Traditionally airport users have presented their passport themselves to immigration for entering and leaving countries. To improve the inefficiency of this traditional immigration system, Incheon International Airport (IIA) has introduced automatic immigration system called Korea Immigration Smart Service (KISS). This research investigates airport users' behavioral intentions of KISS. To achieve the research purpose, the conceptual model is developed on the basis of the technology acceptance model. The result from this research can be used for improvement of KISS system.

With the start of the fourth industrial revolution era, technologies of various fields are merged and new types of technologies and products are being developed. In addition, the importance of the registration of intellectual property rights and patent registration to gain market dominance of them is increasing in oversea as well as in domestic. Accordingly, the number of patents to be processed per examiner is increasing every year, so time and cost for prior art research are increasing. Therefore, a number of researches have been carried out to reduce examination time and cost for patent-pending technology. This paper proposes a method to calculate the degree of similarity among patent documents of the same priority claim when a plurality of patent rights priority claims are filed and to provide them to the examiner and the patent applicant. To this end, we preprocessed the data of the existing irregular patent documents, used Word2vec to obtain similarity between patent documents, and then proposed recommendation model that recommends a similar patent document in descending order of score. This makes it possible to promptly refer to the examination history of patent documents judged to be similar at the time of examination by the examiner, thereby reducing the burden of work and enabling efficient search in the applicant's prior art research. We expect it will contribute greatly.

In Korean Cosmetic Act, four uses of functional cosmetics are recognized: skin whitening, anti-wrinkle, UV protection or suntan. Cosmeceuticals, one of the functional cosmetics, have been specifically developed for medical and cosmetic benefits. However, the uses of cosmeceuticals in patent applications are not limited to those of functional cosmetics, and the number is increasing with variety of medical use claims such as anti-inflammatory, prevention of hair loss, or obesity in cosmeceutical patent applications. Since some of the cosmeceutical use claims are not clearly distinguished from medical use claims in pharmaceuticals, there has been a controversy over the extent of granting patents regarding the medical use of cosmeceuticals. In this article, we have investigated the range of medical uses in patented claims of functional cosmetics, summarized examiners' views and discussed the examination practice of cosmetic-related inventions in the United States, Europe, and Japan.

Recently due to shortage of pilots from aviation developed countries such as America, Japan and etc, not even regional airlines but also major airlines are facing difficulties of pilot shortage. Through statistic data, ICAO and Boeing Company are predicting that roughly 8 thousands of new pilots will be short per year. Therefore, to solve this pilot shortage, countries are searching solutions like reducing air route, and extending regular retirement. This study analyzes domestic pilot supply market and compares systems of pilot training between the domestic system and the system of America and Japan. From the comparison, the study has deducted improvements for the role of domestic certification system, ATO(Approval of Training Organizations) operation, and related organizations including the government.
