Recently there are many changes of logistics environment Such as integrated logistics information system, the rapid growth of the domestic and international small package express service and third party logistics with Electronic Commerce. At this time it is very important to deliver to customers the goods sold through EC speedy, accurately and safely. That is to say, the role of small package express service is very important at EC times. The bottlenecks of small package express service in the circumstances of EC are the weakness of EC operating company and small package express service provider the shortage of distribution centre and cargo terminal, the shortage of skilled man with related small package express service etc. So, I suggested that for activation of EC it is necessary to strengthen the strategic alliances, introduce GPS and use the third party logistics positively in the side of small package express service provider. And it is necessary to prepare for the settlements of traffic problems, support the introduction of integrated logistics service, logistics information system, deregulate restriction such as weight limit of vehicles in the side of the government. And to government support throughout extending nation's SOC, deregulation, support to small package express service terminal, permit to stopping & parking in downtown, abolishing a no passing zone, permit to being employed foreigner. Also this service involves ensuring that the product will arrive when wanted, and in an undamaged condition.

After the industrial revolution, quantity production system has made the life of mankind rich and to fulfill the consumer's desire competitive power of the enterprise constantly make has made effort in quality, price and engineering department not remaining simple manufactures. But in such a change production lacked safety. Consequently, the main study studied in return domestic organization which produces a chemistry fiber rope to be used fact vessel or as a athletic equipment safety countermeasure. One of the assesment method on product liability, Checklist is showed that It can be used not as an evaluation but as a development factor of company. Also, checklist that used a study could expect that assist the company of management structure as well as improvement of product safety.

주거환경에서 거주자의 '시각만족(residents' satisfaction with visual appearance)은 더 큰 추상적 개념인 '주거만족'(residents' housing satisfaction)과의 밀접한 인과적 관련(Francescato et. al., 1979) 때문뿐만 아니라 인간 기본 욕구 중의 하나인 미적 욕구의 충족과 관련되어 있다는 점(Chin, 1991)에서도 중요시 되어야 할 이론적 개념이다. 본 연구에서는 거주자의 시각만족을 종속지표로 보고, 다양한 영향 가설변수들과의 인과 적 관련도를 경로분석(path analysis)을 통해 검증하고 있으며, 어떤 변수 가 어떤 이유(경로)로 또는 얼마만한 크기로 거주자의 시각만족에 영향을 주는 가가 중점적으로 토의된다. 한국의 6개 대단위 주거단지로부터 다단 계표집 방법과 설문면담 방법을 통해 646명의 응답이 수거되었다. 분석의 첫 단계로써, 다수의 설문문항을 본 연구의 가설 변수로 집약하기 위한 요 인분석(factor analysis)이 사용되었고, 요인 분석으로부터 추출된 변수들간 의 인과적 관련도를 검증하기 위해 최종적으로 경로분석이 사용되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약해 볼 때, 본 연구의 가설 변수 대부분이 최종 종속변 수인 거주자의 '시각만족'에 유의한 인과 영향을 보이는 것으로 나타났으 며, 구체적으로 '시각적 무질서'(visual disorder), '시각적 단조로움'(visual monotony), '단지 과밀감'(development crowding) 등이 부정적 영향을, '시 각적 매력'(visual attractiveness)과 '인근 자연녹지의 존재'(presence of nearby natural environment)등이 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었 다. 그 외에도 '옥외공간이용 편리'(outdoor or recreation convenience)와 ' 이웃만족'(satisfaction with neighbors), 그리고 '주거환경 유형'(building type, building arrangement type)등도 유의한 인과적 관련을 보이므로써, 기존 문헌들이 제시하고 있는 것보다 훨씬 다양한 변수들이 다양한 경로를 통해 거주자 시각만족의 영향인자가 될 수 있는 가능성을 제시하고 있다. 가설 변수의 하나인 '길찾기의 난이 정도'(difficulty of way-finding)와 종 속변수간에 유의한 관련도가 나타나지 않은 이유로 길찾기 변수가 '시각만 족'보다는 거주자의 '안전만족'(safety)과 관련된 변수일 가능성도 아울러 지적되었다. 본 연구의 결과로부터, 주거 계획 및 설계분야 그리고 추후 관 련 연구 분야를 위한 여러 제안들이 제시되었다.

With the advent of high-speed communications networks, many authentication and access control systems are being introduced to combat network security issues like system hacking. But the fact is that the security systems for protecting information used in these networks are themselves weak. In response to the mounting demands of existing users, there is a clear need for a new authentication system that provides both safety and reliability. This research presents an authentication method with excellent access authorization (explicit and implicit authentication) and safety performance, demonstrated through its use in online networks.

It is time to bring more stable and reliable authentication system that would meet the Internet user's need. In this study, Current broadband networks don't have hierarchic and stable authentication solutions. And so, an integrated and hierarchic system is needed to provide a various kinds of application services.

