최근 한옥의 수요 증가에 따라 전통한옥을 보급화 하기 위한 방안으로 신한옥이 개발되었다. 신한옥이란 전통한옥 보급의 저해 요인으로 작용하였던 높은 평단가 및 건축물 성능 보완하여 개발한 한옥의 한 형태이다. 신한옥이 개발되어 짐에 따라 보급화, 표준화, 생산성 향상 등을 위한 다양한 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 그 중, 신한옥을 건설하기 위하여 필수적 요소로 논의되는 예가 산정의 한 측면으로 품셈에 대한 요구가 지속된다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 신한옥 건설 특성을 반영한 표준품셈을 제안한다. 연구의 방법으로는 기존의 품셈 및 Cost Data 체계를 분석하여 신한옥과 부합하는 품셈구조를 제시하고, 실제 구축사례를 통한 세부항목의 선정과 1차적 검증을 실시하였다. 해당 신한옥 표준품셈은 신한옥 표준정보분류체계와 연계되어 있어 다방면에서 효율적인 활용이 가능하다. 또한, 추가 신한옥 구축을 통하여 데이터가 업데이트되면 보다 신뢰할 수 있는 표준품셈이 될 것으로 기대한다.

한옥에 대한 관심이 급증을 하고 있는 가운데, 가격경쟁력을 갖춘 신한옥이 개발되고 있다. 이러한 신한옥 개발에 있어서, 공법의 개발은 필수적이다. 이에, 본고에서는 신한옥의 개발과정 중 실제 건설된 전통한옥 1채와 신한옥 2채의 사례를 중심으로 신공법 사례 소개와 각 한옥의 부위별 공법을 비교하였다. 또한, 부위별 공법별로 공사비 및 공기의 영향도를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 전통한옥 대비 신한옥의 공사비는 모든 부위에서 저감되었으며, 공기는 대부분의 부위에서 단축되었다. 두 신한옥 사례의 분석 결과, 목재 구조체와 지붕의 공사비 및 공기 비율이 가장 높았으며, 다음으로 벽체, 바닥, 창호, 기초 순으로 나타났다. 효과적인 공사비 저감 및 공기 단축을 위해서는 목재 구조체 및 지붕 부위의 공법개발에 집중해야 한다.

한국 고유의 목조건축형태인 한옥을 현대 공법 및 재료 등의 기술의 적용을 통해 품질과 시공성을 향상시키고, 다양한 규모와 시설을 포괄한 신한옥의 형태로 보급 확산하려는 노력이 계속되어 왔다. 본 연구는 신한옥 표준분류체계(Hanclass) 적용을 통해 구축된, 일곱 개의 실증구축사업 사업비 정보를 분석하여 신한옥 공법변화의 추세와 함께 이에 따른 공사비 변화를 고찰하였다. 우선, 일곱 개 실증구축사례의 공법 특징을 분석하고, 이를 공종분류, 재료분류, 공법분류, 부위분류를 분석의 기준으로 설정하여 공사비에 끼치는 영향을 분석하였다. 또한 사례 프로젝트들에서의 공법 변화 주요 영향요인들을 항목화하고 연계된 비용변화를 정량화함으로써 향후 지속적인 공법과 비용간의 관계를 관찰하기 위한 기본 구조를 작성하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 지속적으로 개발되고 있는 신한옥의 신공법의 추세를 체계적으로 파악하고 또한 발전방향의 가이드를 할 것으로 기대한다.

본 논문은 온톨로지를 이용한 건설정보의 체계적인 관리 방법을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 특히 설계자와 시공자가 필요로 하는 공법 정보를 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 본 논문에 사용된 정보는 10년간의 신한옥 기술 개발의 결과물인 실증 시공 사례이다. 개발된 신한옥의 신공법은 온톨로지 에디터인 Protege를 이용하여 정리하였다. 이를 위해 기존 연구에 대한 고찰을 통해 온톨로지 개념과 온톨로지 구축 과정을 정리하였다. 또한 신한옥 시공법 도메인 온톨로지를 구성하기 위한 개념도를 제안하였고, Protege의 SPARQL Query 기능을 이용하여 제안된 온톨로지의 실효성을 검증하였다. 마지막으로 정의된 클래스와 시공법 메타데이터를 OWL을 사용하여 웹에 발행하였다.

Purpose: Grafting new hanok-style application technology on child daycare facility among public buildings can be an alternative that provides infant facility, which is placed at the center of social attention and interest, with pleasant nursing environment. Besides, it is expected to have a great impact on infants' and young children's emotion by helping them recognize traditional culture at early stage and furthermore can be used for villagers to experience differentiated traditional culture. Method: To investigate the recent construction of HeungCheon/SuRak/GeumGwa's Hanok child daycare facility recognizing for architectural planning characteristics in common tendency Hanok that presents a physical improvement plan for preparing the continued competitiveness. Also attention to the creative expression of the traditional spaces about the natural environment are implemented in Nurseries and we propose the possibilities that can be realized in the future Hanok child daycare facility. Result: The combination of modern materials and modern construction technology of New-hanok method with improved ability has improved the shortcomings of traditional architecture and increase the ease and safety of traditional architecture succeed the suggest direction of improvement modern society. Therefore, Hanok child daycare facility is preparing adequate capability to solve regional polarization and social care issues.

The purpose of this research is to propose an approximate estimation system for Modernized Hanok. Mock-up (Jisinjae) site data has been collected and analysed to characterize the modernized Hanok and to examine the range of cost fluctuation rate with each work items. As a result, number of floor, area (㎥), shape, methods and materials were considered as key factors for price change on the total construction cost. Furthermore, wood structure (34%) and roof (17%) account for major cost percentage. The cost fluctuation rate of two factors were -3.3%~+5.6% (wood structure) and -4.1%~+4.2% (roof). For further research, existing method will be analysed in order to developing the Hanok estimation system. And the cost fluctuation rate of every work items will be continually evaluated.

In the 4th Industrial Revolution and changes in the construction industry market, the importance of information management is becoming more emphasized. For efficient use of information, construction data must be collected, processed and analyzed more quickly and accurately, depending on the purpose of the project. Thus, data could be utilized as integrated knowledge. However, there is a limit to searching or managing construction information produced in various formats over the entire life cycle by index words. Therefore, this study proposes a construction information integrated management plan that reflects the characteristics of the construction industry by applying the OWL concept. For this, as an initial study, an architectural object of small size and clear features was needed. Therefore, a construction information management study using OWL was conducted for Korean traditional architectural style houses (Hanok) which has these characteristics.

기획단계에서의 공사비 예측은 타당성 분석, 예산 책정, 계획수립 등을 위한 기초정보를 제공한다는 점에서 성공적인 프로젝트 수행을 위한 중요한 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 초기 기획단계의 신한옥 공사비 예측 정확도 향상을 목적으로 전체 공사비 중 가장 많은 비중을 차지하는 목공사는 다양한 조건(구조형식, 지붕형태, 평면형태 등)에 의해 개략 물량을 자동 산출하여 공사비를 예측하고, 이외의 공종은 단위단가식을 적용해 공사비를 예측하는 모델을 제시하였다. 2개의 사례를 대상으로 개략 견적 모델로써의 활용성 및 타당성을 검증하였으며, 총공사비의 오차율은 각각 -4%(사례 1), -6%(사례2)로 나타났다. 이러한 결과값은 초기 기획단계에서 실무활용 가능한 범위에서의 오차를 보였다.
