Effects of Perceived Image between Corporations in Trust and Commitment of Relationship (기업상호간 지각된 이미지가 신뢰와 관계결속에 미치는 영향)

  • Recently the environment of Korean business cultures has rapidly changed. Companies have their own images. They are Perceived among companies, so they are awarded as the important factors of the making relation. Especially the importance of corporate image was brought to the fore and it has been dealing with continuously and variously since 1990s. Previous empirical research has focused on the orientation of consumer in perceived company image. But the goal of this study is focused on the effects of the perceived image between corporations in trust and commitment of relationship. The results of this study perceived image were indicated to have an effect on trust. In addition, trust were also indicated to have an effect on commitment. C.E.O, Growth, Innovation image were indicated to have an effect on trust as the important factors.

  • This study empirically examined the structural relationships among service quality of internet real estate information web-sites, trust, customer satisfaction and reuse intention. In order to achieve the purpose, survey method was applied using a sample of 293 real estate information web-site users. The results of this study showed that service quality of real estate web-sites had a significant effect on trust and customer satisfaction. And, the trust of web-sites have influenced on customer satisfaction and reuse intention. Finally, the customer satisfaction of estate information web-sites had a significant positive effect on reuse intention.

  • This study aims to mediating effects of trust on the relationships between R&D organizational culture and organizational- performance. Additionally, This study is to examine the impact of R&D organizational culture to organizational performance. The findings are as follows : First, R&D organizational culture had a significant positive effects on the organizational performance. Second, the mediating effects of trust had a significant effects on all relationships. The means that attaining trust contribute to member's attitude and organization performance, therefore supervisor should make efforts to maintain and enhance trust in organization.

  • This study focuses on finding out the determinants of relational quality between the supplier and the retailer in the Chinese cosmetics market. A total of 72 questionnaires were collected by surveying beauty shops which mainly do business with the foreign cosmetics suppliers in Shanghai area. The findings support the premise that a retailer's trust in a supplier is positively related to the retailer's commitment. Supplier's ability, guanxi and cultural sensitivity have positive impacts on trust. Formalization, supplier's specific investment and cultural sensitivity affect commitment positively. But the formalization is not significantly related to the retailer's trust. The guanxi is not found to be significantly related to the retailer's commitment yet.

  • Korean customers purcahse some products directoly from overseas for saving the money. However, in refunding or exchanging the products from overseas, customers may complain due to different regulations and language barriers. Mutual purchasing relationships is a prerequisite for establishing trust with customers and online retailers need various activities to gain the trust of consumers. This research has a purpose of investigating the relationship between trust and satisfaction according to the quality of reverse logistics service.

The Effects of C2F6 Plasma Cleaning on Via Formation in MCM-D Substrate using photosensitive BCB (감광성 BCB를 사용한 MCM-D 기판에서 C2F6 플라즈마 clcaning 이 비야형성에 미 치는 영향)

  • 감광성 BCB를 사용한 MCM-D기판에 신뢰성있는 비아형성을 위하여 BCB의 공정 특성과 C2F6를 사용한 플라즈마 cleaning 영향을 분석하였다. 절연막, 금속배선재료로 각각 감광성 BCB, Cu를 사용하여 MCM-D 기판을 제작 분석한 결과 BCB는 soft bake 후 초기 두께의 50%정도 두께 손실이 있었으며 해상도는 15um이었다. BCB층에 비아 형성후 C2F6 가스로 플라즈마 cleaning 하고 AES로 비아표면을 분석한 결과 유기물 C는 검출되지 않은 반면 플라즈마 cleaning을 하지 않은 비아를 분석한 결과 유기물 성분의 C가 많이 검출되었 고 Ar 스퍼터에 의해서도 완전히 제거되지 않았다. 따라서 감광성 BCB를 절연막으로 사용 한 MCM-D 기판 제작공정에서 비아 형성후 C2F6를 이용한 플라즈마 cleaning의 필요성을 확인하였다.

An Analysis on Countermove of its Farmer and Consumption in Environment-friendly agricultural Products (친환경농산물의 소비 실태와 생산자의 대응방식 분석)

  • This thesis is surveying the notions and the countermeasures of the farmers, who produce environmental-friendly crops, on a market and buyers. It ultimately tries to find out ways to increase the sale and the consumption of environmental-friendly crops from the side of the farmers. In chapter 2, analyzing the reality of consuming environmental-friendly crops and consumers inclinations. Also, on the basis of this, in chapter 3, I demonstrate how environmental-friendly producers countermeasures for the consumers are. I try to analyze the trust of the consumer buying environmental-friendly crops, which have been pointed out as a decisive factor for environmental-friendly crops by a lot of researchers, and analyze producers methods dealing with consumers approach to consume environmental-friendly crops. Regarding ways of the reconsideration about the trust, I have shown the problems about the quality authentication, forming consumers trust, and the ways of the consumer management. For the channel and method of the sale I have scrutinized not only a farmers notion about an internet homepage and his or her use but also producers principal sales route, cognition, and correspondence about it. Finally, I have examined the counter plans of the producer to increase sale and to facilitate consumption.