전 세계가 하나의 Global 시대로 전환되면서 국적에 관계없이 기업의 생존이 소비자들의 욕구 를 충족시키는 능력에 따라 결정되는 시대가 되었다. 우리나라의 경우에도 경제협력개발기구(OECD)에 가입한 상황에서앞으로 21C는 외국기업 및 제품들이 자유경쟁적으로 우리시장에 선 보이게 될 전망이 며 우리기업의 제품도 외국에서 다른나라 제품과 치열한 경쟁을 하여야 할 전망이다. 따라서 우리나라 에서도 질이 나쁜 수입품으로부터 국내제품과 소비자를 보호하고 외국으로 수출된 국내제품이 그 나라 에서 이미 시행되고 있는 규제들에 의해 피해를 입지 않ㄷ록 하는 방안이나 정부규제가필요하게 되었는데, 그 중에 대표적인 것이 제조물 책임법(Product Liability)인 것이다. 본 연구에서는 첫째, 외국의 제조물 책임법 시행 현황 및 우리나라 제조물 책임법 시행안에 대해 조사하였으며 둘째, 국내외 제조물 책임 사고 사례를 수집하여 제조물책임법 시행이 소비자와 기업에 미치는 영향등에 대해 분석하였다. 연구결과, 이미 제조물책임법이 시행되어 정착화 되어있는 선진 여러나라의 경우 각국의 제조물책임법 내용은 그 나라의 국가경제, 사회적여건, 자국민을 보호한다는 관점에서 조금씩 차이점을 보이고 있었으며 제조물책임법의 영향 또한 각국의 상황에따라 긍정적 혹은 부정적 영향을 끼치고 있었다. 우리나라의 경우 제품의 안전성을 향상시키기 위해서는 정부의 체계적 정책수립 뿐만 아니라 기업의 제조물책임에 관한 인식 전환 및 대책이 필요한 것으로 조사되었다.

I'd like to present a new authentication system which is based on unified web authentication design. It will unit various authentication systems that have been deployed in various network environment and reinforce network security to provice a various kinds of application services in a stable and safe environment. that is a simple and more secure method for fighting a rise in card-not-present fraud.

The security law and security industry of Japan have a great impact on Korea. In a modern sense, there are little large disparities between the two nations in the history and development of private security. However, the way they look at private security is not the same in large part. In Japan, private security companies are highly regarded by Japanese people as organizations that guarantee their safety, owing to the efforts of private security companies themselves, the National Security Association and civic groups. Private security has especially been approved and supported since it was decided in the anticrime cabinet council in December, 2003, in line with the action plan for the realization of anticrime society to boost private security as an industry to ensure people's safety in daily routine life by curbing crimes that might pose a threat to peaceful life. Afterwards, there has been a dynamic collaboration between the Japanese police and private security in terms of education, crime prevention, disaster prevention/restoration and everyday life safety. As for Korea, the necessity of cooperation between private security and the police is increasingly stressed, and it's required to strengthen their partnership to ensure successful crime prevention in consideration of Japanese partnership cases. In Japan, the police, civic groups, the security association and security companies make every effort to satisfy Japanese people's safety needs in diverse ways and take disaster-prevention measures as well.

Citizens'income has been increased along with the trend of rapid changes in society, and the quality of their lives has been improved as well. As much as the degree of increase of quality of life, the number of spectators for performing art events, etc. who desire to fulfill their needs for enjoyment of varied cultural performances have been increasing, and also a large number of spectators enjoys a variety of festivals being held in each provincial area as well as international events: we still remember such frantic rooting shown by citizens during 2002 World Cup drawing attention and interest of entire nation. There are always risks of loss of human lives if accidents occur as there sult of close-packed crowd gathered at the same time. Therefore, it is required to prepare adequate security measures in order to prevent various accidents before hand. It is hoped that this research work would be of help for further efficient and systematic security management for the performing arts centers or public theaters encouraging the event organizer and the private security firm and the Korea Private Security Association to exert great effort and investments in further projects for development of security technology. Also, it is required to build a performance culture to consider audience's safety first from the beginning to the end of the event on the basis of efficient security management. Furthermore, spect at or sare required to recognize the fact that safety in the site for performing arts should be guaranteed for everyone's sake, and, to achieve this, they are obliged to be more cooperative with the event organizer and the private security firm, forming a trinity all together, in order not to have safety threatening situations in the site of performing arts events.

This study aims to verify whether service characteristic factors of theme park, consisting of ease of access, convenience of service, diversity of events and safety of facilities have positive effect on customer satisfaction and, in turn, customer satisfaction on intention of revisit for customers. We conducted surveys on 317 customers having experiences of visiting domestic theme parks and obtained the results that three factors except ease of access have positive effect on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction on intention of revisit. As the further analysis, we checked if customer satisfaction has positive moderating effect on the relationship between four service characteristic factors and intention of revisit. We found that diversity of events and safety of facilities have full moderating effect and convenience of service partial moderating effect, while ease of access has not that effect, which offer implication that theme parks have to make more effort and investments related to diversity of events and safety of facilities to increase possibility of customer revisit.
