The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships among CSR activities, relationship quality, and organizational performance in an exclusive Liquor licensed Wholesalers in Korea. In this research, CSR activities consists of four factors including characterizes(consumer, economy, philanthropy, and environment). First, this study investigated how CSR activities affected both Honesty Trust and Reciprocity Trust, second analyzed how both Honesty Trust and Reciprocity Trust influenced organizational performance. The data were obtained from a questionnaire handed out to a random sample of 95 individuals that exclusive license operators. With the information obtained, and after the scales validation process, PLS(Partial Least Square) has been conducted. The analysis results indicate that CSR activities, relationship quality, and organizational performance in an exclusive license operators. According to the analysis, first, both economy and environment affect both Honesty Trust and Reciprocity Trust. second Honesty Trust affect organizational performance. Finally, based in the findings of this study, theoretical contribution and managerial implications are discussed.

지식경제부의 청정제조기반 산업원천개발사업의 일환으로 진행 중인 "초고진공펌프 개발" 과제 중 제 3 세부 과제인 "고진공펌프종합특성평가시스템 설계, 진단기술 개발" 과제에서 진행되고 있는 연구수행결과 및 기 구축 돈 저진공펌프 종합특성평가시스템을 활용한 진공펌프의 상용화를 위한 신뢰성 평가에 관하여 소개한다. 10(3) mbar~ 10(-10) mbar 영역의 국내 진공펌프 개발 수준의 선진화를 위한 모든 특성평가장치의 국제적 신뢰성이 있는 완벽한 성능평가의 구현에 있다고 할 수 있다. 고진공펌프개발 총괄과제의 대명제는 "국제적 신뢰성을 가지는 상용화 제품의 완성"이며, 전체 사업 추진기간 동안 제품 개발 주체인 산업체에 상용화를 위한 신뢰성 기반기술의 완벽한 구현의 제공에 있다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 고진공펌프의 신뢰성 평가는 저진공펌프의신뢰성 평가기술에 기반을 두고 있으며, 기 개발 완료된 특성평가뿐만 아니라 실질적으로 공정현장에서 판단할 수 있는 내구성진단 및 제작회사에서의 기계적 신뢰성 진단기술의 복합적인 요인들의 집합적인 분석에 기인하고 있다고 판단할 수 있다. 상용화 단계의 내구성 및 신뢰성 확보를 위한 전제 조건은 대외적으로 공표할 수 있는 시험평가 데이터와 개발 주체에서 기밀 수준으로 유지해야만 하는 민감한 자료의 상시 생산 infra의 구축으로 볼 수 있다. 이러한 진공펌프개발이라는 과제의 대명제를 완성하기 위하여 추진 연구개발 방향 등 진행형인 2년간의 최종 상용화에 필요한 국제 신뢰성, 공정대응성 확보 등 핵심사업 추진내용을 소개하고자 한다.

소프트웨어의 품질 특성은 크게 6가지로 나누어 평가되어지고 있다. 가능성, 신뢰성, 사용성, 효율성, 유지보수성, 이식성의 품질 특성중에서 신뢰성에 대한 평가가 상당히 중요하다는 인식을 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 신뢰성에 대한 평가 방법을 제시하고 소프트웨어를 시험하는 기관이나 소프트웨어 개발업체에서 작용할 수 있는 소프트웨어 신뢰성 평가 방법론에 대해서 연구하고 고장데이터를 적용하여 소프트웨어 신뢰성을 평가하는 평가 결과를 제시하였다.

Reliability analysis of a mechanical system has been developed in order to consider the uncertainties in the product design that may occur from the tolerance of design variables, uncertainties of noise, environmental factors, and material properties. In most of the previous studies, the reliability was calculated independently for each performance of the system. However, the conventional methods cannot consider the correlation between the performances of the system that may lead to a difference between the reliability of the entire system and the reliability of the individual performance. In this paper, the joint probability density function (PDF) of the performances is modeled using a copula which takes into account the correlation between performances of the system. The system reliability is proposed as the integral of joint PDF of performances and is compared with the individual reliability of each performance by mathematical examples and two-bar truss example.

The current study investigated how interpersonal trust is developed in online communities, where most of individual identities are unknown or doubtful. To better understand and theorize the underlying mechanism, a survey was conducted integrating the literature on computer-mediated communication (CMC) and extending previous research on social identify model. The findings confirmed that integrity, benevolence, and openness are essential components in the concept of trustworthiness, which is predicted by social identification and persistency of communication activities in the virtual community.

멀티캐스트를 이용하는 각종 서비스가 증가하고 그중 파일 전송 서비스, 인터넷 방송 등과 같은 응용서비스는 신뢰성 있는 멀티캐스트를 요구한다. 현재의 IP 멀티캐스트 서비스의 특성상 신뢰성 있는 멀티캐스트를 하기 위해서 신뢰전송 프로토콜이 필요하다. 이러한 방법가운데 계층적 트리를 구축하여 신뢰성을 보장하려는 노력이 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 라우터 지원방식을 제공하여 멀티캐스트 서비스에서 효율적으로 신뢰성을 보장하는 방법을 제안한다. 기존의 라우팅 지원방식이 복잡한 라우터 기능을 요구하는 반면 제안하는 방법은 간단하게 메시지 타입만 검사하여 네트워크 토폴로지와 병합하는 제어한다. 이로써 링크간의 불필요한 중복데이타를 줄이고 효율적인 링크사용을 통하여 신뢰성 보장의 효율성을 높일 수 있다.

