Purpose: This study was done to identify the level of knowledge, attitude and performance ability in CardioPulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and provided data for the development of an education program to improve CPR performance ability of nursery teachers. Methods: The participants were 220 nursery teachers working in daycare centers in A city located in G province. Data were collected during July, 2013. Results: The mean scores were 45.88 of 100 for knowledge, 3.69 of 5 for attitude, 2.65 of 5 for performance ability. There were significant differences in knowledge and performance ability according to education experience. There were positive correlations between knowledge and performance ability, and between attitude and performance ability. Factors affecting CPR performance ability were knowledge (${\beta}=.133$), attitude (${\beta}=.327$), and education in CPR (${\beta}=.343$). These factors explained 29.4% of the variance in CPR performance ability. Conclusion: Results indicate that nursery teachers' knowledge, attitude and CPR performance ability were not sufficient enough to perform accurate CPR in an emergency. Therefore, to improve performance ability of nursery teachers to carry out CPR in a cardiac arrest emergency of a child, educational strategies that focus on increasing knowledge and attitude need to be developed.

The concern regarding inability to perform CPR properly was widespread, and few studies, however, have queried bystanders regarding their responses to an actual emergency. This study assessed how often CPR was performed by CPR-trained bystanders and what factors were associated with the performance and nonperformance of CPR by trained bystanders. From a 2,000 sample survey of the National Emergency Medical Center in Korea (2008), it extracted object persons who actually experienced an emergency situation, and examined closely the relationship of CPR education experience and CPR performance in an emergency. 169 completely interviewed, 23(13.6%) had CPR education experience and performed CPR in an actual emergency, 40(23.6%) had CPR education experience but didn't performed, 12 (7.1%) didn't have CPR education experience but performed, and 94(55.6%) neither had CPR education experience nor performed. Specifically, within bystanders who had CPR education experience, those who CPR was performed were different from those who CPR was not on medical emergency-related characteristics such as CPR knowledge(p=0.001), 1339 emergency phone number(p=0.006) and 1339 emergency services(p=0.001). Consequently, to consider social characteristics or an economic condition, various CPR teaching strategies should be prepared to continuously propel.

In this study, we tried to find out the difference in confidence in performing Healthy Life on CPR before and after CPR education to middle school volunteers. Through the above statistical analysis process, the following findings were obtained: First, the general characteristics of the respondents who participated in this survey were higher than that of boys, followed by third, first and second graders. Second, junior high school volunteers were shown to have similar confidence (Chonbach's α=.80) and confidence (Chonbach's α=.76) before CPR education, and confidence in the degree of social contribution (Chonbach's α=7.77). Third, the Pearson Rates Correlation was performed to see the correlation between grade, gender, pre-education confidence, post-training confidence, confidence in the application of airway methods, confidence in the patient's breathing, confidence in chest compression, confidence in the use of defibrillators, and post-cardiopulmonary resuscitation education. As a result, it was confirmed that there was a significant correlation between all the spokesmen. In particular, post-training self-confidence was the highest correlation with coping confidence in case of cardiac arrest, followed by chest compressive confidence. Comparing and reviewing these findings and prior studies as shown above, we were able to establish that CPR education has an impact on the confidence performed by gender.

