대한설비건설협회 가스시공지원실은 규제 강화로 인한 민원발생 해결을 위해 지난 2013년 7월 25일 개정된 도시가스사업법 시행규칙 제20조의2의 "특정가스사용시설" 규정에 대한 시정조치를 비롯해 도시가스사업법 시행규칙 제48조의 가스사용시설 변경에 따른 안전조치 규제 및 도시가스사업법 시행규칙 별표7의 가스계량기와 타 시설물과의 이격 거리 등을 완화해 줄 것을 산업통상자원부에 건의했다.

미국이 자국내 철강제 수입에 대한 관세부과 조치가 세계적인 문제가 되고 있는 시점에서, 러시아에 수출되고 있는 미국산 닭고기에서 살모넬라 등 위생에 문제가 될 수 있는 병원균이 검출되었다는 보도를 미국은 무역보복조치로 해석하고 있어 무역전쟁을 실감케 하고 있다. 축산물에 대한 안전이 식품의 안전성에 직결된다는 의식을 갖고 있는 우리나라의 배합사료제조회사들은, 자발적으로 가축에게 급여하는 사료에 대한 안전과 위생관리를 위하여 ISO는 물론 까다로운 것으로 알려진 HACCP 제도를 도입하고 있다. 이러한 노력이 종합적이고 기본적인 단계에 해당하는 양계농가에서도 함께 진행될 때 더욱 효과적인 결과를 얻을 수 있으리라 생각되어 살모넬라에 대한 일본의 농가단위 위생대책을 소개한다.

독일 원자력 발전소에서는 포괄적인 방화 연구의 한 부분으로써 방화에 관한 분석과 그것을 최적화 할 수 있는 확률론적 방법을 개발하였다. 그 일반적인 흐름을 살펴보면, 미국의 화재 위험성 분석의 방법을 따랐으며, 세밀한 부분에서는 약간의 수정을 한 것이다. 먼저, 선정된 공장지역에서의 화재 사건 경로(fire event tree)는 화재가 발생했을 때, 방화 조치와 안전시스템을 능 수동적으로 고려해서 설정된다. 방화 조치와 안전 시스템에 있어서의 실패 모델(failure model)은 발화 후 시간과 화재 영향과 같은 일상적인 변수와 관련해서 생긴다. 이러한 관련성은 일차(first-order) 시스템의 신뢰성 이론을 적절히 이용해서 화재 사건 경로를 분석할 때 알 수 있다. 더불어 화재가 발생했을 떠 방화 시스템의 실패 빈도, event paths의 상대적인 비중, 이러한 path내에서의 방화 조치 그리고 실패모델의 변수 등은 모두 시간 함수로 계산된다. 이러한 자료에 근거를 두고, 방화의 최적화는 주로 event path, 방화조치와 비중이 가장 큰 변수를 수정함으로써 가능하게 된다. 이것은 독일의 1300 MW PWR reference plant를 예를 들어서 증명될 것이다. 또한 충고를 받아들여서 수정을 하는 것은 발전소 직원과 화재 피해의 위험성을 줄일 수 있다는 것을 보여주고 있다.

Since the Personal Information Protection Act was enacted in 2011, it has played a role in safely protecting people's personal information and protecting their rights. Personal information controller must comply with the duty of safeguards for safe personal information management. Even though administrative regulation is an accompanying issue, it is not clear to whom, when and how it applies. According to the imposition of duties, the scope, standards, safety measures, procedures, etc. for the target person should be clearly and specifically specified, but the current legal system is insufficient .In this study, problems and reasonable improvement plans were presented for the classification criteria for applicable subjects, the criteria for the criteria for determining the targets, and the criteria for measures to ensure safety. Through this, we intend to contribute to enhancing the effectiveness of the system by presenting reasonable measures by clarifying and specifying the scope and standards of application.

Establish standards and review procedures for on-site implementation of the emergency response plan required to establish by substances requiring preparation for accidents. Investigated for the examination content and standards for Process Safety Management (PSM) and Safety Management System (SMS). Safety Management System operator's comments and problems to be expected in the review process. Standards for on-site implementation and review of a person's ability to do the job does not require a high level of expertise. However, it has been created mainly to determine whether appropriate items to be included in the report and the contents presented.
