In accordance with the industrial convergence regulation sandbox decision promoted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the "machine tool sharing service in the factory" applied for by MyMaker Co., Ltd., an industry-academia cooperation company, was granted a demonstration exception. While implementing this, in a situation where the ordering service part had to be developed as software, the company's domain problems were identified and analyzed, procedures were established, and a system was designed that met the related requirements. As a joint research and development project to solve the difficulties of the LINC+ industry, the order-to-order system was finally developed for shared factory services. In accordance with the procedure and requirements analysis, the planning, design, prototyping, and implementation production stages were carried out. Finally, it was confirmed that the final development contents were well implemented according to the requirements, and the resolution of the difficulties was confirmed through functional verification demonstrations.

This study is concerned on Why The Certified Security certification is needed and How to control the security quality to get better service to the clients. Theses days are required The Certified Certificate in all the industry. And in this point of view, the certified certificate is a kind of confirmation by an authority to the person who has how much special knowledge and practice in a certain field. Moreover, in the functionalism society the certified certificate system would be very positive effect to the related industry and society as official measurement by an authority. The security is freedom from fear and anxiety. Which means the security can not be operated in isolation from citizen's safe-living expectation, and which is also dealing with valuable human being's life. For getting the better purpose the security industry employees should have more organized special training and education. As my understanding the certified certificate exam system is the confirmation by an authority, the certified certificate is only neutral evidence to get the confidence and credit from the clients. In this point of view the core point is How to control The Certified Certificate by a credied authority.

This study found the strategies for activating the security industry to utilize social network services based on the platform business model. This research was utilized for in-depth interview and IPA analysis. And use it was to check the contents and strategic improvement projects that can actually materialize and direction of the strategy. First, run a priority need area is a private center of community policing related portal development and operation, universal social networking service(SNS) utilizing expanded, professional training, IT-based security content management and operation of IT infrastructure security guards and security professionals up educational content development, online security guards and security professionals-up refresher training program development. Second, the area over the inventory capabilities increase the effectiveness of the security guards was constructed open-type comprehensive public information system. Third, the area needed to be reviewed are the individual security industry experts workers operating information channels, dedicated customer service and expanding the event of a private security guard & security service providers up. Fourth, the effectiveness of the insufficient area are discuss system improvements, the sharing of community policing closed Cameras for proposals for the expanded utilization of social networking services, private development organizations Social Network Service(SNS).