We conducted this study to identify factors that influence college students' willingness to perform CPR. The subjects of the study were 229 college students from J City and D City. A URL was distributed to those who agreed to the study and a non-face-to-face survey was conducted using a questionnaire form. The research results were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 23.0. 155 out of 229 people (67.7%) responded that they would perform CPR if they found a patient suffering from cardiac arrest. Factors that differences between the CPR performing group and the non-performing group include gender, grade, experience of practice, number of CPR training, period of last CPR training, Have a CPR certification, and knowledge of CPR, Confidence of CPR. There was a statistically significant difference(p<0.05). Factors affecting the willingness to perform CPR include those who have actual experience of CPR, those who have CPR certification, and the higher their confidence in CPR, the higher the willingness to perform CPR. Accordingly, in order to increase confidence in CPR, we emphasize the importance of realistic performance experience and propose the development and application of various educational methods to increase the implementation rate through sufficient simulation learning.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference about cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) willingness to perform and confidence according to job experience of school health teacher. Measuring tools consist of general and job experience characteristics, cardiopulmonary resuscitation willingness to perform and confidence. The results of this study were as follows. Difference of willingness to perform CPR according to job experience of participants have a significant differences in teaching experience career (${\chi}^2=15.991$, p=.000), clinical nursing experience(${\chi}^2=13.808$, p=.003), if you meet someone who meets cardiac arrest(${\chi}^2=8.455$, p=.004). Difference of CPR performance confidence according to job experience of participants have a significant differences in religion(${\chi}^2=18.994$, p=.025), the working school system(p=.000), teaching experience career(.003), number of educated CPR (p=.000), if you meet someone who meets cardiac arrest(p=.036).
This study is a descriptive investigatory study that secondarily analyzes the community health survey in order to identify the characteristics of confidence regarding the execution of cardiopulmonary resuscitation among community members of Korea. Study subjects included 357,176 people who were aware of cardiopulmonary resuscitation based on 2014 and 2016 community health survey. The collected data were analyzed for composite sample frequency and decision-making tree using SPSS WIN 25.0 program. According to the results of this study, a confidence regarding execution of cardiopulmonary resuscitation of the community members was higher if the subject has experienced cardiopulmonary resuscitation education, trained on mannequin within the past 2 years, received cardiopulmonary resuscitation education within the past 2 years, is of male sex, and is 41.5 years of age or younger.

This study was conducted to evaluate the influence of educational experience and attitude toward performance confidence of cardiopulmonary resuscitation amongcare helpers. This study was conducted using a descriptive survey design. Participants were 140 care helpers in C-province. Data were collected from February to April, 2017 using self-report questionnaires andthe collected data were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 20.0 program. Differences amongstudy variables by participants' characteristics were analyzed by a t-test, ANOVA, and Scheffe' test. Correlations between attitudes and confidence of CPR performance by Pearson's correlation coefficients. Factors influencing confidence in CPR were analyzed by Multiple regression. There were significant positive correlations between attitude and confidence in CPR(r=0.41, p<0.001). The result showed that the more than fourhours of education(${\beta}=0.28$) and a positive attitude toward CPR increased CPR performance confidence. Based on the present findings, CPR education should be included continuously in the workplace and developed to appropriately cope with cardiac arrest emergency situations in care facilitiesfor elderly people. Therefore, customized CPR education programs should be developed care helpers and included in job training and refresher education courses for care helpers.

This study was carried out as a descriptive correlation study to identify the knowledge and performance of CPR of nursing students who have experience in CPR education and to explore the relationship between them. Participants in this study were 204 nursing college students who were enrolled in the 4th year of nursing at two universities located in G Metropolitan City from October 18 to October 30, 2018. For the collected data, IBM SPSS Win 21.0 version Program was used. The correlation between the subject's CPR knowledge and performance was evaluated using the Pearson Correlation Coefficient. There was a positive correlation between CPR knowledge and CPR performance (r=.22, p=.01), and it was found that the higher the CPR knowledge, the higher the CPR performance. Since this study is convenient extraction of nursing students from two universities in G Metropolitan City, there may be limitations in generalizing the results of this study. It is a self-reported indirect measurement rather than a direct measurement that measures by observing, reflecting the subject's subjectivity, and there is a concern that the effect of education may not be measured objectively. Therefore, further research using a direct measurement tool of CPR performance is needed.

This study was done to compare the educational effects of two nursing students groups, CPR theoretical and practical education versus CPR theoretical education only. It would be used as a basis for more effective CPR training of future nursing students. The subjects in study were 72 nursing students in D college D city, from august 22 to august 24, 2011. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS WIN 18.0 program for the frequency, percentage, $x^2$-test, t-test and paired t-test. On the findings of this study, CPR training improved not only CPR performance but also self-efficacy in the both groups. Especially, the combination with theoretical and practical education was seen as a more effective methods. Therefore, combinational training would be required for more effective CPR training, rather than focusing on training for improving their simple knowledge. Furthermore, it will help nursing students to perform quickly and accurately CPR in unforeseen situations.