In doped ZTO 기반 산화물 반도체 TFT 소자의 CuCa 전극 적용에 따른 특성 변화 및 신뢰성 향상

  • 고 이동도(~10 cm/Vs), 낮은 공정온도 및 높은 투과율 등의 특성을 갖는 산화물 반도체는 저 소비전력, 대면적화 및 고해상도 LCD Panel에 적합한 재료로서 현재 일부 Mobile Panel 및 TFT-LCD Panel의 양산에 적용되고 있으나, 향후 UHD급(4 K, 8 K)의 대형, 고해상도 Panel에의 적용을 위해서는 30 cm2/Vs 이상의 고 이동도 재료의 개발 및 저 저항 배선의 적용에 따른 소자 신뢰성의 개선이 필요하다. Cu는 대표적인 저 저항 배선 재료로 일부 양산에 적용되고 있으나, Cu 전극과 산화물 반도체의 계면에서 Cu원자의 확산 및 Cu-O 층의 형성에 의한 소자 특성 저하의 문제가 있다. 본 연구에서는 고 이동도의 In doped-ZTO계 산화물 반도체를 기반으로 채널 층과 Cu source-Drain layer의 계면에서의 Cu element의 거동 및 TFT 소자 특성과의 상관관계를 고찰하고, 계면에 형성된 Cu-O layer에 대해 높은 전자 친화도를 갖는 Ca element를 첨가에 의한 TFT 소자 특성의 변화를 관찰하였다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 효과로 인한 소자 신뢰성의 향상을 기대하였으며, 우선 In doped-ZTO 채널 층에 Cu와 CuCa 2at% source-drain을 적용한 TFT 특성을 확인하였다. 그 결과, Cu는 Field-effect mobility: ~17.67 cm2/Vs, Sub-threshold swing: 0.76 mV/decade 및 Vth:, 4.40 V의 결과가 얻어졌으며 CuCa 2at%의 경우 Field-effect mobility: ~17.84 cm2/Vs, Sub-threshold swing: 0.86 mV/decade 및 Vth:, 5.74 V의 결과가 얻어졌다. 소자신뢰성 측면에서도 Bias Stress의 변화량 ${\delta}Vth$의 경우 Cu : 4.48 V에 대해 CuCa 2at% : 2.81 V로 ${\delta}Vth$:1.67 V의 개선된 결과를 얻었다.

The study on Accelerated Life-Time Reliability Test Methods of Ni-Mn-B ternary alloy Plating(electrodeposit) (Ni-Mn-B 삼원합금도금 가속수명 및 신뢰성 평가에 대한 연구)

  • Steel companies are applying Ni-B or Ni-Co alloy plating to protect the surface of Continuous casting mold, and they are using saccharin polish which causes crack on plating layer due to sulfur in saccharin. It is considered that the Ni-S compound causes the cracking and additional tensile stresses. The Ni-Mn-B ternary alloy plating was developed for suppression of crack by forming Mn-S compound before Ni-S compound is formed, but there were no domestic or international standard on the Ni-Mn-B alloy plating. Therefore, reliability evaluation standard was established to evaluate the newly developed Ni-Mn-B plating. To develop accelerating life testing method, FMEA(Failure Mode & Effective analysis) was used to analyze the cause of the main failure in plating. The Ni-Mn-B reliability standard included accelerating life test method, and it was categorized by the fundamental performance test, environment test, and accelerated life test, and was designed to guarantee 1 000 hours of B10 life with 80 % reliable level.

  • The objective of this study is to pay attention to the personal media environment that is in the center of rapid changes in the media industry, to especially explore the activity area of one-person or minority media creators who lead the mobile media environment that could be connected, watched, and produced anywhere, and to closely examine the mutual ecosystem between creators and viewers. Especially, paying attention to the recommendation service YouTube provides, for example, based on the big data algorithm related to users' habitual use, when users' data used are provided more, the users face the advanced service, this study aimed to examine the effects of recommendation service on the formation of trust between user and producer, user flow, and subscription intention, and also to demonstrate the process of forming this mutual relation through concrete data. In the conclusion, implications that can be inferred based on the research results and suggestions for further research in the future were presented.
