This study suggests a method to enhance drone flight path planning and safety evaluation in urban areas using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). As the use of drones in urban environments has been growing rapidly, there is a lack of established methods for path planning and safety evaluation, which leads to a risky approach relying on experimental methods. Therefore, this research takes into account the intricate 3D fluid dynamics between drones and buildings by employing CFD to quantitatively plan flight paths and evaluate their safety. To accomplish this, the study focuses on Gimcheon Innovation City as the target area and collects relevant terrain and building data, and selects prospective flight routes. CFD analysis is then carried out to gather essential data for flight simulations and safety assessment. The safety assessments are conducted based on environmental fluid dynamics when the drone operates along the proposed flight paths

Risk Monster는 한국원자력연구소에서 개발한 risk monitor로서 발전운영시 및 정비계획시 원전의 기기 운영 상태 (=Configuration)의 실제 변경이나 계획시 이에 따른 원전의 안전성 (또는 Risk)를 평가 및 감시하는 시스템이다. 안전성은 노심손상 빈도를 가지고 평가하며 이 Risk Monster의 국내 원전에의 활용, 특히 on-line maintenance시의 활용을 모색하였다. 외국에서처럼 국내 원전에서도 risk monitor를 이용한 on-line maintenance를 실시 하여 원전의 경제성 및 안전성을 향상 시켜야 한다.

산업재해의 발생추이는 통계가 집계되기 시작한 64년 이후 65년 5.91$\%$를 정점으로 등락을 거듭하다 83년부터는 계속해 감속, 98년에는 0.68$\%$를 기록했다. 그러나 사망자수와 영구히 장해가 남는 신체장애자의 발생은 증가하는 추세에 있고, 최근 들어서도 건설현장의 대형재해와 석유산업단지의 폭발사고 등이 연이어 발생하고 있다. 정부는 이에 따라 향후 매년 사망$\cdot$재해자 10$\%$, 근로손실 5$\%$ 감소를 목표로 하는 산업안전선진화 3개년 계획을 추진하기 위한 `신 산업안전선진화기획단`을 출범시키고 본격적인 활동에 들어갔다. 산업재해 발생현황에 대해서 살펴보고 신 산업안전선진화계획의 세부내용을 알아보도록 한다.

최근 도시교통계획분야에 있어서 교통수요의 예측모델 또는 교통정책의 평가 모델로서 비집계(非集計) 모델에 관한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이 비집계모델은 개개의 의사결정단위에 있어서 선택행동을 영역마다 집계하는 것이 아니고 의사결정레벨의 데이터률 그대로 모델로 구성할 경우 이 데이터를 이용함으로써 의사결정단위의 선택행동을 모델화 할 수 있다는 특징을 갖고 있다. 한편 비집계모델의 사용목적은 여러가지로 생각되나 이것을 교통수요의 목적이나 교통정잭의 평가를 위한 모델로 이용할 때는 파라미터의 추정값이나 선택비율의 추정값에 대한 안정성이 매우 중요한 문제가 되고 있다.

Using the CSI(Construction Safety Management Integrated Information) data, a comparative analysis was conducted by work type and construction cost according to whether the construction sites were subject to making a safety management plan or not. As a result, by type of work, the ratio of deaths in non-plan sites was high in mechanical facilities and earthworks, and the operation performance of the system was much higher in sites that were less than 5 billion won of construction cost.

Purpose: It is to present the development direction of the overall 'disaster management implementation process' (tentative name) for the establishment of an effective 'safety management plan' by the government and local governments. Method: To this end, prior research on the 'safety management plan' was reviewed to derive common problems, and the direction of development was suggested by incorporating the 'disaster management execution process' (tentative name) that can solve these problems with the military's 'operational execution process'. Result: Common problems of previous studies can be supplemented through the 'disaster management performance process' (tentative name) presented by this researcher. Conclusion: Through the "disaster management implementation process" (tentative name), the government's basic ideology of disaster management can be finally achieved, "confirming that it is a basic mission of the state and local governments and allowing the people to live in a society that is safe from disasters."

Unlike in the past, port space in modern society not only serves to meet port functions but also other functions such as housing, leisure, and sightseeing. As a result, more and more people are turning into a dense space. Port space, on the other hand, is also a space vulnerable to disasters which can be attributed to geographical and environmental characteristics. Despite the sensitivity if the issue, in Korea disaster prevention and urban planning have not been clearly established. Therefore, there is a need to provide safety and disaster preventive measures in urban planning considering the characteristics of harbor space.

The purpose of this study is to identify the optimal model to explain safety behavioral intention according to the recognition of safety communication in cabin through comparison of Planned behavioral theory and Triandis' theory of interpersonal behavior. In order to accomplish the study purpose, research model and hypothesis were established based on the previous research. As a result of the analysis, it was found that attitude and Perceived Behavioral Control had a positive effect on the safety behavioral intention. Triandis theory shows that social factors and habits have a positive impact on safety behavioral intention. In addition, A comparison of the two models confirms that both psychological processes of recognition and emotion are accompanied by the relationship between safety information awareness and safety behavioral intention.
