Management Automation Technique for Maintaining Performance of Machine Learning-Based Power Grid Condition Prediction Model (기계학습 기반 전력망 상태예측 모델 성능 유지관리 자동화 기법)

  • It is necessary to manage the prediction accuracy of the machine learning model to prevent the decrease in the performance of the grid network condition prediction model due to overfitting of the initial training data and to continuously utilize the prediction model in the field by maintaining the prediction accuracy. In this paper, we propose an automation technique for maintaining the performance of the model, which increases the accuracy and reliability of the prediction model by considering the characteristics of the power grid state data that constantly changes due to various factors, and enables quality maintenance at a level applicable to the field. The proposed technique modeled a series of tasks for maintaining the performance of the power grid condition prediction model through the application of the workflow management technology in the form of a workflow, and then automated it to make the work more efficient. In addition, the reliability of the performance result is secured by evaluating the performance of the prediction model taking into account both the degree of change in the statistical characteristics of the data and the level of generalization of the prediction, which has not been attempted in the existing technology. Through this, the accuracy of the prediction model is maintained at a certain level, and further new development of predictive models with excellent performance is possible. As a result, the proposed technique not only solves the problem of performance degradation of the predictive model, but also improves the field utilization of the condition prediction model in a complex power grid system.

  • Based on literature relating to the theory of planned behavior(TPB) and the TAM, this study extends the applicability of the TAM in a mobile banking context, by adding one trust-based construct('perceived credibility') and two resource-based constructs('perceived efficacy' and 'perceived cost') and technical suitability constructs to the model, while paying careful attention to the placing of these constructs in the TAM's existing nomological structure. Data collected from 182 users in Korea were tested against the extended TAM, using the structural equation modeling approach. The results strongly support the extended TAM in predicting users intentions to adopt mobile banking. Several implications for IT/IS acceptance research and mobile banking management practices are discussed.

  • 원자력 발전소의 원자로보호계통(Plant Protection Systems)은 그 특성상 안전성과 신뢰성을 중시하며, 매우 엄격한 설계 요건을 요구한다. 또한 원자로 보호계통에 사용되는 데이터 통신망은 최악의 예상된 조건에서도 신뢰할 수 있는 성능을 보여야 하며, 실증 시험을 통해 확인되어야 한다. 이러한 특성을 고려하여 국산화과제로 개발 중인 원자로보호계통의 데이터 통신망은, 개방형 통신 프로토콜인 프로피버스(Profibus)를 적용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 적용된 통신 프로토콜인 Profibus에 대한 성능 모델을 제시하고, 제시된 성능 모델을 통해 데이터통신망이 결정론적(Deterministic) 요건을 만족한 수 있는 성능 특성을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 통해 Profibus를 적용한 데이터 통신망이 요구되는 성능, 신뢰성, 독립성 및 건전성 요건을 만족하도록 하기 위한 설계 요건을 제시하고자 한다.

  • This paper mainly deals with a transaction model for the reliability guarantee in a Web-Based Real-Time Reservation Service System. We suggest the Web-Based Global Transaction Model which binds up each transaction currently divided by a function into one transaction and deals with one transaction. Also, we propose a Fail-Check Process in order to deal with the exceptions to be happened in a transaction process. And the simulation shows us that the model which we suggest is feasible and possible through the transaction processing procedure.

  • EMTDC가 FACTS 기기와 같이 전력전자소자가 포함된 계통을 신뢰성 있게 해석 할 수 있고 또한 다양한 제어기능과 각종 스위칭 소자 모델을 제공 하기때문에 실계통에서 운용되고 있는 서대구 SVC 제어시스템을 EMTDC로 개발하였다. 모델 개발을 위하여 서대구 SVC의 제작사인 ABB에서 제공한 서대구 SVC의 기능, 구성 및 특성을 분석하였으며 개발된 EMTDC SVC 제어시스템 모델의 신뢰성을 검증하기 위하여 제작사에서 제공한 TNA 테스트 결과와 비교하여 모델의 정확성을 검증하였다.

