A safe working environment is an important and crucial factor in the operation of a firm, and is also essential for logistics companies in supply chain management. This study confirmed that the safety climate and safety prevention activities have a positive relationship with safety behavior from the perspective of domestic small and medium-sized logistics companies that continue their business relationships by signing contracts with large logistics companies. In addition, the moderating role of regulatory uncertainty and competition uncertainty in the previous positive relationship was empirically examined.

This study was to investigate the relationship between safety & quality management changes of patient and changes in management activities based on hospital workers in five mental hospitals and five geriatric hospitals which should be required medical certifying authorities. As a result of the research study, participation whether or not of certification service of mental hospital & geriatric hospital workers was positive correlation to improve change of 'Performance level of Safety Activities for the patient' 'Provide the High Quality Medical Service for the patient' 'Respect the Rights and Responsibility of the patient' 'Performance level of Infection Control Activities' out of contents of Patient Safety & Medical Service Quality. Also developmental changes of Safety Activities for the patient Hospital Quality for the patient Rights and Responsibility of the patient out of contents of Patient Safety & Medical Service Quality need to the Capacity Management Activities through Education and training, and Medical System & Evaluation of Management Provide the High Quality Medical Service for the patient out of contents of Patient Safety & Medical Service Quality need to the need to the Customer Orientation Process.

The purpose of this study is to find empirical relationship between PL activities and firm performance. Five categories of PL activities and three performance measures were examined. Using a sample of 135 companies, we found that activities related to TQM practices and manufacturing defect had significant impacts on all three measures of performance. Activities related to design defect, warning defect and sales partially influenced performance measures. The result suggests that performance could be maximized by the mutual organic combination of the product safety efforts with the overall process from design to sales.

Purpose: Suggests measures to improve the construction company's safety management system according to the enforcement of the Severe Accident Punishment Act. Method: The effectiveness of practice-oriented disaster prevention activities was analyzed through safety and health diagnosis of the level of safety and health management system for the countermeasures against the Severe Accident Punishment Act implemented at the construction site and headquarters. Result: The effect of reducing the accident rate and the advancement of the safety and health management system were analyzed by linking the Severe Accident Punishment Act with the safety and health management system, and a plan to improve the safety and health management system was presented through the analysis of the comprehensive results of safety activities before and after the implementation of the Severe Accident Punishment Act. Conclusion: The effect of practical performance measurement was manifested through the improvement of business owners' awareness, the expansion of investment for disaster prevention, and the quantification of disaster prevention activities according to the enforcement of the Severe Accident Punishment Act.

본 연구에서는 ABC(Activity-Based Costing),활동기준원가를 설명하고, 한 업체를 대상으로 Cost structure를 파악하여,$Z_{abc}$ (ABC=based objective function value)를 최대화 하는 값을 찾아 이익을 최대화 시켜 기업가치를 향상시키고자 모형을 설계한다. 이를 위해 변수를 결정하고, 제약을 설정하게 된다. 이를 통해 수학적 모형을 완성 시뮬레이션을 통한 이익을 최대화 시키는 활동원가의 활동들을 규명한다.

건설업은 위험요소가 많은 업종 특성상 높은 재해발생율을 보이면서 정부에서도 많은 투자와 노력을 기울여 왔으나, 건설안전수준은 크게 향상되지 못하고 있다. 반면 선진국에서는, ISO에서 품질경영시스템과 환경경영시스템을 도입한 이후, 안전경영시스템에 대한 논의가 활발히 추진되고 있으며 안전에 관한 국가규격을 제정하는 등 안전활동이 크게 발전해 있다. 우리나라에서도 금년 7월부터 KISCO 2000프로그램이 시행되었지만, 건설업은 적용에서 제외되었다. 따라서 건설업에서의 안전경영시스템 적용 모델 개발 및 보급은 서둘러야 할 과제이다. 본 연구에서는 향후 건설업에 적용될 안전경영시스템 추진 모델을 개발하고 요건에 대응한 건설안전업무의 범위 및 문서화 체계작업, 그리고 추진과정을 제시하였다.

제조물 결함에 의한 기업의 배상책임은 전형적인 기업의 리스크로서 전통적으로 투자, 금융, 보험, 위기 관리, 시스템 안전 분야에서 사용되고 있는 리스크 관리 기법을 적용하여 효과적으로 대비할 수 있다. 현재 일부 선진국에서는 리스크 관리 기법을 규격화하여 각 조직 활동에 잠재된 위험 요소로부터의 손실을 예방하고 기회 이익을 구현하는데 활용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재까지 발표된 호주, 뉴질랜드, 캐나다, 일본, 영국, 유럽연합 등의 나라에서 규격화하고 있는 리스크 관리기법에 대해 비교 검토하고 그 장단점 및 특징을 조사하였다. 또한 제조물 결함에 따른 기업의 배상 책임에 대비하여 기업이 제품 안전 경영체계를 수립하는데 리스크 관리 기법이 적절히 활용될 수 있는지에 대해 토의하였다.

본 연구에서는 $6\sigma$의 DMAIC, Ford의 8D 프로세스, 품질기술 분임조 개선활동, PDCA, S-PPM, 100PPM 개선활동, Feigenbaum, Juran 등이 제시한 다양한 문제해결 또는 품질, 공정, 경영혁신 등의 기법을 상호 비교하여 통합(Fusion), 공유(Sharing)할 수 있는 방안을 제안하며, ISO 9001:1994, 2000에 의한 품질시스템, 품질코스트(COQ)와 의 통합 구축방안을 제안한다.
