This research attempts to classify the types of cooperation relationship between exporting firms and logistics firms from the more objective point of view. In order to fulfill the purpose of the research, the research figures out variables influencing the types of relationship and implement a cluster analysis and t-test. The results of this research are as follows. It shows that a variety of relations exist in exporting firms and logistics firms that differently take an effect on logistics output of exporting firms. Exporting firms, building active and comprehensive relations with their logistic firms, have achieved a better foreign logistics performance than exporting firms have not. In conclusion, as a result of conducting cluster analysis based on variables representing the relationships of firms, there is a meaningful difference in the types of performance and cooperation.

많은 글로벌 기업들이 비용절감 및 효율성 증대를 위하여 RFID 시스템을 도입하거나 도입을 적극 검토 중에 있다. RFID 시스템으로부터 획득된 수많은 정보들이 기업의 업무효율을 증대시킬 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 상위 응용 서비스에서 RFID 데이터를 효율적으로 사용할 수 있도록 리더와 응용 서비스 간의 중계 역할을 할 수 있는 RFID 미들웨어의 역할이 매우 중요하다. 이러한 요구사항에 맞춰 최근 EPCglobal에서는 RFID 미들웨어인 ALE(Application Level Event)를 제시하고 있다. ALE는 RFID 리더에 의해 읽혀진 EPC 이벤트 데이터를 실시간으로 수집하여 원본 데이터의 오류를 보정한 후에 사용자와 응용 서비스의 요구에 따라 특정 이벤트 데이터를 필터링하여 보고하는 역할을 한다. 본 논문에서는 ALE의 실시간 EPC 이벤트 데이터 처리를 위한 EMS(Event Management System) 컴포넌트를 제시하며 EMS에 대한 요구사항을 분석하고 설계하였다. EMS 컴포넌트는 RFID 리더를 통해서 끊임없이 들어오는 스트링 형태의 EPC 이벤트 데이터를 블록킹 없이 수집하는 역할을 한다. 또한, RFID 리더에서 수집한 데이터의 보정 및 필요 데이터 추출을 위한 다양한 필터링 기능을 제공함으로써 수집된 데이터의 정확성을 높이며 신속한 데이터 제공을 가능하게 한다.

The purpose of this research was to figure out how technology management activities are needed to survive in a rapidly changing business environment and how technology management activities affect company performance. First, Hypothesis 1 was partially adopted that Technology management activities will have a positive influence on management outcomes. Second, Hypothesis 2 was partially adopted that Innovation activities of firms will have mediating effects on the relationship between technology management activities and management outcomes. If the research subjects are expanded nationwide and divided into manufacturing industry, non - manufacturing industry, small and medium enterprise and large enterprise, it will be meaningful from academic point of view and practical point of view.

This study examines the effect of firms' working capital management on their performance for a sample of non-financial companies listed on the Korea Exchange (KRX). The working capital and corporate performance are measured as the ratio of the net working capital to sales and return on assets, respectively. The results are as follows. First, there is no significant relationship between the working capital and corporate performance in the total sample. Second, the working capital is positively related to the firms' performance in the negative working capital group while the working capital is negatively related to the corporate performance in the positive working capital group. These findings indicate the existence of an optimal working capital level for firms. Third, the firms' financial constraints have no effects on the relationship between the working capital and corporate performance. This suggests that there are no interactive effects among the working capital, financial constraints, and profitability of the firms. This study implicates that managers should consider the different roles and impacts when developing an efficient working capital management strategy.

The purpose of this study was to investigate 188 university students at Seoul National University and to present self - image data to university students for the development of small and medium human resources. The results of the study are as follows. First, there was a positive correlation between the correlation between the image of the trainee perceived by university students and the self - image, the correlation between the image of the trainee perceived by the university students and the voice image, and the correlation between the voice image and the self - image perceived by university students. Second, as a result of examining whether or not the voice image is mediated in the relationship between the image of the talent and the self - image perceived by university students, Therefore, it is confirmed that as the image level of the talent related to the human resource of SMEs increases, the level of the voice image increases and the self image level also improves accordingly.