개념적으로 존재하던 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 사용이 본격적으로 심화되면서 기업들의 클라우드 컴퓨팅에 대한 개념과 생각에도 많은 변화가 생기게 되었다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅 구축이 더욱 가속화되는 가운데, 그로 인한 비용절감이나 투자수익 창출 효과에 대한 검증이 활발해질 것으로 예측됐다. 시대를 뒤바꾸는 혁신적인 기술도 잇달아 등장할 것이란 기대도 높다. 2013년은 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 발전에 또 한번의 변곡점이 될 것으로 전망된다. 본 고에서는 2013년 클라우드 컴퓨팅에 관한 예측 몇 가지를 살펴보고자 한다. 첫째, 중소기업에서의 클라우드 컴퓨팅 사용 및 정착이 가속화될 것으로 보인다. 대기업의 경우에는 기존에 구축되어 있는 IT 시스템에 대한 거버넌스 체계를 완성해 나가고 있는 상황 속에서 중앙집중형과 사용자 편의성이 강화된 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 도입하기 위해서는 아직 추구 해야 할 과제가 많다. 하지만 중소기업은 예산을 문제로 대기업과 같은 수준의 IT 인프라를 갖추지 못하고 있기 때문에 클라우드 컴퓨팅 도입으로 비용대비 고효율의 IT 인프라를 갖출 수 있다. 둘째, CSP, CSB와 통합허브가 성장할 것이다. 플랫폼 전쟁이 시장 점유율 '횡령' 싸움임을 CSP들이 깨닫게 됨에 따라 이러한 가격 경쟁들은 더 잦아질 것으로 전망된다. 그리고 2013년 클라우드 벤더들은 클라우드 가격 책정이 비용-수익 관리(costyield management)의 연장선에 있음도 알게 될 것이다. 핵심은 효율적 설계와 저비용 운영, 그리고 무엇보다 높은 사용률에 있다. 또한 기업들이 점점 많은 애플리케이션을 소프트웨어 형태로 구매하고 있기 때문에 애플리케이션 자체를 통합하는 문제, 애플리케이션에 대한 보안과 감사 프로세스개발 등의 문제가 제기되고 있다. 시스템 통합 서비스와 통합 허브는 이런 문제를 해결하기 위해 노력하게 될 것이다 셋째, 2013년은 하이브리드 클라우드 컴퓨팅이 급부상할 것으로 전망된다. 앞으로는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 시장에서 공급업체끼리 경쟁하는 것은 의미가 없으며 기업들은 절대 한 가지 클라우드 기술이나 공급자에 안주하지 않을 것이다. 이것은 곧 2013년에는 하이브리드 및 이종 클라우드 컴퓨팅이 각광 받을 것을 의미한다. 이러한 하이브리드 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 도입하기 위해서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 단점과 문제 해결을 위해 하나의 목적을 가지고 다양한 산업체들이 모여 경쟁업체이면서도 협력관계를 이루는 것이 중요하다. 넷째, 멀티 디바이스를 이용한 클라우드 사용이 폭발적으로 증가될 것으로 보인다. 1인당 여러 대의 단말 보유, 이동성 향상 요구, 4G 확산 등 모바일 시장을 중심으로 한 환경 변화로 인해 이전보다 한층 진화된 클라우드 기반의 서비스가 다양하게 등장할 것으로 예상된다. 또한 4G 시대가 본격적으로 개막되면서 데이터 및 앱을 저장하는 것뿐만 아니라 앱을 실행하는 프로세싱까지도 모두 인터넷 상의 서버에서 이루어지는 방식인 클라우드 스트리밍(Cloud Streaming)이라는 신기술이 상용화될 것으로 기대된다. 다섯째, 2013년에는 'XaaS(Everything as a Service)' 개념이 보다 확장될 것이다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 사용이 확산됨에 따라 하드웨어의 도입, 소프트웨어 및 데이터베이스 개발과 구축, IT 서비스 등 IT 인프라 스트럭처의 토대에 많은 변화가 생겼다. 인프라스트럭처는 더 이상 고정불변의 자산으로서가 아니라 유연성과 확장성을 강조하는 서비스로서의 특징으로 점점 부각되고 있다. 따라서 모든 IT 인프라스트럭처가 Ondemand화 서비스로 제공되는 비즈니스 모델들이 부상하고 있으며 플랫폼, 하드웨어 데이터베이스 등 모든 IT 요소를 서비스 형태로 제공하는 XaaS가 2013년 새로운 개념으로 떠오를 것으로 기대된다. 여섯번째로 스토리지를 둘러싼 가격 경쟁이 더욱 심화될 것으로 보인다. 업체들의 가격 인하는 앞으로도 계속될 것이며 사용자들에게도 큰 혜택으로 돌아갈 것이지만 사람들은 가격만으로 서비스를 선택하지 않을 것이기 때문에 가격보다는 차별화된 기능 및 서비스 전략이 필요할 것이다.

As the capital of knowledge becomes more important than traditional capital like land or labor in the 21st century, the most competitive resource for corporations is knowledge. Furthermore, corporations may evaluate and improve latent knowledge of 'intellectual capital(IC)' within organizations, which will enhance their performance in the future. However, most Korea Distribution Companies have evaluated only tangible assets, ignoring latent capital. Since enterpreneurs have recognized that they cannot explain the difference between maret value and book value, the major advanced states lead to more sophisticated techniques to evaluate IC value. Although it is extremely important and urgent to evaluate IC value, the indexes of evaluating IC have never been examined and have been adopted by many corporations. Therfore, this study intends to develop a index for IC valuation. This study hopes to give some insights into the practical use of intellectual capital for the Korea Distribution Companies and help them develop a strategic perspective to enhance their competitiveness.

This paper presents a modeling prototype that optimizes construction processes implementing information communication technology (ICT). Using "IAMB", each and every actual steps of the construction process may be defined visually and explicitly by elaborating ICT to improve productivity and management efficiency. It contributes to identify the features on what parts of construction task are covered by ICT, and the effects of ICT on process performance. After analyzing 10 real project cases, ICT application types are classified into four categories according to ICT type, job functions that ICT applied, and the project phase in which ICT used. As a reuslt, it was confirmed that the positive outcomes on the construction process were beneficial to mostly the general contractors and mainly obtained by automated information processing, external consignment and consistent information use. Negative effects, which were occurred by mainly manual manipulation and duplication of information handling, were accrued to general contractors minimally, but to subcontractors maximally. Expert focus group commends that several important issues should be considered when implementing ICT.

