It is a reality that users do not know well what kind of information protection policy the cloud service provider presents to consumers. The purpose of this study is to find a way to improve the effectiveness of information protection by analyzing the content and linguistic characteristics of information protection policies provided by cloud service providers. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we investigate the contents of information protection policies of 47 companies that provide cloud services and analyze the influence of linguistic characteristics to come up with a plan to increase the efficiency of cloud services. The research results showed that low readability due to comprehensive expression of technical processing methods, etc., could lead to legal disputes and to hinder the spread of cloud services. The research results can increase the effectiveness of information protection by suggesting items to be provided to users.ing, Privacy, confidentiality, linguistic characteristics, Accounting Information.

Since unfair trading practices between participants in construction project are common, the government has enforced several policies and systems to prevent or minimize the unfair trading practices in construction industry. However, not much attention has been paid to figure out which policies or acts are working or not. This paper analyzed the effectiveness of the policies and acts which are being implemented to prevent unfair trading practices and provided several suggestions to improve the performance of those acts. Survey was conducted to industry experts to collect data regarding their perceptions on those policies and acts. Then the effectiveness of the policies and acts were analyzed in terms of their importance and performance through IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) based on the survey result. It was found through IPA that execution related acts such as investigation, exposure, and punishment for unfair trading practice have shown low effectiveness in entire construction process and dispute arbitration and mediation related center operated by authority showed low performance too. To improve the effectiveness of those acts, dispute arbitration system improvement, investigation & reporting system consolidation and enhancement practical binding force of punishment and penalty were suggested. Most of all, rules and culture for fair trading should become more established in construction industry by preventing conflict among participants through active communication.

The objective of this study is to determine the short run and long run dynamics between maritime import volume (IMV), industrial production (IP), and real effective exchange rate (REER) of the Korean Won over the REER of certain major currencies (US Dollar, Chinese Yuan, and Japanese Yen) in Korea's Jeonnam province. The Johansen and Juselius cointegration results reveal that at least one cointegration vector or long-run relationship exists. Hence, this study estimated the long run equilibrium equation, which indicates that both IP and REER are inelastic, although the former is bigger than the latter. Moreover, the dynamic causality analysis reveals short and long-run unidirectional causality from IP and REER to IMV in all three models. Further, in all the models, the results indicate short run unidirectional causality from REER to IP. In addition, the impulse response (IR) results show that the impulse of IP and REER decayed after four months. Additionally, the IR analysis results indicate that the REER of the Korean Won over the REER of Japanese Yen is the biggest with respect to the impact of relative REER on IP, which is the proxy variable of regional real income. Thus, empirical results indicated that real income and REER play an important role in determining the Jeonnam's maritime import demand behavior in the short run and long run. More importantly, substantial actions reducing unexpected fluctuation of the REER and real income based on micro and macro economic policies will increase the imported volume in the ports of the Jeonnam province.

Recently, the Seoul government implemented 'Free Public Transportation' policy and 'Citizen Participatory Alternative-Day-No-Driving' system as 'Emergency Fine Dust Reduction Measures'. In this paper, after identifying the effectiveness of the two traffic policies, suggestions for direction of future fine dust policy were made. The effect of traffic on the fine dust was analyzed by regression analysis and the responses to the two traffic policies and petitions were analyzed using text mining. Our experimental results show that the responses to the policy were mostly negative, and the influence of the domestic factors was considerable unlike expectation of citizens. Moreover, the result made us possible to know people's specific needs on fine dust reduction policy. Finally, based on the result, the suggestions for fine dust reduction policy direction were provided.

방산물자 국산화의 주역은 정부도 군도 아닌 개발업체이다. 방산물자 국산화의 성패는 개발업체의 노력과 기술력에 달려있다 해도 과언이 아니다. 따라서 이들 개발업체를 도외시한 정부의 국산화정책은 실효를 거둘 수 없기 때문에 정부는 업체의 개발의욕과 기술수준을 높이는 투자와 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다. 또한 개발참여시 발생하는 문제점과 애로사항을 충분히 해소시켜 주는 법과 제도적 장치, 그리고 정책적 배려를 해 줄 때 국산화율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
