유니버설 디자인을 적용한 백화점 실내디자인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Interior design in the Department Store on the Application of Universal Design)

  • If the architecture will made the focus of real user for convenience, it must be the real user, which is the multiple specified persons, more over, the most disadvantages side person will be considered that would be the convenient architecture for all. This principle of universal design has been started the latest 1950's, in USA, Sweden, Canada has considered to the disabled person in the concept of universal design, at 1960's. In case of our country, after 1988's handicapped Olympics, the induction of universal design is started to adapt in the era of architecture. Nowadays, in the group of study, their research, presentation increasing the example, which is carried out the enthusiasm of legislatiov. But we are much as far behind the senior nation, in regard to the lack of the vouluntary participating as the professional. This study is to analyze the principle, concept of Universal design from the department store, which is the convenient facilities, present the usable checklist in time of induction of Universal desigv.

소비자 라이프 스타일에 따른 실내디자인 선호 특성에 관한 연구 - 디자인 스타일 및 색 선호를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Preference of Interior Design according to the Consumers' Life Style - focused on the preference of interior design style and color -)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the preference of interior design, design style and color, according to consumers' life style. Data were collected from March 7th. 2002. to March 22nd. 2002 using the questionnaire. The subjects were 228 adults and frequency, percentage, mean, cross tab, F-test, factor analysis, and cluster analysis were used for data analysis. The major results of this study were: 1) The types of life style were 3: regular family oriented type, progressive fashionable type, and conservative self-manageable type. 2) This study revealed relative difference in design style and color preference according to consumers' life style. Therefore, the type of life style could be used as powerful variable in interior design and marketing of allied industries.

  • The brand power is getting more important in apartment market so that consumers are accustomed to ask first what the apartment brand is when they are considering to buy an apartment. Even so the brand name is the first factor which approaches to the consumer, message and image can be delivered to customers by visual factors. Since visual image can be effective to remind of customers brand image, construction business company should make portfolio to synthesize brand Image actively. This research investigate images of consistency in extenor and interior design according to the apartments brand. Used lexical meaning of the adjective used to discern standard to extract images, selected survey, and evaluated by step 1 to 5 using semantic differential method, SD. The collected cases are analyzed by using statistics software SPSS for windows release 11.0. This research provides conveyance of the vision image which fits to the brand Image and further design direction.

아파트 실내디자인 다양화를 위한 거주자 선호에 관한 연구 - 실내이미지 및 실내마감재 특성을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Residents' Preference for the Diversity of Interior Design in Apartment Houses - Focused on Interior Images and Finishing Materials -)

  • The apartment house is one of the representative housing types in Korea. However, it has not met the diverse and individualized needs of their residents. This study was intended to identify the residents' preference of interior design in apartment houses and suggest the guidelines for the diversity of Intoner design In apartments. The subjects were 412 apartment residents who lived in Haeundae, Busan. They were asked about their preference for interior images of each room and finishing materials. The findings were as follows. 1) The apartment interior images were composed of nine main factors. 2) The residents preferred to 'practical' interior image in apartment and different interior images for each room. 3) The residents preferred interior images were different by their housing sizes and space organization types. 4) The residents preferred to different finishing materials for each room..

실내디자인 분야에서 COS color System의 활용성에 관한 연구 -' 97-'98 실내마감재 색채분석을 중심으로 - (A study on the Practical Use of the COS Color System in Interior Design - Focused on the Color Analysis of '97-'98 Interior Materials Produced in Korea -)

