The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between general fear of crime and specific fear of crime. Also, it is to suggest the way of analyzing fear of crime by summing up the two concepts. This study finds a reason why fear of crime varies from person to person within the same sex and similar age group. In particular, this study intends to analyze the models that affect fear of crime to figure out which is relevant to those in the high-risk group. And with the results, we can devise measurements to effectively reduce fear of crime in a local community. The following facts have been found in this study: positive correlation between general fear of crime and specific fear of crime, method of subdividing group with fear of crime, models that affect fear of crime and sub-items that greatly relate to high-risk groups.

Recently, according to developing advanced construction technologies, buildings has been enlarged such as high-rise buildings or complex buildings associated with underground facilities. The number of indoor activity population has increased very quickly. Because of that, technical requirements for Indoor location based service (Indoor LBS) also have been increased. Although indoor networks have to be constructed for efficient LBSs in indoor space based on OGC IndoorGML, it is not suitable for large and complex space to apply the simple network structure to constructing indoor navigation networks. The indoor navigation network has to be constructed according to logical, physical, and functional constraints for indoor space. In order to do that, subspacing methods are required to partition large and complex indoor space into proper size of subspace. In this paper, we proposed the basic requirements of subspacing in indoor space for creating efficient indoor network, as well the work process of subspacing in indoor space.

태양광 채광시스템은 자연광의 유입이 어려운 공간에 주광을 유입하기 위하여 개발된 장치로써 에너지를 절약하고 인간의 쾌적성을 향상시키는 등 지속가능한 건축을 위해 도입 및 확대가 크게 기대 되는 장치이다. 이에 본 연구는 기존에 본 연구실에서 개발된 시스템의 문제점을 보완하고 개선하여 건축물 적용시의 채광성능을 평가하는데 연구목적이 있다. 본 시스템의 설치는 2004년 10월 25일 (주) 동아산전과의 공동작업으로 설치되었으며, 수원에 있는 K대학 공과대학 5층 옥상 파라펫에 설치하였다. 평가실험은 2005년 4월 5일 9시30분부터 15시30분까지 청천공 상태에서 실시하였고, 총32개의 측정점을 선정하여 주광조도비로 채광성능을 평가하였다. 실험결과, 반사거울을 설치 시 창이 있을 경우 실내의 주광조도비는 평균 20.3[%] 상승하였고 창을 제거할 경우 실내의 주광조도비는 평균 38.2[%]정도 상승하여 채광학적으로 유효한 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 본 시스템은 건축물의 실내 및 옥외의 음영진 곳에서 유용하게 사용될 수 있음이 입증되었다.

건축에 있어서 이론과 실제의 관계 문제는 오랫동안 건축 담론에 대한 주요 대상이 되어왔다. 이는 건축에서의 발전이 역사적으로 동시대의 사회적, 문화적, 경제적 환경의 진화와 더불어 진행되어 왔기 때문이며, 건축작업 선상에서 대두되는 이론과 실제의 관계와 맥락성이 건축의 주체성에 매우 중요한 요소로 여겨지기 때문이기도 하다. 1960년대부터 불거진 포스터모던주의의 사고적 영향은 건축분야의 의미와 가치에 있어서 학문과 실무분 야에서 새롭게 재조명되기 시작하였고, 기존 건축고유의 영역을 벗어나, 역사, 이론, 비평, 기술 및 디자인 분야로 확장되어 새롭고 다양한 접근 방법과 그 방식에 대한 고민을 추구하기 시작하였다. 건축작업에 중요한 근거를 제시해주는 비평적 사고를 유지하기 위하여, 이론적인 아이디어에서 실질적인 실무로서의 투사방법, 그리고 그 사이의 절충을 지속하기 위함은 특히 현대사회에서 더욱 복합적이며 다면적인 질문이 되고 있다. 이 논문은 건축의 투사 방법에 있어서 현대 건축가들이 자신들의 이론적인 관점과 그 관점을 건축적으로 가시화 시키는 관계성을 관찰하고, 어떻게 본인만의 논리와 프로세스를 추구하고 지속하는가에 대한 점을 연구하는데에 그 목적이 있다.
