  • View From the point of change of the land of the land of the nation. The advancement in the modern civilization has led to building many apartments characterized by high buildings and building complexes due to population concentration into big cities. This tendency not only causes serious problems in terms of city images but also produces considerable discords in the matter of harmonized beauty of the complex itself.At the stage of space planning for the apartment complexes only economic and functional aspects were considered. So in many cases the space, which dose not contribute to environmental improvement which must go in parallel with the quantity increase of apartments and improvements of welfare and living standards of the apartment inhabitants.

대만 고속전철에 적용한 NATM 터널설계 (NATM Tunnel Designs in Taiwan High Speed Rail Project)

  • 현대건설(주)는 사업 주관사로서 해외 업체와 대만고속전철 턴키 공사를 2000 년 1 월에 공동으로 수주하였다. 고속전철의 총 연장 길이는 약 326 km 이며, 정거장 10 개소, Depot 및 야적장으로 구성되어 있다. 이번에 수주한 공구는 2 개의 연속된 공구 (C230, C240) 이며, 본 논문은 총 연장 23.6km 인 C230 공구에 대한 설계 과정을 수록하였다. C230 공구는 NATM 터널 (6.2km), Cut-and-Cover 터널 (0.5km), 교량 (7.8km) 및 토공 구간 (9.1km)으로 구성되어 있다. 전 구간의 지반조건은 "매우" 취약한 매질로 구성되어 있으며, 층리나 절리는 거의 발달되어 있지 않다. 따라서 화약발파에 의한 터널 굴착은 기계식 굴착 (Back-hoe Excavation) 방법에 비하여 현실성이 없는 것으로 분석되었다. 취약한 지반에서 계측 결과를 기준으로 굴착 공간을 안전하게 유지할 수 있는 NATM 보강 설계가 현지 암반조건에 가장 이상적인 방법으로 제시되었다. 특히, NAT설계는 대형 아파트 지역과 파쇄대 및 지하수 침투 예상지역을 통과하기 위하여 계측에 의한 Feed-back 과정을 탄력적으로 적용하도록 계획하였다.

  • Because of giving the first consideration primarily to planning interior spaces and parking areas in multi-family housing, the pedestrian space, although an important factor, has come to be neglectful. Nevertheless, the design competitions introduced for the first time in 1980s have played significant roles in developing the flesh ideas and concepts in housing design. Because pedestrian spaces have been respectable modification as a result of generalizing, it is important to review the types applied in competitions until now. In this context, the goal of this study Is to classify the types of pedestrian space and analyze their design characteristics in the proposals of housing design competitions in 1990s.

이용행태조사를 통한 아파트 외부공간 계획방안에 관한 연구 (Planning Guidelines for Outdoor Space in the Apartment Complex by Investigating Usage Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the outdoor space of the recent built apartment complex in Ulsan and to provide the basic information for planning and apartment outdoor space. Multiple methods were utilized such as questionnaire, observation, behavior-mapping, and photography. The sample consisted of 382 residents living in four apartment complex in Ulsan. data were analyzed by frequency and percentage using SPSS PC+. The observation was performed in seven outdoor space, i.e., green area, road area, exercise area, play area, parking area, and approach area. According to the findings of this study, residents did not actively involve in outdoor activities and seldom use the outdoor space. Various changes and erosions were observed as a trace, especially near fence and grass area because of unplanned location of entrances. Finally this study suggested several planning guidelines for outdoor space in apartment complex.

아파트 실내공간의 차별화 계획에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Diversification of Apartment Interior Space Planning)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the recongnition, the tendency of preferences, and the needs of the future residents from the current diversified apartment, and to plan the desirable interior space for the near future apartment based on the results of investigation. The questionnaire survey was used for this study. The sample was taken from 155 female college students. The results were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, X2-test, one-way ANOVA, Duncan's Multiple Range Test. The major findings in this survey were summarized as follows; 1. The majority people wanted diversified interior space. 2. The first majority(23.9%) wanted to choose their own interior image. The second majority(17.8%) wanted to have a inner garden and the third majority(17.2%) wanted to have two story apartment. 3. 35.7% of the respondants survey wanted to have a home-office space. Finally, various diversified apartment plans were suggested for the future.

