Our purpose is to specify behavior and environmental factors aimed at reducing the exposed dosage caused by PET-CT and to develop radiation safety management guidelines adequate for domestic circumstances. We have used a multistep-multimethod as the methodological approach to design and to carry out the research both in quality and quantity, including an analysis on previous studies, professional consultations and a survey. The survey includes responses from 139 practitioners in charged of 109 PET-CTs installed throughout Korea(reported by the Korean Society of Nuclear Medicine, 2010). The research use 156 questions using Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ (alpha) coefficients which were: 0.818 for "the necessity of setting and installing the radiation protective environment"; 0.916 for "the necessity of radiation protection", "setting and installing the radiation protective environment"; and 0.885 for "radiation protection". The check list, derived from the radiation safety management guidelines focused on behavior and environment, was composed of 20 items for the radiation protective environment: including 5 items for the patient; 4 items for the guardian; 3 items for the radiologist; and 8 items applied to everyone involved; for a total of 26 items for the radiation protective behavior including: 12 items for the patient; 1 item for the guardian, 7 items for the radiologist; and 6 items applied to everyone involved. The specific check list is shown in(Table 5-6). Since our country has no safety management guidelines of its own to reduce the exposed dosage caused by PET-CTs, we believe the guidelines developed through this study means great deal to the field as it is not only appropriate for domestic circumstances, but also contains specific check lists for each target who may be exposed to radiation in regards to behavior and environment.

This study was conducted to examine the effect of organizational safety culture on radiologists' awareness of patient safety and safety behavior. The study was conducted based on the results of the survey, and the survey was divided into three factors: general characteristics, efforts for patient safety, and patient safety culture. As a result of the study, age, work experience, and work satisfaction were influencing factors in general characteristics, and gender, academic background, and work type were not included as factors affecting differences in patient safety awareness. In efforts for patient safety, hospital support and education, patient safety activities, and how to respond to errors were all influencing factors, especially how to respond to errors were more relevant than other items. The patient safety culture was analyzed on two items: teamwork and open communication, and both items were highly related to radiologists' awareness of patient safety.

This study presents the direction of data triggers and elements to be recorded in automated vehicles in the future in relation to the event data recorder (EDR) and data storage system for automated driving (DSSAD). It does not distinguish between the EDR and DSSAD, but suggests data triggers and elements in preparation for overall automated vehicle accidents and dangerous situations. To propose, the current status of discussions on EDR/DSSAD internationally and the case of investigating accidents with automated vehicles under temporary driving licenses in Korea were analyzed. Based on the analysis, the direction of data triggers and elements of the EDR/DSSAD of automated vehicles were presented.

본 연구에서는 해운기업의 안전관리체제 운영 지원과 시스템 운영 모니터링 및 운영성과 평가도구로 활용할 수 있는 안전 관리체제 운영평가 지표를 개발하였다. 이 지표를 이용하여 안전관리체제 도입을 준비하고 있는 기업이나, 기도입하여 유지 발전시키고자 하는 기업에게 운영 단계별 필요한 지식을 알기 쉽게 종합 수록하여 상시 활용할 수 있는 지침서 내지 컨설턴트 역할을 할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 자체 내부심사 시 및 시스템 운영성과 평가 시 평가도구로 활용하여 시스템의 지속적인 개선 및 발전에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 이 지표는 크게 대 기준 11개 항목, 중 기준 35개 항목, 소 기준 447개 항목으로 구성되어 있다.

지금까지 원전 계측제어계통은 안전을 위한 보수적인 설계기준을 적용하여 아날로그 기기를 사용하여 설계되었다. 그러나 최근에는 아날로그 기기의 생산 중단으로 기기 및 장비의 예비품 조달에 어려움을 겪게 되었고, 점차 복잡하면서도 편리한 기능에 대한 사용자 요구로 인해 디지털 기기의 사용이 확대되고 있는 추세이다. 프로그램 가능한 논리제어기 (Programmable Logic Controller:PLC)는 기존의 산업체에서 널리 사용되고 있지만, 높은 수준의 안전성 기준 때문에 일부 극소수의 PLC만이 원자력에 적용되고 있는 실정이다. 최근 국내에서도 원전 안전등급의 보호, 제어 및 감시계통에 디지털 기기의 적용을 위해 많은 노력을 하고 있다. 원전 계측제어계통의 디지털화는 부품 단종 및 설비 노후화 문제 등을 해결할 수 있는 장점이 있는 반면에 디지털화로 인한 새로운 안전 현안이 제기될 수 있다. PLC를 기반으로 하는 원전 계측제어계통은 안전등급의 보호, 제어 및 감시 기능을 수행하게 되므로, 고신뢰도 소프트웨어 적용등의 안전계통 개발에서 요구하는 요건을 만족해야 한다. 따라서 상용 또는 신규 개발되는 PLC를 사용하여 발전소보호계통을 구현할 경우에 적용 가능한 기술기준 및 계통요건이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 발전소보호계통에 적용하기 위한 PLC 평가 항목을 개발하고, 각 부분별 평가 항목에 대해 소개한다.

In this study, we have conducted a survey of AHP technique through the ocean experts to derive new items and revise assessment items and indices for risk of sunken ships based on the survey results. As a result of the survey, two new items such as accident cause and tidal current are derived. And it shows that existing items such as toxic liquid substance, remaining oil and explosive gas which were evaluated as one group are desirable to be evaluated respectively. Accordingly, we analyze the indices of the new eleven assessment items adjusted from the existing seven assessment items. As a result, the indices are ordered by toxic liquid substance, possibility of leaking, explosive gas, carrying capacity of fuel oil, sensitivity of sea environment, marine traffic environment, cause of accident, tidal current, keel clearance, ship type, and ship size. Especially, as compared with the indices of existing assessment items, the indices of sensitivity of sea environment and possibility of leaking are higher and the index of keel clearance is lower.

This study was conducted to improve correct judgement of HACCP evaluation items in poultry farm. The importance levels and score of each HACCP evaluation item was derived through the non-compliance rate and severity levels of hazard. The total score of HACCP evaluation items of the pre-requisite management section was 200 points and the HACCP management section was developed to have a total of 100 points. Implementation of the result of this study to poultry farm may help to produce safer and hygienic chicken and egg production. For a more objective assessment, detailed criteria should be developed according to the score of each HACCP evaluation item.

최근 다양한 모바일 기기의 보급과 함께 향상된 모바일 컴퓨팅 환경으로 인해 게임서비스의 트렌드가 빠르게 모바일 환경으로 변화하고 있다. 그러나 모바일 게임서비스의 그 역사가 아직까지 길지 않아 보안 수준평가를 위한 점검항목들이 충분히 개발되지 못하였다. 이에 기존에 알려진 모바일 게임 관련 보안 취약점을 분석하여 게임 내 보안수준을 평가하기 위한 사전 점검항목을 열거해보도록 한다.
