이제 하나의 건축물을 짓는다는 것은 단순히 건물을 짓는다는 개념을 넘어 지구환경을 생각한다는 것을 의미하는 일이 되고 있다. 이러한 시대에 발맞춰 미국에서 시작된 녹색건물인증제도인 LEED가 국내에도 서서히 그 이름을 알리고 있다. 자연과 공존할 수 있는 생활환경에 대한 사람들의 관심이 커지는 시점에서 한국 LEED 연구소 브래드 박 소장은 친환경 건축에 대한 자신의 소신을 들려주었다. 앞으로 변화될 국내 친환경 건축 시장과 LEED의 상관관계에 대해서 브래드 박 소장의 얘기를 들어보기로 한다.

스마트폰 4,000만명 시대에 돌입하면서 모바일 보안시장이 급속도로 증가되는 시점에서, 최근에 아이폰5S, 베가폰 등 모바일기기에서 지문 얼굴 홍채 정맥 등 바이오정보를 탑재 하여 스마트폰 기기인증 및 원격의료 모바일 지급결재서비스의 가입자 신원확인기능으로 바이오인식기술의 적용이 확대가 예상됨에 따라 국내외적으로 모바일 바이오인식 신융합기술에 대한 출현이 급부상되는 상황이다. 이에 따라, 본고에서는 국내 스마트폰 바이오정보 탑재 구현기술과 관련표준화 추진현황을 살펴보고, 향후 발전전망에 대해 알아본다.

Common Criteria is a scheme that minimize IT products's vulnerabilities in accordance with the evaluation assurance level. SSDLC(Secure Software Development Lifecycle) is a methodology that reduce the weakness that can be used to generate vulnerabilities of software development life cycle. However, Common Criteria does not consider certificated IT products's vulnerabilities after certificated it. So, it can make a problem the safety and reliability of IT products. In addition, the developer and the evaluator have the burden of duplicating evaluations of IT products that introduce into the government business due to satisfy both Common Criteria and SSDLC. Thus, we researched the relationship among the Common Criteria, the static code analysis tools, and the SSDLC. And then, we proposed how to combine SSDLC into Common Criteria.

숨가쁘게 달려오던 한국사회는 문득 21세기의 문턱 앞에 서 있다. 지난 한 세기는 한국 뿐만 아니라 세계건축계에도 많은 변화와 발전이 있었다. 이렇다 할 준비없이 우리가 맞이하는 21세기는 정보와 문화가 주도할 것으로 예상된다. 새로운 밀레니엄에 대한 기대와 세기적 전환시대를 맞는 현 시점에서 그동안 한국건축은 급격한 경제성장과 아울러 새로운 서구적 건축의 유입으로 인해 우리는 건축문화에 대한 관심을 기울일 시간도 없이 양적인 성장을 계속해 왔다. 외래건축의 유입으로 인해 한국건축이 겪었던 문화적 충격은 단순한 문화적 충돌이 아니라 기존 도시구조의 대대적인 변형과 파괴에 시달려야 했으며, 이로 인한 불균형한 개발은 급조된 건축물을 생산하는 결과를 초래하게 되었고, 이와 함께 우리 건축문화의 모습은 기형적인 도시환경의 모습으로 대체되었다. 이러한 상황에서 다가올 21세기는 WTO세계무역기구의 발전과 더불어 국가간의 개방정책이 불가피하게 이루어지고 있으며, 이에 따라 사회 전분야에 걸쳐 새로운 시도는 빠르게 움직이고 있다. 건축분야 역시 문호 개방원칙에 따라 국가간 건축사자격 상호인증에 대한 각국간의 심도있는 논의와 그에 따른 교육 및 시험수준, 경력의 요구조건, 제반규제사항 등 각국의 상호 차이점에 대한 구체적인 협의가 올해 열린 UIA(세계건축사연맹) 북경 총회에서 승인되어 표준안이 공포되었다. 이에 따라 우리나라도 건축사자격 상호인증에 대한 대책 마련을 위해 공청회개최 등을 통해 본격적인 논의가 이루어지고 있다. 이제 우리 건축계도 새로운 세기를 맞는 시점에 서 있다. 이러한 상황에서 한국건축계는 급변하는 세계속에 우리의 건축문화를 계승 발전해야 할 과제를 안고 있다. 이에 본지에서는 밀레니엄 특집으로 '21세기 한국건축의 비전'이란 주제로 한국건축의 새천년의 미래를 내다보고 이를 통해 우리 건축이 담고 있는 현실과 문제의 실마리를 풀 수 있는 계기를 마련하고자 이번 특집이 계획되었으며, 또한 한국건축이 나아갈 바람직한 방향을 짚어 봄으로써 한국건축의 활로를 모색하고 세기적 전환시대를 맞는 우리 건축의 미래지향적 자료로 활용되었으면 한다.

