소상공인진흥원 사이트에 가면 신사업 아이디어(http://newbiz.or.kr)라는 콘텐츠가 있다. 이곳에는 국내외의 흥미로운 신사업 아이디어들이 다양하게 올라와 있다. '무료로 자전거를 타고 영화도 볼 수 있는 팝업시네마', '개인의 취향에 맞춰 커피를 포장하여 집으로 배달하는 사업'등등. 기발한 아이디어가 빛나는 사업 아이템들을 접하다 보면 탄성이 절로 나온다. 특히 국내보다는 해외 신사업 아이디어들의 비중이 높은 게 특징이다. 이 사업 아이디어들은 소상공인진흥원의 '신사업 유망창업 아이디어 공모'를 통해 발굴이 된다. 일반인은 자체적인 사업 아이템 뿐만 아니라 여러 정보매체를 통해서 접한 신사업 아이디어들을 응모할 수 있다. 이렇게 응모된 신사업 아이디어들은 선정위원회에서 엄선하여 인터넷 게재가 이루어진다. 소상공인진흥원 지식서비스부 관계자는 "이런 신사업 아이디어를 지속적으로 올리는 것은 국내 창업 환경이 너무 요식업 쪽으로 집중되기 때문이다"며 "잠재 창업자들이 다양한 신사업 아이디어를 접하고 좀 더 창의적인 창업을 시도했으면 좋겠다'고 밝혔다. 다양한 신사업 아이디어 정보 중에는 해외 자판기 관련 신사업 아이디어도 올라와 있다. 기발한 차원을 넘어 사업적인 성공을 한 아이템도 적지 않다. 최근 1-2년 동안 해외에서는 어떠한 흥미진진한 신사업 아이템이 화제를 모았을까?

본 연구는 기능성 신사화 착용이 즉각적인 선자세 족저압력 분포 변화에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 하였다. 남성 물리치료사 8명을 대상으로 하루 간격을 두고 동일한 대상에게 일반적 신사화와 기능성 신사화를 착용하고 선 자세 동안 높은 족저압력의 발과 낮은 족저압력의 발간에 족저압력 분포를 비교하였다. 비교 분석 결과, 일반화를 착용한 선 자세에서 높은 족저압력의 발과 낮은 족저압력의 발간에 족저압력 비율이 유의한 차이를 보였지만 기능성 신사화에서 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 그리고 높은 족저압력 분포 발에서 기능성 및 일반적 신사화간에 전족부와 후족부의 압력이 차이를 보였다. 선 자세에서 기능성 신사화가 일반적 신사화 보다 즉각적으로 정상 생리적 자세를 유도하는 것으로 보였다.

대한민국 사진영상장비 대표기업 세기 P&C(주)(이봉훈 대표, www.saeki.co.kr)는 지난 6월 1일 서울 충무로 신사옥 오픈식을 개최했다. 세기P&C(주)는 지난 4월, 기존 종로구 와룡동에서 중구 충무로3가 소재의 신사옥으로 이전한 후, 동양 최대 규모의 멀티 브랜드숍을 표방한 '세기 브랜드숍'을 준비, 매장 구성을 완성하여 신사옥을 오픈했다. 이날 충무로 신사옥 오픈식에선 세기P&C(주) 이봉훈 대표의 자서전 출판기념회도 함께 진행되었다.

신사업을 추진하는 과정에서 CEO는 데이터와 개인적 신념을 의사결정의 주요 고려사항으로 사용하는 경우가 많다. 그러나 이러한 의사결정 포인트를 가지고 통찰력있는 평가를 하는 것은 어렵다. 신사업을 추진하는 CEO는 사업의 본질을 꿰뚫어 볼 수 있는 통찰력을 가지고 있어야 한다. 신사업의 올바른 평가를 위해 CEO들이 고려해야하는 의사결정의 포인트들을 짚어본다.

This study of Shintoism is to inquire the relationships between social-political ideology and place of Shinto shrine(神社). In Korea, the Shinto shrine was a place of the center of Japanese colonial policy that symbolized the goal of Japanese Imperialism. This was one of the strategies of "Japan and Korea Are One". Before the China and Japan War in 1937, the number of shrines amounted to 51 sites, 12 of them were closely related to open ports, and the others were located at inland major cities. They also were associated with railroad transportation systems that tied coast and inland major cities. This spatial distribution of shrines was so called "Shrine Network" that was essential in tracing Japanese invasion into Korea. It was an imperial place where Japanese residence and colonial landscape were combined together to show the strength of Japanese Imperialism. Most of shrines were located at a hill with a view on the slope of a mountain and honored Goddess Amaterasu and the Meiji Emperor. I presume from these facts that Shinto Shrine was a supervisionary organization for strategic purpose. The Jeonju Shrine was located on a small hill, Dagasan(65m) where commanded a splendid view of Jeonju city and honored Goddess Amaterasu and the Meiji Emperor. It was a place which was adjacent to Japanese residence and colonial landscape. The Dagasan was changed as a symbolic site for Japanese Imperialism. But, after liberation in 1945, the social-political symbol of the hill was changed. By the strong will of civil, there was a monument to the loyal dead and the national poet, Yi Byeng-gi placed for national identity at the site of the demolished Jeonju Shrine. Dagasan as a place of national identity, shows the symbolic decolonization and the changing ideology. After all, this shows that political ideology is represented in a place with landscape.

