본 논문은 온톨로지를 이용한 건설정보의 체계적인 관리 방법을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 특히 설계자와 시공자가 필요로 하는 공법 정보를 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 본 논문에 사용된 정보는 10년간의 신한옥 기술 개발의 결과물인 실증 시공 사례이다. 개발된 신한옥의 신공법은 온톨로지 에디터인 Protege를 이용하여 정리하였다. 이를 위해 기존 연구에 대한 고찰을 통해 온톨로지 개념과 온톨로지 구축 과정을 정리하였다. 또한 신한옥 시공법 도메인 온톨로지를 구성하기 위한 개념도를 제안하였고, Protege의 SPARQL Query 기능을 이용하여 제안된 온톨로지의 실효성을 검증하였다. 마지막으로 정의된 클래스와 시공법 메타데이터를 OWL을 사용하여 웹에 발행하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to find out the identity and succession of traditional Hanok villages by analyzing the location, layout, and spatial organization of neo-Hanok Village, which was built in Korea. So far, neo-Hanok Village has not prepared a specific institutional mechanism despite the government's support and growing public interest. In addition, the purpose of neo-Hanok Village has not been verified, even though it was built all over the country for the purpose of the dignity and succession of the traditional Hanok Village. This study examines how the spatial organization elements of the traditional Hanok Village are planned according to the design principles of the old literature and applies them to the neo-Hanok Village to determine the succession of the traditional Hanok Village.

Purpose: This study amis at proposing strategies on the basis of BIM techniques to promote the spread of industrialized wooden buildings for implementation of sustainable architecture. Method: We employed social network analysis (SNA) technique to identify the mutual influences among factors that hinder popularization of new Hanok as the industrialized wooden building. Four strategies were established to reduce the factors with serious influences on each category and stakeholder using BIM techniques. Result: it was demonstrated that the problems occurred in spreading new Hanoks can be reduced by changing the influence structure of social network according to the proposed strategies.

The purpose of this research is to propose an approximate estimation system for Modernized Hanok. Mock-up (Jisinjae) site data has been collected and analysed to characterize the modernized Hanok and to examine the range of cost fluctuation rate with each work items. As a result, number of floor, area (㎥), shape, methods and materials were considered as key factors for price change on the total construction cost. Furthermore, wood structure (34%) and roof (17%) account for major cost percentage. The cost fluctuation rate of two factors were -3.3%~+5.6% (wood structure) and -4.1%~+4.2% (roof). For further research, existing method will be analysed in order to developing the Hanok estimation system. And the cost fluctuation rate of every work items will be continually evaluated.

Purpose: Grafting new hanok-style application technology on child daycare facility among public buildings can be an alternative that provides infant facility, which is placed at the center of social attention and interest, with pleasant nursing environment. Besides, it is expected to have a great impact on infants' and young children's emotion by helping them recognize traditional culture at early stage and furthermore can be used for villagers to experience differentiated traditional culture. Method: To investigate the recent construction of HeungCheon/SuRak/GeumGwa's Hanok child daycare facility recognizing for architectural planning characteristics in common tendency Hanok that presents a physical improvement plan for preparing the continued competitiveness. Also attention to the creative expression of the traditional spaces about the natural environment are implemented in Nurseries and we propose the possibilities that can be realized in the future Hanok child daycare facility. Result: The combination of modern materials and modern construction technology of New-hanok method with improved ability has improved the shortcomings of traditional architecture and increase the ease and safety of traditional architecture succeed the suggest direction of improvement modern society. Therefore, Hanok child daycare facility is preparing adequate capability to solve regional polarization and social care issues.

According to the increase of demand of the deteriorated building. The interest of the building's maintenance is continually increased, so studies about how to increase building's stability & prolonged life span are increased. This study's purpose is to maintain building's function, so we suggest a protocol type system of UI to estimate reasonable planning of demand of repair & replacement and to distribute budget.

Vinyl greenhouse and glass house account for the greatest parts in the agricultural facilities. However, these cause the serious economic loss lacking of the maintenance guide in a lot of natural disasters. This study developed the maintenance guide concerning the vinyl greenhouse and glass house by collecting materials with literature review and improving problems with existing guides.

Purpose: The construction of New Han-ok style public buildings is a construction that can not be seen in traditional Han-ok, and it is a construction that combines traditional wooden structure, RC structure, and steel structure. Therefore, construction different from general construction is complicated and complex. It is necessary to accurately understand the construction method of each field rather than the general construction management method and study the method suitable for New Han-ok style public buildings. Also, since the New Han-ok style public building business is the first business to be introduced in Korea, new process management is needed rather than general process management. Method: The research method is as follows. Analyze process management through theoretical considerations and analyze the differences from general construction projects. Next, we want to identify the characteristics and problems of the process control method applied to real cases. Finally, the results of this analysis suggest ways to improve process management. Result: Therefore, it is necessary to establish a precise plan from the basic design to the construction of the public building construction management. In addition, careful planning should be made so that the supply and demand of materials and the supply and demand of personnel can be achieved smoothly.

이 연구의 목적은 한옥 거주환경의 쾌적성능에 대한 정량적 자료를 제시하고 개선 요인을 도출하는 데 있다. 먼저 정책적 성공사례로서 현대(신(新))한옥의 하나인 전남 화순군 잠정햇살마을 한옥단지를 대상으로 건구온도, 복사온도, 상대습도, 풍속 등 열쾌적성 평가의 영향 요소를 측정했다. 이어 도출 데이터를 적용하여 PMV(Predicted Mean Vote)를 산출하는 열환경 시험을 수행했으며, 사용자 대사율과 의복량을 변수로 설정하여 L.C.PMV(Life-Cycle PMV)와 N.PMV(Normal PMV)의 두 가지 유형으로 구분하여 평가를 진행했다. 그 결과, 여름 및 겨울철 시점을 전후하여 한옥 공간의 PMV 증감 동향이 뚜렷했으며, 특히 대서 및 대한 시점의 PMV는 쾌적구간을 완전히 벗어난다는 시험 결과를 확인했다. 아울러 겨울철 PMV의 변화 속도가 여름철보다 더 빠른 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 신한옥의 쾌적성능 증진을 위해 단열성 개선이 우선 요인임이 도출되었으며, 설계 및 시공 단계에서 연계 검토가 요구된다.

Apartment houses maintenance like remodeling in at issue and the importance is getting higher. On this study, we analyzed a variety of the influence factor affected building's maintenance expenses. circumstance influence factor about maintenance expenses is classified into region(big city, small and medium city), (area of high snowfall), (downpour region), (earthquake region), location(waterfront, inland province), using condition(mixed use, single use), frequency of use(kindergarten, middle school, high school), architecture method(reconstruction, construction).
