WTO 체제의 등장과 기술경쟁의 가속화로 기술의 확보가 기업경쟁력의 핵심으로 등장하고 있는데, 우리나라 정보통신 산업의 경우 민간부문의 기술개발 활동은 그 투자면에서 뿐 아니라 기술관리 측면에서도 취약성을 면치 못하고 있다. 이에 우리나라 정보통신산업체를 대상으로 연구개발전략의 실태를 조사하여 그 문제점과 개선대안을 탐색한다. 실태조사 결과 정보통신산업체들의 연구개발전략은 아직 전사적 차원의 "Total R&D"개념이 다소 부족하고 장기적인 관점에서의 연구개발 활동이 미흡한 것으로 나타나, 중장기기술개발계획과 연계된 전략적 연구관리체제의 도입이 필수적이다.

본 고에서는 주변여건의 변화와 필요에 따라 날로 증가하고 있는 지중송전설비의 내외실태 및 연구 동향과 연구개발 필요항목등을 간략하게 소개함으로써 이 분야에 관심이 있는 회원제위의 이해를 돕고자 한다.

Korea has undergone a rapid urbanization and housing supply process, which has resulted in continuous changesin the indicators required for housing policy. As a result, the items and classification system of the housing survey have not yet been established, which necessitates analyzing the changes of Korean housing survey and discussing the development direction. However, it is difficult to find such research and analysis in the literature. Therefore, this study analyzed the changes in the content and quantity of survey items in housing surveys and similar public surveys. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, interest in the characteristics of residents is increasing in the long term. Second, the residential movement items closely related to the demand of the residential areas are decreasing. Third, questions related to the housing policy of the time appeared and disappeared. However, items related to housing policy are on the decline. This study is meaningful in that it analyzed the housing survey which has lacked interest.

21세기 지식정보화 사회에서 분야별 영재교육은 국가적 차원에서 중요한 일이다. 현재 우리나라에서는 각 대학 부설 정보영재 교육원을 중심으로 다양한 정보영재교육이 이루어지고 있으나 아직까지 초등정보영재 교육에 대한 다양하고도 체계적인 연구들은 활발히 이루어지지 않은 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 초등정보영재교육을 이수하고 있는 학생들의 컴퓨터 활용 실태를 조사 분석하고자 한다. 정보영재 학생들과 일반 학생을 대상으로 컴퓨터 활용 실태를 조사하고 그 결과를 비교 분석하여 초등정보영재 학생의 컴퓨터 활용 실태를 연구하였다. 연구 결과는 보다 효율적인 초등정보영재교육 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

본 논문은 폐차제도가 도입${\cdot}$시행된 초기부터 현업에 종사하면서 현재 우리나라에서 행해지고 있는 폐자동차의 회수${\cdot}$처리 및 재활용 실태조사를 통하여 파악${\cdot}$작성된 자료${\cdot}$통계를 기본토대로 하여 준비되었다. 이외에도 지난 수년간 국내 자동차제작사를 위시한 환경관련학회 등의 폐차관련 연구보고서를 참고하였으며 또 외국의 폐차제도와 재활용 실태에 대한 자료와 현지방문을 통하여 수집된 자료와 본인이 기 발표한 폐차실태보고서를 적극 활용하였다. 본 연구의 결론을 얻기 위하여 현 폐차실태를 먼저 파악${\cdot}$분석하고 그 문제점을 도출한 후 우리 실정에 맞는 개선방안을 모색해나가는 귀납법적 연구방법을 채택하였다.

The purpose of the study was to provide policy implications based on the actual condition of athletes' experiences on sexual violence in sports. To achieve this purpose, all athletes except professionals, coaches, athlete's parents were targeted and finally a total of 2,041 respondents were selected. The main topics of this study were as follows. First, this study identified the actual condition of sexual harassment among athletes. Second, athlete's attitude on sexual violence was identified. Last, prevention of sexual violence was examined. This study will provide basic data to build up policies for the prevention of sexual violence. Therefore, it is important that solutions for the prevention of sexual violence must be multifaceted, including all stockholders.
