In this study, I analyzed how wives experience their husbands' sudden loss of jobs. In-depth interviews were conducted with six married women whose husbands lost jobs. Each person was interviewed for 3 to 4 hours, between June and August 2003. The wives tended to see the husband as someone who gave them a hard time, yet whom they still had to rely on. In addition, the husband was another difficult problem that they had to deal with, because they had to watch the husband struggle to adjust following the distressing event. Some wives blamed themselves for the unemployment of their husbands and were pained for their husbands' adversity. The wives also had the challenge of taking up a job to support the family. Their marital life became tougher and more conflicts emerged. The wives often alienated their husbands from the rest of the family unintentionally, or attempted to break away from their husbands by leaving home. Yet, they returned home in the end, and tried to find hope, by taking a different perspective and looking at the bright side of life, by finding the value of her existence, through faith, and by reaffirming love for the husband and children.

There are few studies on the characteristics of debtors in individual rehabilitation procedures, though research in this field is needed. The scarcity of research means that public policy and perception are being made with inadequate information and, to a certain extent, based on personal prejudices and misconceptions. The purpose of this study was to find out demographic, economic and psychological characteristics of debtors in individual rehabilitation procedures. For this study, an in-depth interview was used. The major findings were as follows : The focus of this study is debtors in individual rehabilitation procedures. They were all under 40 and received relatively high educations. Interestingly, they showed a high tendency to use debt and an inability to manage their money. They had short time horizons and imperfect self-control in consumption and borrowing decisions. Monthly income, expenditures, asset and debt of the debtors, and monthly payment to creditors were reported. There were a lot of reasons for their bankruptcy : business failure, job loss, the cost of raising children, and expenditures for entertainment causing them to file for individual rehabilitation procedures. One of the major conclusions of this study was the discovery that their psychological characteristics were nearly the same. The implications of the study suggest that financial education and counseling must consider psychological characteristics.

본 연구는 다문화 청소년의 학업중단 과정의 경험을 살펴보고 이들의 학교적응을 강화시킬 수 있는 실천 및 정책적 대안을 제시하는 것으로 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 학업중단 다문화 청소년 4명을 대상으로 심층면접을 수행하였고, 현상학적방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 '위기의 가족', '학교부적응', '차별과 갈등', '학교폭력 피해', '학업중단 위기', '학업중단 숙려제도 미작동', '학교를 떠남' 등 7개 대주제와 19개 소주제가 도출되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 다문화 청소년의 학업중단 예방을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

공직사회의 부패는 사회전반의 부정부패를 초래할 수 있으며, 시민사회의 직접적인 대민 관계에 있어 행정에 대한 불신을 초래하여 점증적으로 사회적 비용의 증가를 가져 올 수 있다. 보다 포괄적인 부패 방지책을 강구하기 위해서는 조직내부에 대한 내부평가가 이루어 져야 할 것이다. 본 연구는 소방공무원의 내부청렴도 향상을 위해 심층면접의 연구방법을 통해 소방공무원의 내부청렴도 향상 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 연구의 결과 소방조직은 전통적인 조직문화가 많이 남아 있는 것으로 조사되었으나, 소방공무원 상호간의 이를 합리적이고, 민주적인 조직문화 조성에 노력하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직구성원 개개인의 문제도 있지만 대체로 조직 구조적인 문제, 즉, 부패방지제도의 익명성 보장, 예산의 비공개 등이 불만요인으로 작용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 제1보와 2보로 구성되었으며, 본 연구의 목적은 (1) 동작 인식형 입력기술에 기반한 디지털웨어(이하 DMDI로 약칭함)의 의류 상품화 가능성을 탐색하고, (2) 소비자의 잠재적 수요에 기초하여 디지털웨어의 디자인을 개발하는 것이다. 제1보에서는 소비자의 DMDI 대한 잠재수요를 고찰하기 위하여 디자인 에스노 그래피적 견지에 기초하여 개발된 심층면접 방식 및 범주분석 방식을 취하였다. 그 분석결과를 토대로 하여 DMDI를 위한 7가지의 가능성 있는 어플리케이션 영역과 6가지 디자인 방향을 제안하였다.