  • 한국유행색산업협회에서는 1997년 국내 패션업계를 비롯하여 디자인 전반에서 사용할 수 있는 활용색 모음 제작인 COS칼라시스템을 개발하였다. 본 연구는 이 COS 칼라 시스템이 실내디자인 분야에 있어 활용될 수 있는지를 실내마감재 측색을 통해 실증적으로 검증해 보고자 하였다. 또한 실내 디자인 분야에서 표준화된 상용색 표집으로서 활용될 수 있도록 실내색채 중 COS에 포함시켜야 할 색채의 범위를 제안하고자 하였다. 실내마감재의 측색결과, 목재나 석재 등의 자연소재에서 나타나는 YR 및 Y계열의 고명도, 저채도의 색들이 많이 나타났는데, COS는 이러한 계통의 다양한 색들을 포함하고 있지 않았다. 반면, NCS는 천연 소재 및 그 대용품에서 볼 수 있는 색들을 매우 다양하게 포함하고 있어 COS에 비해 실내 색채를 표현하기에 용이했다. 그러므로 COS가 섬유패션분야 뿐만 아니라 실내디자인 분야에서 환경색채를 계획, 평가하고자 할 때 유용한 도구로 활용되기 위해서는 실내 색채의 범위를 모두 포함한 환경색채용 COS가 추가로 개발되어야 할 것이다. COS에 포함되어 있지 않은 색들을 NCS 체계로 파악하여 색상, 명도, 채도 순으로 나열하여 보면, 색상의 경우 노랑색 계열(Y, YR), 녹색계열(GY), 청색계열(PB, B, BG) 등이 많았으며, 명도의 경우에는 6-9.5와 같이 밝고, 채도에 있어서는 1-4 정도의 저채도의 색채가 유난히 부족하였다. 이와 같이 실내디자인 분야에서는 다양한 실내색채들이 추가로 파악되었으며, 이러한 범위의 색들을 앞으로의 COS에 추가되어야 할 색채의 범위로 제안하였다.

  • 디지털 삶에서 인간들은 더 이상 보호막으로써의 건축 환경이 아닌 함께 상호작용 할 수 있는 감성반응 환경을 요구한다. 즉, 실내 공간은 사람들의 요구를 충족시키거나 사람들의 기분을 만족시키기 위해 건물이 마치 살아 있는 유기체처럼 쉬지 않고 변하는 공간이다. 그러나 건축공간의 물리적 특성의 한계에서 유동적인 감성반응 환경의 요구를 충족시키는 데에는 많은 한계점이 따른다. 그래서, 본 연구에서는 이러한 한계점을 극복하기 위해 디지털 환경을 이용한 가상공간에서 실행하였다. 이는 실제공간에서의 시행착오를 줄일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 빠른 시간 내에 인간의 반응을 연구할 수 있다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 감성반응의 실내배색에 의해 실내공간에서의 디지털 벽면의 디자인을 가상공간에서 개발하여 거주자의 감성 반응을 평가하는 것을 연구 목적으로 두었다. 이와 같은 거주자의 감성반응형 환경 디자인은 미래의 디자인의 패러다임이 될 것이다.

  • In order to more effectively respond to the rapidly changing situations of domestic and foreign interior design industries and to expect their further development, not only academic endeavor but also practical one, that is, the introduction of the new interior-design management is necessary. This research aims to establish a preliminary model of interior design management conducted not by customers but by designers who understand the characteristics and structure of business environment. To achieve this, we will investigate and analyze previously suggested theories on interior design management and case examples. In doing so, we hope that this research will facilitate future researches which in turn may come up with more persuasive models of interior design management.

  • Digital media changed not only our lifestyle and sense of value but also art and space design, and development of technology will accelerate the alteration. It provided limitless possibility and inspiration to art, architecture and design. In this 'image' era, media communicate with us mostly in visual method, which gets to he realized by visual interface. The purpose of this study is to analyze the tendency of visual interface of contemporary interior design cases in the standpoint of digital media characteristics and suggest directions for future space design. The characteristics of digital media and interface are defined, and how the concept unfolded in art, design is also discussed. In interior design, the concepts come out as various types of visual interface, showing the characteristics of composition of material and immaterial, interaction between visual information and space users and among users, realization of cyberspace and simultaneous coexistence of multiple space-time multi-layer.

  • 'Emotional Design' is appeared recently as one of the important issues in design field. Emotional Design is understanded from a interactive point of view, human and interior space. Child's formation of character grows in human, environment, space all. At all, growth process itself who develop infant's formation of character can speak that have function of emotional communication. Therefore, this study wishes to recognize how element of emotional design was reflected through analysis of children's hospital considering child's emotion reacting most sensitively about effect of surrounding environment. As result, Various sensitivity element through senses that can rouse interest in more child's emotion in children's hospital design is mayhave to reflected.
