도시지역 여성노인의 우울, 주관적 신체증상 일상생활 수행능력에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Depression, Somatic Symptom, Activities of Daily Living for, the Elderly Women in an Urban Area)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among depression, somatic symptoms, and activities of daily living of elderly women in urban areas. Method: After obtaining participant's consent forms, a one-time, face-to-face, and private interview was conducted with each participant from Sep, 2006 to Jan, 2007 by trained graduate-level students. The questionnaire consisted of K-GDS, PHQ-15, Barthel Index, and Instrumental Activity of Daily Living. The collected data was analyzed with the SPSS/PC 12.0 program, which was used for frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. Results: The major findings of this study were as follows 1) 34.1% of participants belonged to the depression group. 2) There were significant relationships between depression and monthly income, somatic symptoms, ADL, IADL, and number of chronic disease. 3) Significant factors influencing depression were somatic symptoms, ADL, and monthly income. Conclusion: The results of this study give useful information for designing interventions and program development for appropriate depression management and care for elderly women.

  • In nursing, a practice discipline, it has been argued whether the mastery of clinical competence depends on types of learning styles, learning experience, and the use of specialized skills. All these problems are not limited to nursing education. Later educators identified the importance of reflective learning which is a vital element in any form of learning and that teachers and students need to consider how they can incorporate some forms of reflection in the courses. The purpose of this study is to review educational articles for understanding better what reflection in learning is, to identify the theme which is of important relevance to professional practice, from the book, Educating the reflective practitioner, and to discuss the theme within nursing education. Reflection in learning was defined by Dewey(1933) as the process which is involved the perception of relationships and connections between the parts of an experience. This experience is passed on when two people becoming involved with each other in a conversation. schon(1987) emphasized that learning conversation, which is a part of the interaction of student and teacher, is an important factor of the process of reflection-om-actopm. In clinical nursing education, good relationships between teacher and student, faculty's role, interpersonal skills are critical in learning conversation. Then Practing nurses who accept the need to choose nursing actionss on the basis of reflection, who accepet the necessity for understanding and being able to communicate the reasons for action are a powerfful force for the development of nursing into an increasingly more effective profession for the benefit of patients.

고빈도 경피신경전기자극의 자극강도에 따른 정상 성인여성 교감신경성 반응의 변화 (Changes in Sympathetic Nervous System Responses of Healthy Adult Women with Changes in the Stimulus Intensity of High Frequency Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the change in sympathetic nervous system responses of healthy adult women with changes in stimulus intensity of high frequency transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation. Methods: Twenty-four healthy subjects (women) received high frequency electrical stimulation of the forearm. The subjects were randomly assigned to one of two groups; a low intensity stimulation group (n=12) and a high intensity stimulation group (n=12). The electrode attachment was arranged on the forearm of the dominant arm and the electricity stimulus time was 20 minutes. Measured items included skin conductance, pulse rate, skin temperature, and respiration rate. Each was measured at 4 times. Results: Skin conductance and skin temperature showed significant group by time interactions, though there were no significant group and time effects. There were no significant differences according to time, group effect, and a group by time interaction in pulse and respiration rates. Conclusion: High frequency and high intensity electrical stimulation may be helpful for the improvement of sudomotor function through the activation of the sympathetic nervous system. Also, high frequency and low intensity electrical stimulation may be helpful for the reduction of sudomotor function via inhibition of the sympathetic nervous system.

직관개념 분석에 관한 연구 (A Concept Analysis of Intuition)

  • Intuition is an abstract concept which is most often thought of as a nonrational, nonscientific mode of thought. However, since there are so many amorphous definitions of intuition that it seems important to clarify the meaning of this concept. Therefore, this study use the process of Walker & Avant’s concept analysis to define of the concept of intuition Attributes of intuition were defined as 1) Knowledge of truth that is difficult to explicate ; 2) A type of immediate knowing ; 3) Knowlwdge without reasining analysis ; 4) Knowledge that is attained based on virtue character which integrates all matter and is not attained through individual experience. Antecedents of intuition consists of 1) as ground for knowledge or truth that is not availables to trace through the analytic procedures ; & 2) the flow of Ki which unites human beings and the universe. Consequences of intuition events or incidents occuring as a result of the concept consist of verification of the truth though analytic procedures and application of knowledge in both theoretical and practical ways. To develop intuitive ability, as an educator should not only make studies in recognizine, analysing and teaching concepts related to logical, rational decision making but should also recognize and teach concepts related to intuitive components of making decisions in clinical practice and classroom learning as well.

신경망을 이용한 엔드밀의 정적 강성 결정 (Determination of the Static Rigidity of the End Mill Using Neural Network)

  • The deflection of an end mill is very important in machining process and cutting simulation because it affects directly workpiece accuracy, cutting force, and chattering. In this study, the deflection of the end mill was studied both experimentally and by using finite element analysis. And the moment of inertia of cross sections of the helical end mill is calculated for the determination of the relation between geometry of radial cross section and rigidity of the tools. Using the Bernoulli-Euler beam theory and the concept of equivalent diameter, a deflection model is established, which includes most influences from tool geomety parameters. It was found that helix angle attenuates the rigidity of the end mill by the finite element analysis. As a result, the equivalent diameter is determined by tooth number, inscribed diameter ratio, cross sectional geometry and helix angle. Because the relation betweem equivalent diameter and each factor is nonlinear, neural network is used to decide the equivalent diameter. Input patterns and desired outputs for the neural network are obtained by FEM analysis in several case of end milling operations.

