Comparison and Analysis for Evaluation of Ride and SEAT Index through Theoretical Seat-Human Body Model and Vehicle Test (시트-인체 해석 모델링과 차량 주행 시험을 통한 차량 승차감 평가와 시트 지수의 비교 및 분석)

  • A simplified model of seat-human body is presented to analyze vibrations of human body on a seat of vehicle. The theoretical model having seven degrees-of-freedom is composed of the inter-connected masses, springs and dampers. Until now, evaluation of ride comfort has been usually performed only through vehicle tests. This study aims to complement shortcomings of conventional vehicle tests in evaluation of ride comfort by using the theoretical model. The acceleration values of the human body are obtained from frequency response functions of the theoretical model. Thereafter, Ride and SEAT indexes are acquired by considering response characteristics of the human body for the 12 axes that are presented in BS 6841. A vehicle test is carried out to measure the acceleration values for the three parts of the human body such as upper body, hip and foot. Ride and SEAT indexes of the vehicle test are also obtained by considering the response characteristics of the human body, of which results are compared with the values from the theoretical model. It is found that the theoretical results are in good agreement with the experimental results.

  • According to the operation guide book concerning the educations of Information Communication, Art for Primary and Middle school issued by Ministry of Education, Korea, 2001, it revealed many things as to an Spread Sheet's paradigm, that is, as to an useful program in Science, Practical course, Moral, Physical education and Society. However it can be said that the existing Spread Sheet is more or less unconvenience to use for pupils. Because most of pupils generally feel constrained to the functional formula and also when a complicated menu of Spread Sheet would be made the most of it. Moreover, from a certain point of view, it is somewhat too difficult to use the program as they feel intuitionally taking a look at it. This very thesis in order to support a part of probability and statistics for pupils were observed sincerely.

Numerov-Cooley Method on a Potential of NO Molecule (산화질소 분자 퍼텐셜에 적용한 Numerov-Cooley 방법)

  • In applying Numerov-Cooley method, Excel tool ‘Solver' is used to match those two wave functions propagated inward and outward, respectively. It is numerically confirmed that the same eigenvalue is obtained by using the average of two energy values of each inward and outward wave functions. This method is applied to a NO molecule potential, and we calculated the variations of the average bond distance and tunneling for a given vibrational energy. It is found that the average bond lengths increase proportionately to the vibrational energy, while the tunneling is not so sensitive to the energy changes. Rather substantial amount of tunnel effect is found for every vibrational state.

  • A simplified modeling approach of forced vibration for occupied car seats was demonstrated by using a mathematical model presented in 'Free Vibration of Car seat and Mannequin System' nonlinear and linear equations of motions were rederived for forced vibration and the transfer function was used to calculate the frequency response function. The experimental apparatus were set up and hydraulic shaker was used to obtain the system responses. Through the tests mannequin's head had a lot of problems and the responses with a head and without a head were measured. To explore the effects of linear dampings and friction moments at the joints linear analyses were performed. New sets of linear spring and damping coefficients and torsional dampings at the joints were calculated through parameter study to match up with experimental results. Good agreement between experimental and simulation frequency response estimates were obtained both in terms of locations of resonances and system deflection shapes at resonance indicating that this is a feasible method of modeling seated occupants.

  • This study investigated the characteristics for the optimal concentration of addition of the mixing solution through the corn husk pulverization and surface modification of biomass byproducts adding mixed solution between ESO and silane. And surveyed the specific surface area, water absorption, particle size and physical properties of bio- degradable plastic sheet. The specific surface area was 1.105 m2/g, particle size was the highest at 19 ㎛. The impact strength, tensile strength, elongation and hardness of plastic sheet showed the highest at the 1% concentration among the mixing solutions. The flexural strength and modulus was high according to the increasing the mixing solution. The results above showed that it was the best the adding 1% of mixed solution after silane treatment of corn husks for its manufacture as a bio-based plastic sheet.

  • Many current researches are limited in the statistics field, which is a part of mathematics class in the secondary school. Moreover, it's hard to apply to the elementary school since they are written in English. To overcome this limitations, the objectives from the unit that is suitable for using EXCEL in the elementary mathematics lessons are selected in this research. And a problem-based learning model for these lessons would be introduced that it can help students to focus on solving substances of the problems by reducing the time for arithmetic calculation.

  • This study presents the development of a machine vision inspection system(MVIS) purposely for car seat frames as an alternative for human inspection. The proposed MVIS is designed to meet the demands, features and specifications of car seat frame manufacturing companies in striving for increased throughput of better quality. This computer-based MVIS is designed to perform quality measures by detecting holes, nuts and welding spots on every car seat frame in real time. In this study, the NI Vision Builder software for Automatic Inspection was used as a solution in configuring the aimed quality measurements. The techniques for visual inspection are optimized through qualitative analysis and simulation of human tolerance on inspecting car seat frames. Furthermore, this study exemplifies the incorporation of the optimized vision inspection environment to the pre-inspection and post-inspection subsystems. The system built on this proposed MVIS for car seat frames has successfully found the possible detections.

  • 최근 LCD 노트북 제품의 고유한 특정인 경박단소가 요구되면서, 백라이트의 박형화로 인해 광원으로써 램프의 세경화에 대한 개발도 진행되고 있다. 특히, 노트북용 램프의 경우 발열이 심해 도광판을 비롯한 시트류의 주름현상이 발생하며, 수명연장을 위해서 전극의 표면적이 넓거나 일함수(work functuon)가 작은 재질의 개발이 필요하다. 따라서 노트북용으로 저발열, 장수명을 위한 램프를 개발하고 있으며, 본 연구에서도 기존 Ni 전극을 사용한 램프 대비 Nb, Mo, Ta 전극을 사용했을때 통일한 구동조건에서 103%의 휘도특성 개선을 확인할 수 있었고 수명면에서도 기존 Ni 전극 대비 일함수가 낮은 Nb, Mo, Ta 전극을 사용한 램프의 경우 시간경과에 따른 휘도저하가 낮은 것으로 나타났다.

  • 웹 서비스(Web Services)는 WSDL로 정의되는 인터페이스와 XML 스키마로 정의되는 메지를 이용하여 시스템 통합 및 분산 컴퓨팅이 가능하도록 하는 기술이다. 서비스 간 조합을 수행하기 위해서는 각기 다른 입출력을 가지는 웹 서비스 간에 메시지 변환을 위한 과정이 절대적으로 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 다대다 스키마 문서 간 매핑, 다대다 노드 간 매핑을 지원하고, 노드 간 타입 이질성을 해결할 수 있는 함수를 제공하며, 노드정보를 이용해 매핑 적합성 및 빈도의 적합성을 검사하여 XSLT를 스타일 시트를 생성하는 XML 스키마 매퍼,XTrans를 개발하였다.
