  • Based on sports known to reduce adolescents' smartphone addiction, this study aims to identify the structural causal relationship between sport commitment and smartphone addiction. First of all, based on prior studies, it was intended to show that adolescents' sport commitment is effective in reducing smartphone addiction through social support and ego-resilience, and that such causal relationships vary significantly depending on gender. To this end, a survey of 605 middle and high school students was conducted, and the structural relationship between the four established latent variables was analyzed by analyzing the structural equation model using the SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 23.0 programs. According to the analysis, adolescents' sport commitment was found to have an adverse effect on smartphone addiction, and social support and ego-resilience in the relationship between the two variables were found to have a mediated effect. In addition, these results showed significant differences in gender. This study expanded the field of smartphone addiction and sports convergence study by revealing the relationship between sport commitment as psychological recognition variable and addiction Unlike previous studies using a participation time, duration, and intensity, and suggested that structural relationships with personal characteristic variables and gender-specific approaches are important. Through this, it is meaningful that it provided basic data for in-depth convergence study in the smartphone addiction and development of gender-specific programs.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between job stress and coping style in college students. Participants were 314 students in a college. Data were collected using a self administered questionnaire. The survey was conducted from May 02, 2018 to May 28, 2018. There were statistically significant correlations between personality stress, family environmental stress, academic stress, school environment stress and emotion - centered coping style among sub - variables of job stress, Job anxiety stress was significantly correlated with social support seeking and emotion - centered coping style. Since college students' emotional stress coping style is related to depressive emotional and physical health problems, it is necessary to provide a psychological treatment program for early detection and coping with psychological support services, and a mixed service such as education, lecture, and camp. In addition, it is thought that strategic action skill training (plan, method, and technology) is needed to change from emotion - centered coping style to problem - solving style.

  • The aim of this study was to identify the effective factors for improving the professionalism of the social welfare public organization and to suggest the implications for the relationship between public social welfare and educational alternatives. For the analysis, 637 government officials who worked in the social welfare department of local governments in Kangwon province were surveyed. Based on previous studies on the organizational effectiveness, this study examined differences in the perceptions of job stress, organizational satisfaction, organizational commitment, and social support by characteristics (gender, major, and serial), followed by relationship educational alternatives (job training, healing camp, psychological counseling). The differences according to gender were significant only in the creativity of the work and the self-esteem of the institution. Through the confirmation of recognition difference according to whether they majored or not, it was confirmed that expertise of the major in social welfare was necessary for job performance ability and suggested the urgency of the appointment of a major. The differences among the serials showed that administrative work is more difficult than social welfare work in terms of professionalism and expertise. Finally, based on the results of the causal relationships with educational alternatives, this paper introduces and operates systematic educational programs, such as personal psychological counseling and organizational healing camp management, as well as the need for active and proactive responses to changes in social welfare administration organizations.