This paper proposes the design of a closed-loop stepping motor drive for real-time Ethernet (RTE), which can be easily applied to a variety of RTE protocols. The proposed design is divided into a closed-loop step motor drive which can be reused for various types of RTE protocol and RTE module developed for each specific RTE protocol. It is based on a layered architecture so that the motion control algorithm can be easily reused independently of the RTE protocol and motion profile. To verify the proposed design, closed-loop motor drives based on EtherCAT and Mechatrolink III were developed and their performances were evaluated. Cycle time was measured to verify the real-time communication performance of the developed EtherCAT and Mechatrolink III based motor drive. As a result, the EtherCAT was 7.5 times faster than the Mechatrolink III when 32 motor drives were connected.

기업의 생산 패러다임의 변화는 ERP에서 SCM으로 SCM에서 인터넷을 통한 전자상거래 기능을 추가한 e-SCM으로 변화했다. 정보기술이 빠른 속도로 발전함에 따라 현재는 e-SCM에서 u-SCM으로 변화하고 있다. u-SCM이란 유비쿼터스(ubiquitous) 컴퓨팅을 SCM에 적용하는 것으로 컴퓨팅과 무선 네트워크 기반 기술인 RFID, 다양한 센서감지를 이용한 태그, 하드웨어, 임베디드 운영체제, 무선센서 네트워크 통신기술을 통해 기업 내 모든 자원의 흐름을 관리할 수 있다. 즉 기업 내부, 외부를 포함하는 전체적인 관점에서 지속적인 프로세스 개선과 정보의 실시간 전달을 통해 업무 지연요소를 최소화하고 의사결정의 스피드를 높여 경쟁력을 극대화 한 기업(Real Time Enterprise)을 실현할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 SCM에 RFID를 도입하면 정확히 어떠한 시너지효과가 있고 기업 측면에서 RFID 도입 시 어떠한 사항들을 고려해야하는지에 대해 알아보고 마지막으로 SCM에서 RFID의 역할과 향후 SCM상에서 RFID의 발전방향에 대해 논한다.

인터넷을 기반으로 기업 활동이 점차로 넘어지면서, 동적이면서 실시간의 데이터를 제공하기 위하여 거미줄처럼 여러 개의 시스템이 연계되기도 하고, ERP, CRM, EAI등으로 기업 내 Application을 통합하기도 한다. Backend System의 통합으로 얻을 수 있는 기대효과에 맞서서 이의 인터넷 서비스 위험은 더 커져 정보 보안 문제가 중요한 이슈가 되었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 웹 기반 사용자의 정보를 안전하게 보호하고, 여러 가지 보안 문제를 해결할 수 있는 안전한 애플리케이션 보안 구조에 대한 설계 및 구현에 대해 기술하였다. 기업의 웹 서비스는 B2B 와 B2E 로 구분되는 데, 특히 B2B 거래 시의 법적 증명력을 가지기 위한 전자 거래 법 규정에 따른 정보 시스템의 보안 구성 요건을 철저히 분석하여, 시스템 구현에 적용하였다. 아울러 향후 기업의 웹 기반 애플리케이션 시스템 보안 구조의 발전방향을 살펴보면서 웹 기반 정보 시스템의 보안 환경을 검토하거나, 추진할 때 도움이 될 수 있고자 한다.

소셜 미디어가 확산되고 사용자가 증가하면서, 사용자들은 소셜 미디어를 통해 의견을 공유한다. 소셜 미디어는 실시간 정보에 대한 전달이 빠르며 데이터를 수집, 분석할 수 있다. 오피니언 마이닝은 텍스트로부터 사용자의 의견이 포함된 패턴을 추출하여 특정 제품이나 서비스에 대한 의견의 긍정, 부정 표현의 정도를 측정한다. 본 논문에서는 오피니언 마이닝을 기반으로 소셜 미디어 데이터에서 기업의 제품, 서비스와 관련된 사용자의 의견을 분석하여 긍정, 부정인지를 판단한다. 그리고 부정 패턴의 빈도를 통해 기업의 위기 상황을 인지하며, 위기 대응을 위한 4단계의 위기관리 모델을 제시한다. 또한 소셜 미디어에서 기업의 위기관리 사례를 확인하고, 표본조사를 통하여 평가 및 분석을 수행한다. 이 모델을 이용하여 방대한 소셜 미디어 데이터에서 기업의 제품이나 서비스에 대한 부정적 의견을 초기에 감지하고, 체계적으로 대응 할 수 있다.