  • 본 논문은 신뢰성 평가의 핵심을 이루는 고장률 계산을 통하여, 배전변압기의 정량적인 신뢰성 척도 산출에 대한 것이다. 배전변압기는 사용시간의 경과와 더불어 환경 조건 등 여러 가지 요인으로 그 성능이 서서히 열화되고 마침내 고장에 이르게 된다. 따라서 배전변압기의 신뢰성에 대한 적절한 평가 도구가 없으면 배전변압기 설비 운영에 대한 피드백이 체계적으로 이루어지지 못하게 된다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 신뢰성 평가에 대한 정량적인 척도 산출이 필요하며, 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 배전변압기의 신뢰성 모형 설계를 수행하였다. 고장률 계산을 위해 일반적으로 널리 이용되는 확률론적 모델을 가정하였으며, 실제 운전 및 고장실적 데이터를 기반으로 한 배전변압기의 고장률을 산출하고, 이를 바탕으로 배전변압기의 수명 및 신뢰성 척도를 확보하였다.

  • In Korea, the construction of the first high-speed railroad on the Seoul-Pusan Corridor has already started 3 years ago, in the paper, an attempt is made to develop reliability-based safety and capacity evaluation models for the computer-aided maintenance of the high-speed railroad bridges. The strength limit state models of PC railroad bridges for reliability analysis encompass both the single failure mode such as bending or shear strength and the combined interaction equations which simultaneously take into account flexures, shear and torsion. Then, the actual load carrying capacity and the realistic safety of bridges are evaluated using the system reliability-based equivalent strength, and the results are compared with those of the element reliability based or conventional methods. It is concluded that the proposed models may be appropriately applied in practice for the realistic assessment of safety and capacity of high-speed railroad bridges.

  • 통신기술의 급속한 발전으로 네트워크 환경이 광대역통합망으로 진화되어가고 있다. 이로 인해 개별 네트워크에서 운영되던 IT서비스들 또한 광대역통합망 환경에서 빠른 속도로 융합되고 있다. 하지만, 개별 네트워크에서 운영되던 기존의 IT서비스들이 광대역통합망에서 서로 융합되어 신규 IT 서비스를 생성하는 과정에서 보안요소가 적용되지 않을 경우에 신규 IT서비스의 안정성 및 신뢰성이 떨어질 수 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서, 본 논문에서는 신규 IT 서비스의 기반구축 및 운영이전인 서비스에 대한 기획 및 설계시에 필수적인 보안대책 제시하여 서비스 운영이전에 보안대책을 적용할 수 있도록 함으로써, 신규 IT 서비스의 안정성과 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있는 방법으로 정보보호사전평가 모델을 제시하고, 이 모델을 RFID 서비스에 적용한 예제를 설명한다.

  • This paper presented the procedures for detecting gross errors, and described the influence of the number and distribution of points on the internal reliability in photogrammetric adjustment, such as relative orientation and independent model method. The use of the standard six points for relative orientation and the regular four points for independent model method result in low internal reliability. With such a distribution, gross erors in measured points might not be detected But using cluster of double or triple points instead of individual point, internal reliability improves remarkably.

  • This study developed an analysis model of estimating fatigue damage using the linear elastic fracture mechanics method. Stress history occurring to an element when a truck passed over a bridge was defined as block loading and crack closure theory explaining load interaction effect was applied. Stress range frequency analysis considering dead load stress and crack opening was done. Probability of stress range frequency distribution was applied and the probability distribution parameters were estimated. The Monte Carlo simulation of generating the probability various of distribution was performed. The probability distribution of failure block numbers was obtained. With this the fatigue reliability of an element not occurring in failure could be calculated. The failure block number divided by average daily truck traffic remains the life of a day. Fatigue reliability analysis model was carried out for the welding member of cross beam flange and vertical stiffener of steel box bridge using the proposed model. Consequently, a 3.8% difference was observed between the remaining life in the peak analysis method and in the proposed analysis model. The proposed analysis model considered crack closure phase and crack retard.