최근에 에너지 효율적이며 신뢰성 있는 데이터 전송을 보장하기 위한 많은 라우팅 기법의 연구가 진행되고 있다. 하지만 현재까지 무선센서네트워크에서의 표준 라우팅 기법이 없는 상황에서 신뢰성을 제공하기 위한 새로운 라우팅 기법을 제안하는 것은 실용적이지 않으며 비효율적이다. 본 논문에서는 신뢰성 있는 데이터 전송을 범용적으로 보장하기 위해서 기존의 라우팅 기법의 신뢰성 및 확장성을 제공하는 모듈기법인 DRDT(Delay-based Reliable Data Transmission)를 향상시킨 ADRDT(Advenced Delay-based Reliable Data Transmission) 기법을 제안한다. ADRDT는 수신노드가 불안정한 링크상태로 인해 데이터 수신을 실패하는 경우 데이터를 오버히어링한 헬퍼노드(helper node)의 협력적인 재전송을 통해 신뢰성을 제공한다. 헬퍼노드는 수신노드의 이웃노드가 데이터를 오버히어링할 때 딜레이를 이용한 분산적 방법을 통해 동적으로 선정되며, 수신노드와의 링크상태를 고려하기 때문에 효과적으로 재전송 횟수를 감소시킨다. 제안 기법은 기존 기법과 비교해 전송 비용을 약 16.5% 감소시킨다.

본 논문은 교통하중에 대한 강사장교의 체계신뢰성에 기초한 체계적이며 실용적인 내하력평가 및 여용성평가 모형을 제안하였다. 고량 주형과 주탑의 조합상관 한계상태에 기초한 내하력평가를 위하여 개선된 조합상관식에 기초한 LRFR(Load and Resistance Factor Rating) 방법과 신뢰성에 기초한 시스템수준의 평가를 위해서 목표체계신뢰성지수의 항으로 표현되는 등가시스템저항강도에 의한 접근방법을 제안하였다. 또한 시스템의 여용성을 정의하기 위해서 체계신뢰성해석의 결과와 내하력평가 결과를 이용한 실제적인 시스템여용성 평가방법을 적용하였다. 제안한 체계신뢰성에 기초한 평가방법은 기존의 요소신뢰성 방법에 비해 구조물의 여용성을 충분히 반영하는 상당히 합리적이며 실제적인 결과를 보여주는 실용적인 방법으로 판단된다.

상수관망시스템은 관할 지역 내 생활 및 공업용수를 공급하기 위한 사회기반시설물로써, 비상시에도 사용자의 용수 수요를 충족하기 위한 안정적인 성능이 요구된다. 이러한 상수관망시스템의 용수공급능력은 비상시 용수공급가능량, 공급수압 등 여러 가지 수리해석 결과를 통해 판단할 수 있다. 그러나, 시스템의 설계 및 운영 과정에서 다양한 성능들을 시간·공간적으로 모두 고려하는 것은 매우 복잡한 과정을 거치므로, 복합적인 용수공급 성능을 집약적으로 평가하기 위한 신뢰도 지수들이 개발되었다. 여기서 신뢰도 지수들은 각각의 이론적 접근방법에 따라 시스템의 특정 성능에 다소 편중된 평가 결과를 갖는 것으로 알려져 있으며, 따라서 상수관망시스템의 설계 및 운영 시, 목적과 특성에 맞는 적합한 신뢰도 지수를 선정하고, 적용하기 위한 분석이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 상수관망시스템의 구조적 특성 및 핵심 성능에 따른 신뢰도 지수별 적용성을 평가하기 위해, 다양한 형태의 네트워크에서 몇 가지 공급부하 시나리오를 바탕으로 수리해석 결과와 신뢰도 지수 간의 상관성을 분석하였다. 또한, 다기준 분석기법을 통해 종합적인 시스템 핵심 성능에 대한 신뢰도 지수의 상관성을 분석함으로써, 시스템 전반에 대한 신뢰도 지수별 적용성을 함께 평가하였다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 상수관망시스템의 설계 또는 기존 시스템의 보강 및 운영계획 수립 등을 위한 연구에서 폭넓게 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Grid computing has been appeared for solving large-scaled data which are not solved by a single computer. Grid computing is a new generation platform which connects geographically distributed heterogeneous resources. However, gathering heterogeneous distributed resources produces many difficult problems. Especially. to assure resource reliability is one of the most critical problems. So, we propose a grid resource scheduling model using grid resource reliability measurement. We evaluate resource reliability based on resource status data and apply it to the grid scheduling model in DEVSJAVA modeling and simulation. This paper evaluates parameters such as resource utilization, job loss and average turn-around time and estimates experiment results of our model in comparison with those of existing scheduling models such as a random scheduling model and a round-robin scheduling model. These experiment results showed that the resource reliability measurement scheduling model provides efficient resource allocation and stable Job processing in comparison with a random scheduling model and a round-robin scheduling model.
