The shortage of storage space in the apartment housing has been chronic problem in the Korean housing history. So far many studies on the storage space focused on the enlargement of indoor storage space but these studies could not be a complete solution. To solve problem, this study analyzed the case which installed exterior storage space and the regulations. The followings are several findings. The exterior storage space should be a essential element in the apartment planning and should be included as a community facility. The standards on the size, safety, facility, and management of storage space should be enacted.

The purpose of this study is to provide a basic study for a desirable bathroom planning of the 30s pyung apartments. This study explores the change of the bathroom planning and analyzes the bathroom plans of the existing apartments. The data are 927 case of the bathroom plans of the 30s pyung apartments constructed in Seoul and the new town between 1971-2003. Where 145,807 households live. In this study, a trend of the bathroom form, numble in the 30s pyung apartments are examined. For the better planning of the bathroom. factors like family size. life cycle, and manner of bathroom use should be analyzed in the future studies. The analysis of the dweller's consciousness, satisfaction, and the demands on the bathroom in 30s pyung apartments, and to give useful information on bathroom planning of 30s pyung apartments.

The purpose of this study is to actualize the planning method of the Mixed-use Housing. 본 연구는 실내 온열환경에 대한 인간의 온냉감을 정밀하게 평가하기 위해 바닥난방이 실시되고 있는 겨울철 아파트의 거실에 대하여 공간내의 온도분포를 조사하는 동시에 신체부위별로 온냉감을 조사하였다. 실내의 온도분포 측정은 서울과 부산의 두 장소에서 실시하였으며, 온냉감에 대한 평가는 서울에서 남자 31명, 여자 71명, 부산에서 남자 11명, 여자 23명에 대하여 수행되었다. 결과는 중앙집중식 난방이 실시되고 있는 거실의 바닥으로부터 10cm높이와 170cm 높이에서의 온도차이는 서울의 아파트가 3.2 $^{\circ}C$, 부산의 아파트가 2.$0^{\circ}C$로 나타났다. 겨울철 실내의 온냉감 조사는 하루 3 회 실시되었으며, 신체의 3개부위에 대한 온냉감과 전체적인 온냉감이 7점 척도로 평가되었다. 결과는 발과 얼굴, 무릎과 얼굴, 발과 전신사이에 온냉감의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 발과 무릎 부위가 얼굴에 비하여 추운느낌을 강하게 가지며, 전체적인 온냉감은 얼굴부위에서의 평가와 유사한 수준을 나타냈다. 난방이 단순한 온도조절의 범위를 넘어 인체의 온열쾌적감을 만족시키기 위해서는 신체의 부위별로 느끼는 온냉감을 정밀하게 평가하여 난방의 방법을 조정하여야 하는데, 이 연구의 결과는 난방의 방법 결정에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Nowadays, the color of the interior effects people's thought, behavior and even the psychological state and this led to the presence of emotional design. The color is perceived as the main image of the apartment, and if applied from the early state of designing it can create a more rational and emotional interior. The purpose of this study is to understand the emotional factors by color taste characteristic and the application to living space. The living space of apartments will express people's emotion more aggressively and variously in the coming years.

It is the youth period that the personality is shaping gradually. The residential environments have influence on the young ego. Especially residential design should include more youth friendly design elements than any other facilities. The purpose of this study was to provide the youth friendly design elements about the space design of apartment through analysis of youth's needs. This study was progressed to the survey method about five districts of apartment design competitions in 2007. The collected cases are analyzed by using statistics software SPSS for windows release 11.0. The result of the study was as below. First, the youth satisfaction of current residential space got more satisfied as floor space got larger. Second, most of youth uses them own room that is satisfied with their floor space for sleeping, inviting friends, studying, playing activities. Third, generally youth preferred to place their own room not far from the restroom, but the result of distance between master room and entrance was classified depend on sex, personal inclination, and residence environment, also generally satisfied with volume of their room. Fourth, for the restroom, although it is too small that satisfied with bath facilities relatively. And cast, youth's preferred room for extra was 'movie/music room', 'game room' and 'dress room' which is higher preference than 'study room'.

