Update Policy and Estimation of Uncertain Position Using Trajectory Information (위상 정보를 이용한 갱신 정책과 불확실한 위치 정보에 대한 추정 기법)

  • 이동 단말의 보급이 보편화됨에 따라 이동 객체의 위치 정보를 기반으로 사용자에게 사람이나 사물, 차량 등과 같은 이동 객체의 위치를 파악하여 그에 대한 정보를 제공해 주는 시스템이 필요로 하게 되었나 이러만 이동 객체관리 시스템에서는 계속적으로 위치 정보가 변화하는 이동 객체의 특성상 데이터의 빈번한 갱신이 일어나게 되고 DBMS에 명시적으로 저장되지 않은 위치 정보에 대해서도 보다 정확한 위치를 사용자에게 제공해 주어야 한다. 그러나 차량의 위치 추적과 같이 적용 개체가 차량에 한정된 경우 이동 경로가 도로상으로 제한되어 있으므로 이동 경로를 예측하기 힘든 사람과 같은 객체와는 특성이 나르나 따라서 차량 객체에 대해 보다 효과적인 서비스를 제공해 주기 위해서는 사람에 대한 위치 추적과는 다른 갱신 정책과 불확실한 위치의 추정 기법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 공간 데이터에 저장된 도로의 위상 정보와 차량의 속도 속성을 이용한 갱신 정책을 정하여 갱신 빈도수로 줄이고 도로 레이어의 위상 정보를 통해 불확실한 과거 및 미래의 위치로 추정하는 기법을 제안한다. 제안한 갱신 정책은 차량의 속도를 고려하여 현재의 위치에서 도로상의 교차점에 도착하는 시점의 위치를 예측하여 데이터의 갱신 시점으로 결정한다. 또한 불확실한 위치에 대한 추정은 이동하는 도회와 대응되는 위상 정보를 기반으로 차량의 이동 방향을 예측하 여 불확실한 미래의 위치를 결정할 수 있으며 명시적으로 저장되지 않은 과거 위치 정보의 검색에 대한 요청이 발생했을 경우 위상 정보를 이용하여 위치를 보정하고 사용자에게 보나 높은 정확성을 지닌 정보를 제공해 줄 수 있다.다.   • Recently $Pok\acute{e}mon$ GO implements an online game with location-based real time augmented reality on mobile. The correct play of this game should be based on collecting the $Pok\acute{e}mon$ that appears as the user moves around by foot, but as the popularity increases, it appears an abuse to play easily. Many people have used an application that provides a mock location service such as Fake GPS, and these applications can be judged to be cheating in online games because they can play games in the house without moving. Detection of such cheating from a client point of view (mobile device) can consume a large amount of resources, which can reduce the speed of the game. It is difficult for developers to apply detection methods that negatively affect game usage and user's satisfaction. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a method to detect users abusing mock location service in online game by route analysis using GPS location record from the server point of view.

Deep Neural Network-Based Scene Graph Generation for 3D Simulated Indoor Environments (3차원 가상 실내 환경을 위한 심층 신경망 기반의 장면 그래프 생성)

  • Scene graph is a kind of knowledge graph that represents both objects and their relationships found in a image. This paper proposes a 3D scene graph generation model for three-dimensional indoor environments. An 3D scene graph includes not only object types, their positions and attributes, but also three-dimensional spatial relationships between them, An 3D scene graph can be viewed as a prior knowledge base describing the given environment within that the agent will be deployed later. Therefore, 3D scene graphs can be used in many useful applications, such as visual question answering (VQA) and service robots. This proposed 3D scene graph generation model consists of four sub-networks: object detection network (ObjNet), attribute prediction network (AttNet), transfer network (TransNet), relationship prediction network (RelNet). Conducting several experiments with 3D simulated indoor environments provided by AI2-THOR, we confirmed that the proposed model shows high performance.

  • Accurately measuring location is necessary to provide a variety of services. The data for indoor positioning measures the RSSI values from the WiFi device through an application of a smartphone. The measured data becomes the raw data of machine learning. The feature data is the measured RSSI value, and the label is the name of the space for the measured position. For this purpose, the machine learning technique is to study a technique that predicts the exact location only with the WiFi signal by applying an efficient technique to classification. Ensemble is a technique for obtaining more accurate predictions through various models than one model, including backing and boosting. Among them, Boosting is a technique for adjusting the weight of a model through a modeling result based on sampled data, and there are various algorithms. This study uses Xgboost among the above techniques and evaluates performance with other ensemble techniques.

