This study is to test the relationship between job stress, social support and subjective well-being among security guard. 420 members of private security companies in Seoul were selected. Total 356 copies were picked up as the final sample. In conclusion, First, job stress among the private security guard have an effect on the social support. In other words, even though their role and personal relationship put them under a lot of stress, social support is high. while the more stress of duty they have, the lower social support is. Second, job stress among the private security guard have an effect on the subjective well-being. That is to say, the more stress of duty they have, the lower subjective well-being is. Third, social support has an effect on the subjective well~being. Namely, the more social support by neighbor and family is, the higher subjective well-being is. Forth, job stress has a direct or indirect effects social support and subjective well-being in meal or in malt.

Security layer of the Cdma2000 1x EV-DO is currently completing standard (C.S0024-A v2.0). Accordingly, a hardware security devices, that allows to implementation requirement of the security layer described in standard document, is required to apply security function about data transferred between AT and AN of then Cdma2000 1x EV-DO environment. This paper represents design of hardware device providing EV-DO security with simulation of the security layer protocol via the FPGA platform. The SHA-1 hash algorithm for certification and service of packet data, and the AES, SEED, ARIA algorithms for data encryption are equip in this device. And paper represents implementation of hardware that applies optionally certification and encryption function after executing key-switch using key-switching algorithm.

In this paper we classify security threat elements of satellite communication into four parts; Level-0(satellite propagation signal), Level-1(satellite control data), Level-2(satellite application data) and ground network security level according to the personality and data of the satellite communication network. And we analyze each security levels. Using analyzed security threat elements, we divide security requirements into signal security level and information security level separately. And then above the existent signal security level countermeasure, we establish the countermeasure on the basis of information security policy such as satellite network security policy, satellite system security policy and satellite data security policy in information security level. In this paper we propose secure satellite communication network through the countermeasure based on information security policy.

The study of security personnel and psychological empowerment and organizational commitment to investigate the relationship between prosocial behavior in 2011 in Seoul, served in the private security companies after being selected as a security guard purposive sampling method using a 300 extracted samples, but the number of cases used in the study a total of 282 people. This study SPSSWIN 18.0 using factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, path analysis, the following conclusions were obtained. First, psychological empowerment on organizational commitment affects. In other words, self-determination, job performance, impact, meaning a higher level of calculation ever higher levels of commitment and affective commitment. Second, the psychological empowerment influences prosocial behavior. In other words, self-determination, meaningfulness, influence job performance higher level of customer service and increases coordination Third, organizational commitment affects the prosocial behavior. In other words, the calculation ever commitment, emotional commitment, the higher the customer service, increases the level of coordination. Fourth, psychological empowerment and organizational commitment prosocial behavior direct and indirect impacts.

This study aims to propose efficient way to operate the security guarding system from the perspective of administration, policy, law, institution and operation as to the private security guarding system as the Korean security guarding system needs multifaced analysis and measure to ensure efficient operation. The growth strategy has to be restructured and segmentation market needs to be driven in order to cope with the changing conditions of company from the perspective of administration. And private security guarding service companies must refrain from excessive competition while improving the contracting method such as minimum price bidding, etc. From the perspective of policy, the functions of relevant organizations such as the National Police Agency, security association, etc, and mutual cooperation must expand. Also, the profit generation event needs to be privatized and the more positive perception toward the private security guarding service is necessary. In addition, security exhibition and seminar can be expanded to lay the groundwork for the advancement of private security system. From the legal and institutional perspective, the security guarding service related law must be revised and the certification system must b introduced to cope with the changing requirement. The security guarding instructor system must be strengthened to ensure a faithful and earnest implementation of duty to instruct, supervise and educate security guarding personnel. From the perspective of security guarding system's operation, professional security technique must be introduced and applied, and the volunteer application system must be established. In addition, standard 'security guarding manual' must be crafted, and the equipment for security guarding must be modernized to ensure an efficient operation of private security guarding services.

Conclusion is like below. First, as a private security area's mutual relationship and development device, it is necessary to bring up corresponding-terror expert. Second, a privatized corresponding-terror research center is necessary. Third, the importance of privatization's role for the corresponding-terror prevention law establishment. It is considered that a diversified examination research that can minimize a violation of human rights by bringing up various corresponding-terror expert, paradigm shift of workers related security area, and construct corresponding- terror education equipment as well as education content, it is not a special group's authority, should be continued by a following research. Academical area of terrorism's construction is necessary. You need to approach by private initiatively boldly with the academic world as an active mutual cooperation politically, culturally, socially, internationally, etc, rather than developing national institute initiatively. Also, in a following research, an academical research about a correlation of crime, war, terror should be done deeply, variously. It is necessary to establish an academic foundation of terror study.