본 연구에서는 공기청정기의 최적설계에 필요한 자료를 획득하기 위해 다양한 실내공간에서의 유동에 대한 연구를 수치해석적인 방법으로 수행하였다. 실내유동 해석을 위해서 사용된 공기청정기의 사용처로는 물류창고, 아파트 거실과 주방, 6인 병실을 선정하여 계산을 수행하였다 시간에 따른 평균농도 변화는 모든 실내공간에서 완전 혼합(perfect mixing)인 경우와 매우 흡사하게 나타나는 것을 볼 수 있었고, 공기청정기의 설치 위치가 시간에 따른 실내의 평균농도 변화에 미치는 영향은 미미한 것을 볼 수 있었다. 실내의 국부적인 농도를 살펴보면 사용처 별로 유동의 흐름이 원활하지 못해서 생기는 공기정화 취약구 역을 관찰할 수 있었으며, 이는 각 공간모델과 공기청정기의 설치위치에 따라 크게 달라지는 것을 볼 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data needed for planning apartment community spaces in order to vitalize rental apartments. Indoors community spaces of six rental apartments in Seoul and Gyung-gi were examined. The results are as follows. First, layout types of community spaces in rental apartment complexes were researched and it was found that there are singular types and block types. Depending on the layout type, the space could function as an element to closely associate residents with each other. Second, child care spaces were planned to conveniently utilize the space with space plans, and furniture and appliance plans adjusted for children's characteristics. On the contrary, elderly spaces lacked exercise equipment and subsidiary facilities, and educational spaces caused inconvenience as they did not take into consideration the user characteristics. Third, although indoor community spaces of rental apartment complexes were planned to hold child care spaces, elderly spaces, educational spaces, and neighborhood spaces according to the legal standards of installation, the operation of these facilities were problematic.

최근에 중국의 경제적, 문화적 변화 속도는 빠르고 생활양식도 많이 바뀌었다. 따라서 중국인의 생활은 인간 근본적인 식(食), 의(衣), 주(住)에 대한 요구가 높아졌다. 이에 각각 기업들은 한계를 넘어 더 넓은 영토와 풍부한 인구, 자원으로 시장 성장의 잠재력이 높은 중국시장으로의 진출이 주목되고 있다. 한국은 20세기 60년대 이후 경제성장을 통하여 근대화에 접근하는 동시에 수많은 문제점도 같이 생겼다. 그 중 하나는 인구의 도시집중 현상이다. 이 현상으로 이야기되는 주택부족의 문제는 특히 심각하여 사회적 문제가 되어 있는 상황이다. 이러한 현실에서는 주거공간의 축소화는 필연적일 수 밖에 없으며 이 상황에 따라 주거공간의 효율적인 활용이 요구되고 있음은 당연한 것이다. 특히, 한정된 가족 공동 생활공간에서의 합리적이고 효율적으로 공간을 활용하는 것은 더욱 의미가 크다. 한국과 달리 중국 주방공간은 거의 폐쇄되고 그 한정된 공간에서 다양한 활동을 진행해야 하는 것은 더 심각하다. 사람들이 생활에 대한 요구가 높아지고 식생활을 즐기면서 더 많은 물건으로 주방공간을 채우고 있다. 이 상황에 따라 주방 공간을 추가해야하는 상황이지만 불합리적이고 획일적인 주방가구의 배치 및 아파트의 자투리를 활용한 주방계획으로 주방공간의 사용효율성이 떨어지고 거주자의 불만이 높아지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 중국식 주방가구디자인을 위한 기초연구로 중국 보편적인 중소형아파트의 식생활공간에 수납되어 있는 물품의 가짓수, 수납위치와 빈도를 조사·분석하여 중국 식문화에 나타나는 식행위(食行爲)과 중소형아파트의 주방 수납공간 특성을 찾아내서 그 사이의 관계성을 제시하고자 한다. 향후 본 연구는 합리적·효율인 수납방식을 제안할 수 있도록 기초자료가 되기를 바란다.

The co-operated residential form of the apartment has been with us for 30 years. The apartment is becoming the most popular form of residence, although there is still a few aspects of the apartment that need to be Improved. After the institution of the unrestrained house value in 1989 that started in Seoul, the main viewpoint of the suppliers the uniform characteristic idea has been adjusted to the various ideas and the viewpoint of the consumer. This has resulted in the prismatic composition of buildings, more stories, upgrading the quality of the design and a preference for wider space of the residence. In this study: (1) theplane surface of interior space and the design quality of the apartment from tile beginning of the 60s are considered. (2) The attribute of the apartment is grasped through analysis of the current (2002-2003) apartment within the country according to the various areas. The prediction of the future residential environment change is analyzed and as a consequence, the modification of the interior space is forecast and suggests the design trends of the apartment. I hope that this, investigation is helpful as it attempts to produce high quality residential space that reflects the harmony of technological development of the apartment and sentiment and emotion of the human being.
