This paper presents a scheduling technique that reflects various constraints in remodeling project of inhabited condition. The remodeling project of inhabited condition is required more detailed planning and control due to claims by noise, vibration, dust, smells, limited lift capacity, and limited temporary stock area. Because of the constraints, complexity in scheduling is increased and earlier completion is required to reduce the possibility of safety and environment accidents. Especially, in case of inhabited condition, the scheduling should be linked day-time/night-time/weekend work. This paper proposes a structured scheduling technique to incorporate those constraints in remodeling of inhabited condition. This scheduling technique considers not only remodeling process but also dismantling, newly-construction, and residents movement. Process expression method using MS-Project also presented to keep connectivity with existing scheduling system.

The purpose of this study was to determine the actual state of the indoor air quality in newly built or remodeled kindergartens by TVOC and HCHO concentration and teachers' responses. The field measurements on the levels of TVOC and HCHO were carried out in six classrooms of newly built or remodeled kindergartens before their opening. The interviews with teachers of subject kindergartens were carried out at the end of the first semester. The contents of the interviews were teachers' subjective responses and symptoms of the kindergarten pupils on the Sick New-School Syndrome. The results are as follows; the mean value of TVOC concentration in the classrooms of kindergartens ranged from 0.10ppm to 0.42ppm, which can theoretically exert a harmful influence on residents. The mean value of HCHO concentration ranged from 0.00ppm to 0.03ppm, which does not exceed the standard. The TVOC concentrations of the more ventilated kindergartens were lower than the others. Also, the classrooms with high concentrations of TVOC showed negative responses or symptoms in teachers and kindergarten pupils.

Demolition work is a precedence activity that is performed earlier than other remodeling activities. And demolition work is one of the critical path activities. So, demolition work is needed for systematic plan and management. However, contractors of the remodeling project established a rough plan and did not consider recycling wastes, safety of workers and structural stable of building. To improve this problem, a eco-friend process model of remodeling project is needed to be established. The process model is composed of five phases; 1) survey and analysis of general condition of demolition work, 2) prepare documents of demolition work 3) establishing demolition work plan, 4) demolition and inspection, 5) post-demolition management. Especially, demolition documents are based on establishing WBS, selecting the equipment and method, waste management and structure reinforcement. A process model of eco-friend demolition work is developed by using IDEF0 method.

Building a new library and remodeling an existing library for the multi-cultural space is a recent trend of the university libraries. That is, the spaces for using the digital and multimedia equipments, the rooms for reading and studying, the spaces for the cultural activities such as watching movies and holding an exhibition, and the spaces for the communication and refreshment are increasing in the libraries. However, this movement of securing and providing the new spaces is not closely connected with the off-line services and happens without the consideration of how to change the librarian's role and position. Therefore, the university libraries need to plan and provide the multi-learning space rather than the multi-cultural space considering the university library is an academic organization. Additionally, understanding the purpose of the university libraries, user's need, utilization method of books and considering the librarian's roles and placement are necessary in planning and providing the space of the libraries.

Recently, the environmental conservation has been emphasized over the world. Building industry should carefully reflected the development focused on the economic aspect as well as the environmental considerations. Therefore, it requires the technology development to mitigate the environmental pollution through the reducement of the energy and resources usage amount over the building life cycle. For these, it should be required to set up the analysis methodology to grasp the amount of the environmental pollution and energy and resources in each step of building life cycle. In this paper, it aimed at preparing the analysis process and analyzing the embodied energy and $CO_2$ and $SO_x$ emission according to the building work, field work, mechanical and electrical work on the new building and remodelling, utilizing the inventory analysis which is one of the LCA process.

국내 계사를 살펴보면 우레탄 또는 스티로폼을 거의 사용하고 있다. 오랜 시간이 지나면서 계사의 부식과 쥐의 영향으로 단열재 내부가 파괴되고 있는 상황이다. 하지만 최근 설립된 위드팜이 뿌리는 단열재를 출시하면서 계사의 신축 및 리모델링시 저비용으로 고효율을 기대할 수 있게 됐다. 질석과 펄라이트로 만든 뿌리는 단열재는 불연기능으로 화재예방, 단열기능으로 여름철 고온스트레스 예방, 쥐의 단열재 파괴 예방이 가능해 계사 환경 개선에 큰 도움을 주고 생산성에도 영향을 끼친다. 이번호에는 당당하게 축산업에 뛰어든 신입 축산업체인 위드팜(대표 김재국)을 소개코자 한다.

국립등대박물관은 1985년에 포항시 영일만에 있는 호미곶등대 옆에 건립되었다. 이후 몇 차례 확장을 했고, 2여년에 걸쳐 전시관을 신축하면서 유물관을 리모델링하고 2022년 7월 1일 재개관식을 개최했다.. 본 연구에서는 국립등대박물관의 핵심건물인 전시관의 상설전시공간의 현황을 조사하고 분석하여 국내 유일한 등대박물관으로의 역할과 발전방향을 고찰하고자 한다. 먼저 기존 상설전시실이 위치하던 유물관의 복잡한 동선체계를 개선하고 패널과 일반 모형 중심의 연출을 벗어나 이용객 지향적인 동선과 체험물을 활용했다. 앞으로도 전시공간 매치, 연출 및 그래픽 체계, 영상매체 등의 미디어를 활용해 관람객이 능동적으로 참여하는 공간을 구축해야 한다.

As of 2017, there are 848 million households living in apartment and 55.87% of Aged apartments over 15 years old. The allowable standard for remodeling the apartment is more than 15 years and the market for remodeling the apartment will continue to increase. For the success of the remodeling project feasibility analysis is important but the existing feasibility analysis of new construction and reconstruction is being used for remodeling feasibility analysis. Therefore, it is necessary to study the feasibility analysis of customized remodeling without increasing the number of households according to the building law. Purpose of this paper is to develop a feasibility analysis methodology for customized remodeling projects by deriving the factors affecting the formation of land prices and building prices in apartment. According to the concept of price formation of the apartment, the analysis method of the customized remodeling of the old apartment using the factors affecting the Land Price Indexes, Officially Assessed Individual Land Price, House Price Indexes, and Officially Assessed Individual House Price was suggested. The Stair Price Algorithm developed in this research can be utilized at the stage of selecting remodeling contractors after the remodeling housing association is established.