IMT-2000 appeared in order to satisfy the desires of the uses who wish to supply through wireless most of the services being provided through wire, such as Internet services and multimedia high-speed data information. However, during global roaming, the signal data and the user data get transmitted through the networks of other users. Also, it is judged that with the provision of high speed data communication the amount of data communication necessary for confidentiality protection will increase. It is planned that the recent IMT-2000 Project will begin its commercial service in 2002. From this viewpoint, wireless contents, due to their special characteristics, are greatly exposed to illegal actions by third persons. As a result, it can be said that security and certification issues in the mobile telecommunication environment are indispensable matters. For this purpose, it is intended that in this thesis through an analysis of the existent IMT-2000 certification method, a more safe and efficient authentication method is presented and, at the same time, a security protocol necessary in the provision of wireless contents is designed.

This study aims to discuss policy alternatives for improving the curriculum of archival studies. As a theoretical study, it organized classical professional theories such as Greenwood and Good and confirmed that the archival professionals met all six criteria for professional occupations claimed by Perk. However, from the perspective that professionalism is not completed at any point in time, but is a constant pursuit, education and training of archival professionals, and the legal system that supports it, were analyzed. In addition, the case of the British ARA and the US ACA, which are implementing a professional certification system, was analyzed in the context that professionals should set their own standards for education and training to protect their authority and have norms for professional communities. In conclusion, policy alternatives centered on the academic training guidelines and the certification system were presented.

Laboratory Research Notebook is the recorded data of the process and the result of research and also the most basic data. To record and manage R&D information systematically is a very basic method to secure R&D quality and becomes a foundation of performing a project successfully. Especially, as the laboratory environment is getting digitalized due to development of IT technology, most R&D information is recorded as electronic documents. Therefore, Laboratory Research Notebook is used to effectively manage R&D information recorded as electronic documents. This study would like to look at Laboratory Research Notebook which is used to manage R&D information systematically and then present a model which suits research environment.

Subjects that require the creation of lecture and tour diary system and on-the-spot investigation in class of educational institutions universities and smart the current era has increased. At this point, it is intended to ensure the convenience of the process of teaching the specified one by one, to create a history of the data. In this paper, we devised a work by introducing a system for authentication of the material and of such as tours and systems on-the-spot investigation in the various modules and position information of Android, to simplify a more convenient reporting and learning environment.

There are cases that revoke the certification because of disclosure of private key, deprivation of qualification and the expiration of a term of validity on PKI. So, a user has to confirm the public key whether valid or invalid in the certification. There are many methods such as CRL, Delta-CRL, OCSP for the cert-validation of certification. But these methods have many problems, which cause overload traffic on network and the CRL server because of realtime processing for cert-validation of certification. In this paper we proposed cert-validation of certification improvement method based on FM Subcarrier Broadcasting, which solved problems that are data integrity by different time between transmission and receiving for CRL, and overload traffic on network and the CRL server the realtime management.

The oxidizer shutoff valve of a gas generator controls the mass flow rate of the propellant of a rocket engine using pilot pressure and spring the force of the valve. The developing oxidizer shutoff valve can be shut off if the pilot pressure is removed from the actuator. Therefore, force balancing is necessary to analyze the characteristics of the forces with respect to the opening and closing of the valve in order to evaluate its performance. In light of this, the valve has been designed to adjust the control pressure required to open the poppet and to determine the working fluid pressure at which the valve starts to close. Under cryogenic flow test as a tests level of C.R.T(Control Random Test), the chattering phenomena occurred due to much leakage of a metal seat section. The pressure for chattering of the oxidizer valve is predicted at about 11 bar using force balancing analysis.