The Nam-Hae Sin-sa, the South Sea shrine in Yeong-Am, Korea was a national institution for public peace and bliss, was excavated in 2000, and the shrine and the 3-way-gate were reconstructed in 2001. Hae Sin-sa, the Sea shrine is a place for religious service separated into the Nam-Hae Sin-sa, the Dong-Hae Myo, and the Seo-Hae Dan. The Dong-Hae Myo was reconstructed, but restored shrine and 3-way-gate of the Nam-Hae Sin-sa is not perfect in comparison with excavation plan in 2000, therefore new reconstruction was researched through the related literature, the analysis of historical maps and excavation results, the interview with the concerned people and the case study. This research defines the analysis of the Plan of the Nam-Hae Sin-sa Reconstruction as follows. 1. The Nam-Hae Sin-sa was the institution for religious service operated by national direct management, represents the shrine for public peace and bliss on the Mountain, the Sea, and the River. Especially the Nam-Hae Sin-sa had an important position on the pivot of international trade with China and Japan, and had a role of main shrine with another one in the Mt. Ji-ri San. 2. The name of the Sea shrine was called as Nam-Hae Sin-sa(the South Sea shrine), Dong-Hae Myo(the East Sea shrine), Seo-Hae Dan(the West Sea shrine). But the name of the South Sea shrine had changed in the early period of Chosun as Nam-Hae Sin-sa to the later Chosun as Nam-Hae Dang through the research of related literature and historical map. Such as the Seo-Hae Dan, it was constructed for the Dan, the flat raised-floor without buildings, and changed to the type of Sa-Dang with addition of buildings. 3. The historical map of Hae Sin-sa informs the types of the roof, the Mat-bae roof was used in the Dong-Hae Myo, but the Pal-jak roof was showed in the Seo-Hae Dan and the Nam-Hae Sin-sa. 4. According to the analysis of Yong-Ch'uck the unit length, Nam-Hae Sin-sa was reconstructed in the period of Koryo on large scale, but it was restored in the Chosun on middle scale. And the Unit of Yong Ch'uck was changed into Yeong-jo Ch'uck in the period of Chosun. 5. As the results, The Plan of the Nam-Hae Sin-sa Reconstruction designed the new shrine into the 3 Kan front and the 2 Kan side with 3:2 scale. An-ch'o-gong with Yong-du and Yong Mi the ornaments represents head and tail of dragon, the Un-gong and the ornament of Pa-ryun-dae-gong in the building, and the Ch'ung-ryang of the Yong-du show the image of the institution for religious service for the god of the sea who look like dragon. The inner gate building and the main entrance were designed as same plan and scale as Hyang-gyo, the Korean Traditional School and Shrine of Confucianism, on the basis of results of excavation. Raise the 3-tall gate of the main entrance with harmony of the scale and the shape, because the side of gate building has the Mat-bae roof. 6. This research shows that Plan of the Nam-Hae Sin-sa Reconstruction is composed into shrine space and reservation space from the main entrance to inner gate and shrine like Jung-ak Dan in the Mt. Gye-ryong San, and it also informs the well in the west side of Sin-sa is an important factor of the plan of shrine architecture.

Intelligent maritime traffic information services provide services for maritime traffic safety, but due to the difference in ship specifications and loading condition, the method of determining abnormalities in ship stability has not been generalized. In this study, we established a method for collecting and preprocessing Accelerometer and GPS data for calculating ship stability. In addition, we have researched a model that can determine the real-time ship stability through data science algorithms that can reflect each vessel specifications and external forces, breaking away from approximate calculations that cannot reflect weather factors in the real ocean.

(주)포로옵틱스(대표 정진호, www.prooptics.co.kr)가 지난 1월 19일 산학연 인사들을 초청하여 신사옥 준공식 행사를 가졌다. 2005년 12월 지금의 이천시 부발읍에 사옥 준공식을 가진 후 5년 만에 사세 확장과 함께 신사옥을 완공한 이 회사는 오는 3월 창립 10주년을 앞두고 10주년 기념식도 겸하여 더욱 뜻 깊은 자리가 되었다. 280여 평 규모로 지어진 신사옥에서는 3D 광학계를 비롯하여 초정밀 대구경 비구면 렌즈 가공을 통해 초고미세 노광광학계, 천체 망원경 및 인공위성 광학계를 생산할 수 있는 기반을 구축하게 됐다.
