에 걸 맞는 탐방인프라를 구축하고자 추진해 온 세계자연유산센터는 지난해 8월 착공에 들어가 내년 6월에 준공될 계획에 있다. 이 센터는 제주 자연유산의 관리 및 보전을 위한 연구와 모니터링 활동을 하게 된다. 쉽게 말해 제주도의 모든 자연 문화적 유산을 이 제주세계자연유산센터에서 통괄적으로 관리, 운영하게 되는 것이다. 이렇게 사회적으로 큰 의미가 있는 제주세계자연유산센터가 만약 안전하지 못하다면? 안전이 확보되지 않는 공정과 시민들의 안전을 담보지 못하는 시설이라면, 전세계인은 물론 지역민, 국내관광객 모두에게 외면 받을 수 밖에 없다. 때문에 이곳 건설현장은 '안전'을 최고의 가치로 여기며 공사를 진행하고 있다. 제주도를 찾는 국내외 관광객들의 쉼터이자 길라잡이 역할을 하게 될 제주세계자연유산센터가 안전하게 만들어지는 과정을 한 번 들여다 봤다.

본 논문에서는 도시 개발현장의 재해저감시설 중 하나인 침사지겸 저류지의 효과평가를 위한 모니터링 방안을 제시하였다. 전 지구적으로 기온이 급격히 상승하고 있으며 이상 자연현상이 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 특히 우리나라는 매년 태풍에 영향을 받고 여름에 강수량이 집중되고 있다. 개발 중 지표면이 침식에 노출되고 불투수면적의 증가로 홍수위험이 높아져 재해영향평가제도에 따라 침사지겸 저류지를 설치하여 토사의 하천 유출을 방지하고, 첨두유출을 완화시키고 있다. 설치 시 외국의 경험식과 재해영향평가서 기준 기상청 관측대의 30년 빈도 강우량을 사용하고 있으나, 유형 및 제원의 적절성의 효과평가 방안이 부재하다. 향후 이상기후로 강하고 잦은 폭우가 예상되며, 이로 인한 홍수 피해를 예방하기 위한 침사지겸 저류지에 대한 효과 평가 방안이 필요하다. 이에 침사지겸 저류지의 재해저감 효과평가를 위해 타 재해저감시설 모니터링 체계 분석을 통해 수위값과 퇴사위 계측을 활용한 침사지 겸 저류지의 모니터링 방안을 도출하였다.

원자력발전소에 사용되는 직류전원계통은 발전소 운전제어에 필요한 전원을 공급한다. 축전지는 교류전원 상실시 전원이 회복될 때까지 발전소의 계통상태를 감시할 수 있는 계측제어설비의 전원공급과 발전소의 안전정지 등에 대비한 비상전원을 공급하는 설비이다. 발전소 직류전원계통용 축전지에 대한 설계 및 유지보수에 사용되는 국내 외 기술기준과 축전지 용량 및 동작책무 그리고 안전등급 축전지가 공급하는 부하, 축전지의 점검 및 성능시험에 대해서 살펴보았다. 현재 전기자동차에 사용될 축전지와 신재생에너지의 출력변동 보상용 축전지에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 향후 축전지의 연구개발로 축전지 형식이 납축전지에서 기타 다른 우수한 방식의 축전지로 변경하기 위해서는 사용될 축전지의 특성, 배터리관리시스템, 축전지에 대한 원자력발전소용 기술기준의 개발에 관한 연구들이 진행되어야 할 것이다.

As community revitalization among local residents is currently emphasized, village regeneration projects and village culture activation projects are being promoted in various ways based on the participation of residents. Community mapping is one of the projects in which the residents of the community propose and improve the problems of the community as subjects. This community mapping draws residents's interest in the village through the process in which residents directly map the major issues in the village and makes it possible to draw the voluntary participation of the residents in deciding village plans and policies. In this study, we used community mapping to develop a safety map application for interactive communication of local residents. The developed app enables local residents to directly upload and share information on local issues and problems. In addition, the purpose is to find ways to share and improve safety related issues and problems of the village with relevant administrative agencies using the developed app.

Recent disasters are a complex and growing trend. In order to effectively prepare for and respond to disasters that occur without notice, it is very important to use scientific information related to disaster and safety in addition to the standardized disaster safety information that is used. In this paper, we searched and selected major journals in the field of disaster & safety and conducted various network analysis studies using the classification scheme for development of integrated metadata for disaster & safety information developed through Disaster & Safety Information Sharing Platform R&D project as well as KSCD. Also, we have constructed and analyzed citation network, co-authorship network and keyword network through data identification and preprocessing of research paper contents. As a result of this study, based on the network constructed by information analysis unit, the network structure between core domestic and foreign journals, major research institutes, core keywords and individual information by disaster & safety type was identified in detail, and the analysis results were presented on a case-by-case basis.

본 논문에서는 충청남도 지자체 최초로 시행하고 있는 영유아 교통안전용품 지원사업에 대한 목적과 운영방법에 대해 소개하고 있다. 영유아 교통안전용품 보급사업에 대한 기대효과와 본 사업이 전국적으로 확산되는 것을 제언하고자 한다.
