The main aim of this paper is to show that Gadamer's notion of historical constraint of interpretation is an unsuccessful theoretical postulation. Gadamer tries to present the limits of knowledge and interpretation in terms of his notion of understanding as an event. According to Gadamer, interpretation is bound to be incomplete by nature, and this leads to the thesis of "the uncertainty of interpretation". Although Gadamer seems to make his case successfully against the objective and ahistorical frame of interpretation, his thesis of the uncertainty of interpretation inevitably brings up the fear of nihilistic relativism. To meet this problem, Gadamer offers a constraint of hermeneutic situation, which is derived from the historicity underlying all forms of our existence. Nevertheless, the notion of historicity as the essence of human life does not seem to explain successfully how the actual content of an interpretation is constrained. Drawing on the experientialist notion of 'the embodied understanding", I suggest that the working constraint of interpretations can be appropriately found in the commonality of human experience which is conspicuous at the bodily and physical level of experience. In sum, interpretations, as part of mental and abstract level of experience, arise out of the bodily and physical level of experience, and at the same time strongly constrained by it.

After the second world war the vulgar functionalism, which was called as the international style, was developed in the interest of the post capitalistic society. The vulgar functionalism reflected only inhuman commercialism and brought to psycho-mental and social problems. By the result in the mid-sixties the criticism movement of the functionalism had began as a king of the 68-movement in the german architecture and design scene. And it went on in the seventies, and had a decisive influence on the forming of the extended functionalism. The extended functionalism is bases on the definition of functions in the using process of the mass production and consumption society. Those functions, viz. Practical Function, Theoretical Function, Ecological Function, (formal-) Aesthetical Function, Indicating Function, Symbolical Function, have been the core criteria in the analysis and developing phase of the todays' german design scene.

학생들이 실세계와 수학적 세계사이를 연관시켜 사고하고 해석하는 방법 및 실제 문제를 해결하는 일반적인 전략의 방법론의 하나가 수학적 모델링(Mathematical modelling)이라고 볼 수 있다. 한편, 수학 교수 ${\cdot}$ 학습 과정에서 구체적인 조작 활동을 통하여 학생 스스로가 지식을 ‘구성(construction)’ 할 수 있도록 해 주어야 한다는 구성주의적 사조가 대두되고 있는데, 본 논문에서는 구성주의적 관점에서 수학적 모델링을 통한 수학 교수 ${\cdot}$ 지도를 위한 활용 방안을 한 예시를 통해서 고찰해 보고자 한다.

How can a regulatory policy to address potential hazards be made legitimate in the face of scientific uncertainty? The precautionary principle has been gradually regarded as the most persuasive answer to this intricate question in Europe since the 1970s and generally recognized as a guiding principle in international environmental law. This principle, however, has often been subject to diverse concerns and criticisms due to its vague definition. This article tries to elaborate the precautionary principle while reviewing both the validity and unreasonableness of these criticisms over this principle. Then, this article explores the policy relevance of this principle by applying this elaborated definition to the concrete case of risk governance such as the risk assesment of food safety. In the end, this paper emphasizes the fact that the precautionary principle can be applied in the field of risk governance, refuting the argument that the precautionary principle is only a moral attitude or a political position.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect EVE about culture & art education and social tendencies have on adult educatees eliminating controlled mechanisms. Quantitative research on those in their 40s and 50s was executed. The results show that there is a high correlation between GEVE and individualism, REVE and collectivism. GEVE has a higher influence on actualization of self-efficiency, FEVE on reignition of retained desires, REVE on substantialization of non-isolation, individualism on actualization of self-efficiency, and collectivism on substantialization of non-isolation. This research evokes the importance of an interdisciplinary and integrated understanding of EVE in culture & art education, educatees' social tendencies, and their psychological mechanisms. Also, it suggests the necessity of following research and practical adaptation related to developing programs, securing quantitative and qualitative appropriateness reflecting social requirements, and operation, evaluation, and management considering reciprocality.

본 논문에서는 학습자들의 학습능력 향상을 위해 구성주의 능력기반 교수학습 설계 모형을 제안한다. 구성주의 능력기반 교수학습 설계 모형에서는 과거 내용 전달 위주의 교수설계와는 차별화된 방법을 적용한다. 본 모형에서는 먼저, 학습자들이 갖추어야 할 학습능력을 규명한다. 이후 규명된 학습능력을 일정 기간 이후 평가할 평가 방법을 결정한다. 학습능력과 그 능력을 평가할 수 있는 방법을 결정한 이후 실제 수업을 진행한다. 본 모형의 주요 특징은 세 가지이다. 첫째, 단순히 내용 전달 위주의 교수설계 방법이 아닌 학습자들에게 실질적인 학습능력을 형성시켜주는 교수학습설계 전략이다. 둘째, 학습자들이 형성해야 할 학습능력을 기초능력과 핵심능력으로 나누어 단계적으로 제시한다. 셋째, 학습자들의 학습능력을 향상시켜줄 수 있는 방안을 구성주의적 차원에서 제시한다.

주의(attention)를 어떻게 할당하는가는 정신물리학뿐만 아니라, 컴퓨터 시각과정을 모델링하는데 중요한 주제 중 하나이다. 기존 연구는 saliency와 같은 활성화 값에 의해서 주의탐사 순위가 결정된다. 본 논문에서는 주의탐사과정을 병렬처리를 통한 활성화 값 추출과정과 순차적 처리를 통한 공간적 전략과정으로 구분하였다. 단서패러다임에 기초한 계산모형을 이용하여, 실제 인간의 수행결과를 AUC와 Levenshtein 척도를 이용하여 비교하였다. Fixation point 비교에서는 인간과 활성화를 기반으로 한 계산모형의 수행은 높은 상관성을 가지고 있었다. 주의궤적 혹은 scanpath 분석에서는 활성화기반 전략보다는 공간적 전략 모형이 더 높은 유사성을 보였다. 이는 주의탐사과정이 병렬처리과정을 통해 얻어진 saliency에 의해서만 결정되는 것이 아니라, 목표물간의 근접성 등의 공간적 전략을 통해 순차적 (sequential) 경로가 생성됨을 의미한다.

본 논문에서는 음성신호처리의 기초적인 해석법인 FFT와 LP분석법에 대하여 기본적인 이론과 함께 분석과정에서 알아두어야 할 사항들을 정리한다. 아울러 이러한 분석을 실제 음성신호를 대상으로 행함에 있어서 주의해야 할 점들을 실제음성을 처리한 그림과 함께 설명한다.

This paper present a teaching method of 21C University Education Paradigm after survey the earlier several effective teaching methods. We discuss the efficient pre-teaching, also we propose several teaching methods for really teaching. And we discuss the efficient ending of teaching. They are as following. : lesson configuration, good usage for first time of teaching, pleasant face-to-face talk, teaching techniques check list, question method, caution item when the teaching ending, etc. Also, we propose the method of ending techniques for teaching ending time. The proposed teaching method is the most efficiency in case of using selective the above mentioned several efficient teaching method.

Following the lead of Isaiah Berlin, many liberals favor a negative conception of liberty because it limits the amount of interference and coercion that the state has in individual's lives. Such moves leave individuals to place value on their life choices or step back and revise them if desired. It is one thing, however, to argue that modern republicanism characterized by liberty as non-domination contains an alternative conception of liberty.
