The current study delves into millennial consumers' attitude toward 'undisclosed ads' and 'disclosed ads' through in-depth interviews. More specifically, this study explores how millennial consumers think of undisclosed ads and celebrity endorsers as well as influencers through interviewing 12 millennial consumers. In addition, this study also deals with millennial consumers' attitude toward disclosed ads and celebrity endorsers as well as influencers. Study results suggest that millennial consumers perceive 'undisclosed ads' as deceiving ads and hold negative attitude toward celebrity endorsers as well as influencers who are involved in 'undisclosed ads'. Interestingly, millennial consumers hold both positive and negative attitude toward 'disclosed ads'. 'Disclosed ads' could be delivered to millennial consumers without any reservation when it is integrated as an entertaining factor into contents. On the other hands, negative feelings could occur when 'disclosed ads' is frequently employed and is forcibly embedded in contents, making millennial consumers feel that it is imperative to watch 'disclosed ads' in order to enjoy free contents. In the discussion section practical implications are provided.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the degree to which cyber counselors' psychological stress, Compassion fatigue and Compassion satisfaction affect exhaustion. 82 cyber counselors were surveyed, and 5 interviews were conducted. As a result of analysis to find out the degree of influence on exhaustion, it was found that Compassion satisfaction was a variable. In-depth interviews looked at the causes, consequences, and ways of overcoming exhaustion, and increased Compassion satisfaction, a positive emotion in the process of helping clients, lowers exhaustion, and shows that Compassion satisfaction is a protective factor to prevent exhaustion. Based on the research results, implications and limitations were discussed.

Smart-textronics technology which enables functional textiles has recently been applied in various fields such as smart clothes, smart home and smart health care, and a variety of smart-textronics products have been developed. In this context, the smart-textronics product development process is proposed based on the systematic participatory design method in this paper. The proposed method consists of two phases: in-depth interviews and analyzing. In the phase of in-depth interviews, participants are asked to create journey maps that include activities, pain points and emotional status and to generate solution ideas with sketches and simple prototypes. In the analyzing phase, design researchers investigate the participants' journey maps, and create personas by identifying critical characteristics with the behavior pattern analysis. Then, each persona's needs are linked with value elements of the E3 value framework. Finally, pre-survey was conducted to identify smart-textronics market and a smart sofa design is proceeded as the case study to show the applicability of the proposed method.

이 연구는 원자력에 대한 국민들의 여론 형성 과정을 분석하고 효과적인 대중 커뮤니케이션 전략을 수립함으로써 궁극적으로 원자력의 사회적 수용성을 높이기 위한 목적으로 수행된 것이다. 주된 연구 내용은 (1) 일반 국민들의 매체 이용과 원자력에 대한 태도 형성 과정 분석 (2) 대중 매체의 원자력 관련 보도에 대한 내용 분석(content analysis) (3) 매체의 의제 설정(agenda-setting) 과정 분석을 위한 심층 인터뷰(FGI) (4) 효과적인 대중 커뮤니케이션 전략의 수립 등이다. 연구의 주요 내용을 3회에 걸쳐 연재한다.

This Study aims to thesis the purpose and educational methodology of media education for senior citizens. As background research, current situation and agendas regarding the media education for senior citizens were investigated. In further, quantative focal interview method was deployed to analyze recognition of teaches and education participants in media education for senior citizens. Focal interviews basis on the purpose, problems of education environment, preferred education method and suggestions of media education. The focal interview lead to in-depth opinion relying on experience of teachers and education participants. This study is expected to present the basis data for future theoretical systemization of neglected classes and for seeking educational utilization methods.

A well designed disabled home needs to consider various design principles and variables. It should consider not only physical accessibility but also psychological aspects. Previous research studies have shown that barrier-free/universal designs which were primarily focused on physical access and usage of facilities and building operations. This research paper will examine, a selection of refurbished disabled homes, introduced by the Korean Disabled People's Development Institutes in 2013. The plan samples are to be analyzed using the Visual Access and Exposure spatial analysis program coupled with supporting information extracted from consultations and feedback from experienced professional disabled home staff members. This research paper aims to propose the usage and viability of VAE Analysis in the design and planning of disabled home layouts. The purpose of this study is to specify the differences in visual spatial relationships between the plans before and after refurbishment in accordance to staff and user requirements. This will ensure a bettered environment for the users and ensuring an optimized of spatial programming and building operation and usage.

This study is a qualitative study to understand the meaning and the nature of catharsis experienced by the participants of the psychodrama group. Participants were four experts who had a long history of participating in the psychodrama group. In-depth interviews were held one by one from February to June 2018, and each interview took 1-2 hours. Data collected through in-depth interviews were analyzed using Colaizzi's phenomenological research method. The result is four categories and eight theme clusters. Intrinsic structure is represented by 'physical purification', 'psychological stability', 'cognitive insight', 'Spontaneous expansion'.

This study analyzed the reactions of ad liking, empathy and psychological resistance to antismoking public advertisements through in-depth interviews of 30 adult males. According to the study, non-smokers responded favorably to the advertisement, while smokers were unhappy. In addition, smokers in their 40s and 50s showed a higher level of empathy for ads than those in their 20s and 30s. Smokers have tried various forms of psychological resistance to non-smoking messages, especially denigrating information sources. Based on the results of this research, a measure was proposed to enhance the effectiveness of the non-smoking advertisements.

This study researched the user experience of the monthly magazine subscription service, focusing on design students and designers. The revenue of magazine industry has been declined since 2012 and some magazines stop publishing or cease to publish. That is why this studied the user experience of magazine subscription services of monthly to increase magazine sales revenue, the largest portion of whole revenue. A survey and in-depth interviews with subscribers and non-subscribers was conducted to suggest improvements for the monthly . Since this study focused on user experience of magazine subscription, it could be a future reference for studying magazine subscription service.