  • Ubiquitous and pervasive environment presents opportunities for a rich set of location aware applications such as car navigation and intelligent robots, interactive virtual games, logistics service, asset tracking etc. Typical indoor location systems require better accuracy than what current outdoor location systems provide, Outdoor location technologies such as GPS have poor indoor performance because of the harsh nature of indoor environments, In this paper we present a novel reducing interference location system that is particularly well suited to support context aware computing. The system, called EEM (Enhance Envelop Method) alms to combine the advantages of real time tracking systems that implement distributed environment with the suitability of infrastructure sensor network.

Demonstration of Disaster Information and Evacuation Support Model for the Safety Vulnerable Groups (안전취약계층을 위한 재난정보 및 대피지원 모델 실증)

  • Purpose: Since most disaster information systems are centered on non-disabled people, the reality is that there is a lack of disaster information delivery systems for the vulnerable, such as the disabled, the elderly, and children, who are relatively vulnerable to disasters. The purpose of the service is to improve the safety of the disabled and the elderly by eliminating blind spots of informatization and establishing customized disaster information services to respond to disasters through IoT-based integrated control technology. Method: The model at the core of this study is the disaster alert propagation model and evacuation support model, and it shall be developed by reflecting the behavioral characteristics of the disabled and the elderly in the event of a disaster. The disaster alert propagation model spreads disaster situations collected using IoT technology, and the evacuation support model uses geomagnetic field-based measuring technology to identify the user's indoor location and help the disabled and the elderly evacuate safely. Results: Demonstration model demonstration resulted in an efficient qualitative evaluation of indoor location accuracy, such as the suitability of evacuation route guidance and satisfaction of services from the user's perspective. Conclusion: Disaster information and evacuation support services were established for the safety vulnerable groups of mobile app for model verification. The disaster situation was demonstrated through experts in the related fields and the disabled by limiting it to the fire situation. It was evaluated as "satisfaction" in the adequacy of disaster information delivery and evacuation support, and its functional satisfaction and user UI were evaluated as "normal" due to the nature of the pilot model. Through this, the disaster information and evacuation support services presented in this study were evaluated to support the safety vulnerable groups to a faster disaster evacuation without missing the golden time of disaster evacuation.

  • Recently, the development of indoor positioning technology, base station positioning, Wi - Fi positioning, and Bluetooth beacon positioning technology have been introduced in buildings and underground space. This paper introduces a technique that enables user-oriented ultra-high precision positioning by adopting a lenticular positioning technology, which is a method in which a user directly locates a user's moving line based on a provider-oriented positioning system and service. Through the study on the implementation of coverage using lenticular stickers, we will discuss how to implement coverage of lenticular stickers, which is one of the most important parts of lenticular positioning technology.

  • In recent years opportunistic computing has gained popularity in Ad-hoc network research area and it is highly required to research for actual services and related requirements. In this paper we summarized a virtual opportunistic service that is named "Children Care System" and proposed an Ad-hoc communication node (uMobile) that is connected with cellular phone and a sensor node (uClo) which is embedding into clothes. uMobile can support cellular phone communication and Ad-hoc communication and uClo can be embedded into clothes and recognize the user status using multiple sensors. In this paper we implemented the location awareness and user status awareness services using uMobile and uClo. We also tested them in indoor situation and showed the result. We expect that our research can play a significant role to inspire another various opportunistic computing services.

  • In the recent year, along with the rapid development of LED technology, many applications using LEDs have been researched and indoor positioning is one of them. In particular, previous indoor positioning systems based on visible light communication combine triangulation manner such as AoA, ToA TDoA. But most of them needs transmitting unique ID of each LED panel. In this paper, we propose an non LED-ID based indoor positioning system in which the visible light radiated from LEDs is used to locate the position of receiver. Compared to current indoor positioning systems using LED light, our system has the advantages of simple implementation, low cost and high accuracy. Through the computer simulation, our system can achieve a high estimation accuracy of 3.6cm in average in the $5{\times}5{\times}3m^3$ room.

  • 로봇 주행 기술은 전통적인 로봇요소 기술 외에도 여러 기술로 대상 응용서비스에 따라 IT 기술과 적극적인 융합을 통해 다양한 주행방법과 주행성능이 향상되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 대표적인 실내 모바일 로봇인 로봇 청소기를 대상으로 기존의 방법인 적외선과 카메라 방법이 아닌 보통 가정에도 쉽게 존재하는 AP를 이용해 목표를 설정하여 포섭구조 이론을 기반으로 동적인 환경에서도 충전 스테이션 까지 자율 주행이 가능한 로봇 알고리즘을 설계하였다. 그 결과 동적인 환경을 설정하여 로봇이 AP를 찾아가는 것을 확인하였고 주행 경로와 경과 시간을 표로 도출하여 다른 경우를 예측할 수 있게 하였다. 향후 행동 기반 로봇과 다양한 센서를 이용하여 로봇의 위치와 목표점 사이의 최단거리 경로를 구하여 주행하는 것이 목표이다.