곶자왈휴양림 삼림욕 후 자율신경 활성의 변화 (Changes of Autonomous Nerves Activities after the Gyorae Gotjawal Forest Bathing)

  • 교래자연휴양림을 탐방한 대상자들이 삼림욕을 한 후에 자율신경의 활성도에 미치는 영향을 평가하는 것이 목적이었다. 방법: 삼림욕 전후에 유비맥파기를 이용하여 맥파를 측정하였다. 결과: 삼림욕 후에 교감신경 활성(LF)의 변화에서는 대조군의 사전과 사후의 평균치 차이는 유의성이 없었으나, 실험군에서는 사전보다 사후에는 증가하여 유의성이 있었으며(p<.038), 분산분석에서는 그룹간(p<.014), 전후 차( p<.026) 및 그룹과 전후 차에서도 유의하였다(p<.018). 부교감신경 활성도(HF)의 변화에서는 대조군과 실험군 간에 모두 유의성이 없었다. LF/HF 비율에서는 실험군에서는 사전보다 사후에 증가하여 유의성이 있었고(p<.019), 그리고 분산분석에서는 그룹간, 사전 및 사후 차간에서도 유의성이 있었다(p<.04). 평균맥박의 변화에서는 대조군은 사전보다 사후에 유의성이 없이 감소하였으나, 실험군에서는 사전보다 사후에 증가하여 유의성이 있었다(p<.026). 맥박표준편차(SDNN)의 변화에서는 대조군 및 실험군의 사전보다 사후의 평균치는 감소하였으나 유의성이 없었으나, 분산분석에서는 그룹간에서는 유의성이 있었다(p <.014). 심박변이평균편차(RMSSD)의 변화에서는 대조군 및 실험군의 사전과 사후의 평균치 차이는 유의성이 없었다. 결론: 교래곶자왈 숲 삼림욕 후에는 자율신경의 활성이 변화되고 평균맥박도 높아져서 자연치유의 장소로 유용하다고 판단한다.

  • 부신경절종은, 신경외배엽 기원의 교감신경 신경내분비 세포로 이루어져 있는, 부신 이외의 부신경절에서 생긴 종양으로, 주로 갑상선, 목동맥체, 종격동, 폐, 십이지장, 대동맥 주변 부위와 후복막 부위에 잘 생긴다. 악성도는 조직학적인 진단에 의한 것이 아니라, 국소 림프절 재발과 원격 전이에 의하여 판별되며, 골 전이가 드물지만 전이가 일어나면 주로 두개골 기저, 척추에 생기며, 드물게 골반골, 대퇴골로 전이한다. 저자들은 대퇴부 피하층에 발생하여 혈관 기원성의 종양과 감별되었던 부신경절종과 조기 골 전이를 보인 후복막에 발생한 부신경 절종을 경험하여 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다.

Long Short-Term Memory를 이용한 부산항 조위 예측 (Tidal Level Prediction of Busan Port using Long Short-Term Memory)

  • 본 연구는 조위 관측자료를 이용하여 부산항에서의 장기 조위 자료를 생성하는 Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM)으로 구현된 순환신경망 모델을 개발하였다. 국립해양조사원의 부산 신항과 통영에서 관측된 조위 자료를 모델 입력 자료로 사용하여 부산항의 조위를 예측하였다. 모델에 대하여 2019년 1월 한 달의 학습을 수행하였으며, 이후 2019년 2월에서 2020년 1월까지 1년에 대하여 정확도를 계산하였다. 구축된 모델은 부산 신항과 통영의 조위 시계열을 함께 입력한 경우에 상관계수 0.997 및 평균 제곱근 오차 2.69 m로 가장 성능이 높았다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 딥러닝 순환신경망 모델을 이용하여 임의 항만의 장기 조위 자료 예측이 가능함을 알 수 있었다.

  • 한국산 도롱뇽 (Hynobius leechi BOULENGER) 발생배의 질소화합물의 대사를 연구하고져 발생단계에 따른 단백질구성(아미노) 산의 촉진(아미노) 산의 정성적 분석과 질소 배설물(ammonia, urea, uric acid, creatine and/or creatinine, total nitrogen)의 정량분석을 미수정란, 란할배, 포배, 양배, 신경배 및 부화직전의 배에 대하여 행하였다. 1. 발생단계에 따른 발생배내 단백질구성 (아미노산)은 전 단계를 통하여 일양하게 18종씩 검출되어TRh 유리 (아미노산) 은 17 내지 23 종 검출되었으며, 전체적으로 유리(아미노산) 분포상에 큰 변화가 없었다. 2. 발생단계에 따른 질소배설물 분석의 결과는 다음과같다. Ammonia 와 urea 의 배내 함량은 미수정란에서부터 양배까지 점차 감소하여 양배 이후 부화직전배까지 급격히 증가한다. Uric acid의 함량은 전 단계를 통해 미소하였으며 creating and/or creatininie 은 본 실험에서는 검출되지 않았다. 3. 발생단계에 따른 발생배내 ammonia 함량에 대한 sodium azide의 영향은 농도에 따라 이원적인 특이성을 가지고 있었다.

피삭제와 공구재종의 상관관계에 근거한 절삭조건의 최적화(II) (Optmization of Cutting Condition based on the Relationship between Tool Grade and Workpiece Material (2nd. Report))

  • In optmizing cutting condition for face milling operation, tool wear is an important maching factor. For the purpose of establishing the relationship between various maching factor and tool wear, cutting tests have been performed. As a result, hardness and chemical composition of workpiece material, chemical compositition and grain size of cutting tool and cutting speed have been selected as machining factor. In addition, relationship between feed rate and workpiece hardness has been observed. Prior to utilizing cutting condition recommended by 'Machining Data Hardbook(MDH)' as a Knowledge base, an analysis for the validity has been provided. Based on this analysis, tool life criteria applied by MDH has been modifiied. Finaly, using MDH recommended data for neural network trainning, we can compensate the result form the trained neural network for optimizing cutting condition for some given workpice and cutting tool.