본 연구는 소셜 미디어의 활발한 이용자 집단인 대학생들을 대상으로 소셜 미디어 환경에서의 건강정보 요구와, 건강정보 추구행태, 그리고 소셜 미디어에서 제공되는 건강정보의 신뢰성에 대한 인식을 알아보았다. 22명의 대학생들을 심층면접한 결과, 소셜 미디어의 이용은 특히 몸에 이상증상을 느끼는 단계에서 증상의 진단을 위해 이루어지거나 건강한 상태에서 건강유지를 위해 활용하는 것으로 나타났다. 대학생들의 개별 소셜 미디어에 대한 신뢰성 인식은 개인별로 큰 차이를 보이고 있어서 온라인상의 건강정보를 효과적으로 평가, 획득할 수 있도록 건강정보 활용능력 교육이 필요하다.

Responsible tourism attracting worldwide attention has supported local economy and community development as a type of alternative tourism. This study explored the perception toward fairness in tourism and operation status of responsible tour operators in South Korea by conducting in-depth interviews with probe questions. Ten responsible tour operators were interviewed with a semi-structured interview questionnaire for one upto two hours. From the interview data, six themes were identified as difficulties of responsible tour operators: lack of manpower, advertising and promotion, absence of marketing strategy, regulation, lack of budget and lack of recognition of responsible tourism. As government support identified through the interviews, there are the followings seven themes: a low entry barrier market, investment in human resources, resource utilization, community-based policies, connection with local produce, community support and connection system of responsible travel agencies with intermediate support organizations at a local level, The findings of this paper implicate the underlying subject of responsible tourism from a tour operators' perspective.

본 연구는 전통적인 양면시장인 게임산업에서 게임개발사들이 선택하는 플랫폼 전략을 모바일 게임플랫폼을 대상으로 탐색하였다. 온라인과 오프라인에 존재하는 관련 콘텐츠를 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 주제를 추출하는 콘텐츠 질적 분석을 실시하였으며 연구의 신뢰도와 타당도를 높이기 위하여 게임개발사의 임원 4명과 추가로 심층면접을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 게임개발사의 플랫폼 선택 요인은 게임 구현능력과 기술적 안정성, 플랫폼의 마케팅능력, 그리고 수익성 창출이다. 둘째, 가치창출과 가치확보에 따라서 모바일 게임플랫폼은 SNS중심의 모바일 1세대 게임에서 마켓플레이스를 중심으로 하는 모바일 2세대 게임으로 플랫폼 주도권을 넘겨주었다.

고령화시대를 맞아서 한국은 2008년부터 노인장기요양보험을 실시하면서 노인부양부담을 가족으로부터 국가의 책임으로 인식하기 시작하였다. 데이케어센터(주간보호센터)는 사회적 보살핌을 제공하는 시설 중의 하나로 입소생활시설과는 다른 주간이용시설인데 설립초기 자원부족 및 서비스 질 향상 등의 문제가 지적되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 데이케어센터를 지역을 중심으로 접근하면서 그 발전방향을 논의하였다. 또한 전문가심층면접분석을 통해서 데이케어센터의 차후 비전을 제시하였다. 심층분석 결과로는 데이케어센터에서 제공하는 건강케어 프로그램은 지역사회의 문제 및 특성을 반영하여야 하고, 사용자 중심이어야 하며 지역통합적 방식을 취해야 함이 제시되었다.

The aim of this study was to investigate school dieticians' awareness of the necessity for nutritional education and job satisfaction via qualitative research. For this purpose, in-depth interviews were carried out with 10 school dieticians. Results revealed that all participants said that schools urgently need nutritional education, and dietary attitude and unbalanced eating habits were the most urgent matters to be addressed. They made various suggestions related to revitalization of nutritional education: turning dieticians into nutritional educators, improving awareness of teachers and parents, receiving training on appropriate teaching methods, and so on. In response to their tasks, they considered bargaining with vendors and examination foods as the most burdensome tasks. In response to questions about how participants were treated in their workplaces, all participants reported low job satisfaction due to excessive work, lack of promotion opportunities, and low salary. To improve this, participants recommended creating a task manual, strengthening their role as managers, increasing their salary, and so on. Therefore, institutional support is necessary for dieticians to efficiently handle their excessive workload. In addition, an educational environment where dieticians can effectively carry out nutritional education needs to be created.