  • Transformation of complexity and diverse life style of contemporary men have call for increase in demand of single's and couple's living space of one-room apartment. Feasibility for intensive use of one-room apartment, regardless of it's openness and flexible character, multiple function in a single concentrated room without privacy and lack of confrontation of the changes in diverse living pattern enhance uniformity which reflects as an essential problem. Therefore, this study is to present a direction of one-room apartment interior space planning to differentiate from the existing system of uniformity and it's problems. Within the concept of flexibility, establishment of the flexibility factors for the application of hinged system with a movable furniture to compose a flexible space. In conclusion, the applications of hinged system concept of sliding, folding, over-hangings, are applied in existing one-room apartment plan to enhance flexible space planning which to drive in motivation and adaptation of the dweller's life cycle.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of the Dressing-Room lay-out in brand-apartments as the strategy for the differentiation. The 441 floor-plans are collected by searching web-sites of the 5 main construction companies. The major findings are summarized as follows: (1) The Dressing-Rooms are designed in the 331 cases among 441 the floor-plans including the Dressing-Room are generally over 30 Pyeong(about 99 square meters). In addition, the entire cases above 60 Pyeong(about 198 square meters) include the Dressing-Room. (2) The size of the Dressing-Room is increased in proportion to the square meter. However, the ratio is the small range of fluctuation. (3) The types of Dressing-Room units are classified 4 categories : a dressing-room joined powder room, a dressing-room separated from bathroom, a dressing room without powder room, a powder room centering with dressing room and bathroom.

  • 본 연구는 10여 년의 역사를 지니고 국제학교의 계기가 된 인천 송도국제학교를 대상으로 국제학교 입지가 아파트 매매 및 전월세 가격에 미치는 영향요인 비교·분석이다. 개교 후 10년이 경과한 최근 시점에서 국제학교 인근지역 아파트를 매매시장과 전월세시장으로 구분하여 분석을 실시한다. 계획도시로 설계된 송도국제도시를 공간적 범위로, 코로나 이후의 부동산 과열시기를 피해 상대적으로 부동산 안정기에 해당하는 2018-19년도를 시간적 분석기간으로 설정하였다. 국제학교 주변에 형성된 학원가와 국내외 대학의 송도캠퍼스 개교 등 '신 교육특구' 의 도시이미지를 고려하여 교육요인 변수를 추가하여 전통적 헤도닉 가격모형을 바탕으로 다중회귀모형을 적용하였다. 실증분석 결과, 첫째, 매매와 전월세의 가격결정요인에서 차이점이 확인되었다. 둘째, 국제학교 가격영향력이 다른 변수보다 매우 높게 나왔다. 셋째, 국제학교 영향력은 매매시장보다 전월세 시장에서 두드러지게 나타났다.

  • The Qualitative improvements of outdoor spaces are unsatisfactory in comparison with that of indoor environment in existing apartments. Lately construction companies are differentiating the outdoor spaces of apartment complexes to meet needs of residents. However, high-rise buildings inherently have limitations on providing exposure to the outdoor settings and inappropriate lightings could have serious impacts on physical and psychological health of residents. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide useful information for the luminous environment of outdoor spaces through the analysis of current apartment complexes' lighting plans. Outdoor space of branded apartment complexes in Seoul, built after the year 2003, were researched. Through site visits, illumination level and lighting plans were investigated classified into entry area, passage area, plaza, rest area, exercise area, and play area. With the result, illumination level of apartment complexes researched was lower than KS illumination standard in all areas and the lighting plans were mostly shown in different condition of first intended lighting plan because of insufficiency of maintenance in lighting system. Therefore, it is need to provide better luminous environment to make outdoor space more lively and energetic at the night time.