Competition among enterprises has been more intensified as one among supply chains in the rapidly changing environment. This study investigated the influence of the supply chain integration factors, such as integration of functions inside an enterprise, integration of suppliers, and integration of customers, on the internal and external visibility, and non-financial and financial performances of enterprises. To test these relationships, the survey was conducted on suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors in Korea which have been implementing SCM. Eighty-one questionnaires were collected and used for this study. The study results using the covariance structure analysis are showed as follows. First, the integration of suppliers had a significant influence on both the internal and the external visibility of enterprises, while the integration of functions inside an enterprise had a significant impact on only the internal visibility of enterprises, and the integration of customers on only the external visibility. Second, the internal and external visibility of enterprises had significant impacts on non-financial performance of enterprises. However, the internal and external visibility of enterprises didn't give any direct or indirect influence on the financial performance of enterprises. Third, the non-financial performance of enterprises had a significant impact on financial performance of enterprises.

IT 혁명으로 전자적인 활동이 전 사회의 중심 축으로 이루어지고, 또한 컴퓨터를 이용한 정보처리와 통신기술의의 눈부신 발달에 힘입어 기업의 Business에 커다란 변화를 초래하게 되었다. 특히, 인터넷이라는 환경하에서 전자상거래는 급속하게 성장하고 있으며, 기업은 전자상거래 모델을 앞다투어 개발하면서 새로운 E-Business 환경을 수용하고 있다. 또한 기업은 무역업무에 이러한 전자상거래를 도입하면서 국제간 거래의 활성화를 위해 노력하고 있지만, 국채간 사이버 무역이 안고 있는 여러 가지 애로점을 가지고 있다. 그 중에서 국제간 전자결제에 과한 문제이다. 인터넷을 이용한 무역업무를 실행시키고, 활성화하기 위한 하나의 결제방안을 제시해 보면 제3자에 의한 결제 시스템으로서 인터넷 서비스 제공업자, S/W 개발업체, 은행과 신용카드회사를 비롯한 금융기관 등은 결제시스템을 구축하는 방안이 강구될 수 있다. 또한 이 시스템에서는 다양한 판매자의 제품을 소개하고 일정 시간간격 또는 특정 구매자의 총누적 거래대금이 일정수준에 이를 때에 결제함으로써 신용카드를 지불수단으로 사용하는 경우에도 소액거래를 지원할 수 있다. 또한 전자결제제도가 성립되기 위해서는 전자자금거래의 규제를 위한 법 제도적인 측면의 정비가 시급하다. 따라서 각종 거래의 결제에 관한 법적관계는 물론 금융관련 법률을 기본으로 하여 새로운 접근방안을 마련해야 할 것이다. 이와 같은 사항들을 고려함으로써 사이버 환경의 활성화를 도모할 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 정보시스템 구축 ${\cdot}$ 운영에 필요한 하드웨어 도입시 용량산정의 객관성을 확보하고 아울러 정보시스템 업무유형 및 규모를 감안한 용량산정 기준을 설정하기 위하여 CPU를 중심으로 메모리와 하드디스크의 용량을 적절히 산출할 수 있는 용량산정식과 용량산정식에 포함될 항목 및 각 항목별 중요도(입력값의 범위)를 실증적으로 도출하였다. 실증분석은 기존연구에서 설정된 용량산정 프레임워크와 하드웨어 용량산정 지침을 바탕으로 설문조사 및 전문가 집단토의 방식을 병행하여 수행하였다. 실증분석 및 전문가집단의 토의결과 CPU(WEB/WAS 및 OLTP), 메모리, 디스크에 대한 용량산정식의 타당도 및 각 용량산정식에 포함될 항목별 입력값의 범위 와 기타 부가적으로 정보시스템의 유형(개발목적과 구축영역)에 따른 항목별 중요도가 각각 도출되었다. 본 연구의 주요의의로는 공공기관의 실무 전문가들을 대상으로 실행적 측면에서 용량산정식의 타당도를 확인하였으며, 항목별 입력값의 경우에도 정형화된 설문서를 통하여 기존 연구들에서 설정된 정보시스템 용량산정식의 객관성을 확보하였다는 점이다. 또한, 주로 공급업체 전문가의 자의적 판단에 따라 설정된 입력값의 범위 등을 공공기관의 현업전문가를 통하여 실증적으로 검증하고 확인하였다는 점이다.
