This study practically analyzed the relationships of safety awareness and safety practice of the day-care teacher according to the presence of CCTV and in particular, made a practical analysis about whether safety awareness have mediation effects in the relationship between presence of CCTV and safety practice. As a result of T-test analysis, safety awareness and safety practice of the day-care teacher according to the presence of CCTV is different that has been verified. As a result of regression analysis, safety awareness were positively related to safety practice. That is to say, even the mediation effects that the presence of CCTV through safety awareness related to safety practice were verified. As a result, it was concluded that safety awareness factors didn't play mediator roles between presence of CCTV and safety practice.

The safety and health ledger system, which gives the responsibility of safety and health management for construction site workers to the construction project owner, was introduced as part of the overall revision of the Occupational Safety and Health Act. There is a need to explain the system's effectiveness in terms of economic feasibility to solve the execution problem of the system caused by low awareness and implementation rate. In this study, the economic effect of implementing the safety and health ledger system was analyzed using cost-benefit analysis based on the data discussed at the time of the introduction of the system. Results show that creating and managing the design safety and health ledger caused additional costs in implementing the system. As a result of comparing the cost of preparation and the direct and indirect benefits caused by the reduction of industrial accidents, the benefits were evaluated higher than the costs. Thus, it is thought that the safety and health ledger system reduces construction work accidents and generates economic effects.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the trends and contents of the research related to young children safety published in the domestic KCI and the candidate journals from 2010 to 2017. To analyze this, we selected 75 articles related to safety for young children published in the KCI and candidate journals from 2010 to 2017. A total of 75 papers were analyzed for frequency, percentage and ${\chi}^2$ using the SPSS Win 23.0 program. The main results of this study are as follows: First, the articles related to young children safety were published the most in 2016 and 2017 and related to infant safety were the least. Next, more than half of the research methods were conducted by quantitative research methods. The results of this study are meaningful in that it presents the necessity of safety education by analyzing trends and contents of research related to young children safety in situations where safety accidents for young children are frequent and the importance of young children safety is more emphasized. It is expected that this research will provide basic data on research topics such as disaster safety who need further research.

This research was conducted to investigate the economoic effects of aviation safety technology development. The important subjects of aviation safety technology development, aviation accident prevention and damage reduction technique, aircraft safety certification development, BASA promotion in an aircraft class, were included to investigate the economic effects. The survey technique using Benefit-Cost Anlysis was performed and the results showed that aviation safety technology development brought scientific technique effect, industrial and economic effect, and the rest effects. Also, the benefits from aviation safety technology development were much greater than the costs.

육상, 철도, 항공 등 타 교통분야에서 지속적으로 사고와 인명피해가 줄어든 반면, 해양분야는 해양사고가 증가하며 실효적 해양교통안전관리에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 최근 3년간 국내 해상에서 발생한 충돌사고 중 어선을 포함한 충돌사고가 전체의 약 84%를 차지하며, 해상교통의 주요 변수인 어선을 포함한 국가의 해상교통량 파악은 반드시 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 현 정부 국정과제인 '디지털 해상 교통망 구축'과 더불어 해양교통안전관리체계 마련의 일환으로 국내 전체 선박위치발신장치(AIS, V-PASS) 데이터를 활용하여 해상교통량을 분석하고 예측 모델을 개발한다. 이를 위해 선박 밀집도를 통한 그리드별 공간가산분석과 항적 데이터 전처리 및 선형화, 선박 길이에 따른 점용면적 산정을 통한 단위 그리드별 해상교통량을 분석한다. 또한, 과거 교통량 데이터는 딥러닝 기반의 시계열 특성을 지닌 RNN과 LSTM 모델을 활용하여 교통량 예측 모형을 개발한다. 본 연구의 결과는 해상교통량과 해양사고의 연관성 분석 및 속력제한구역 등 해상정책 수립의 정량적 근거를 제공하며, 국민에게 해상교통정보 제공을 통해 교통복지 증진에 기여할 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 원자력발전소의 화재 안전성평가에서 제기되는 화재모델링 불확실성 분석 방법을 검토하고 논의하였다. 원자력발전소의 성능기반 화재 안전성평가에 대해서는 NUREG-1934를, 확률론적 화재 안전성 평가에 대해서는 NUREG/CR-6850를 중심으로 화재 모델링 불확실성 분석 방법을 소개하고 몬테칼로 시뮬레이션을 이용한 불확실성 분석 방법에 대해 논의하였다.

A new quantitative analytical method has been established for the rapid determination of flumethrin in honey products using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Sample was dissolved and extracted in the mixture of water and acetonitrile (1:2). The extracts were purified with silica cartridge eluted by the mixture of hexane and dichloromethane (55:45) and analyzed at 266 nm using HPLC. The percentage recovery of flumethrin spiked in sample was found to be 90.2-97.8% and the limit of detection is 0.003 mg/kg. We validated the method for the linearity, the precision and the reproducibility. We investigated the residues of flumethrin in honey products retailed in market using the established method. Flumethrin was not detected at all among 130 samples of honey.
