Wire wireless integrated service of BcN(Broadband convergence Network) is expanding. Information Security issue is highlighted for opposing attack of getting information illegally on wire wireless network. The user of PKI(Public Key Infrastructure) cipher system among Information security technology receives various security services about authentication, confidentiality, integrity, non-repudiation and access control etc. A mobile client and server are loaded certificate and wireless internet cryptography module for trusted data send receive. And data sends receives to each other after certification process through validity check of certificate. Certificate and data security system is researched through PKI on wireless network environment and data security system in this paper.

To improve the quality of government-funded vocational training, an accreditation system of vocational training providers has been implemented since 2015. The purpose of this study was to suggest improvement measures by analyzing the accreditation system and the perceptions surrounding it. To this end, accreditation systems from European countries, such as Germany and the UK, as well as related domestic systems, were reviewed. Two surveys were administered to 131 appraisers and 370 vocational training providers. The study results showed that changes to the standard and accreditation processes are not needed at this point. In the long term, however, it will be necessary to request that vocational training providers adopt their quality assurance system. In addition, both appraisers and vocational training providers responded that the accreditation system is being established to increase the quality assurance system within vocational training providers. Based on the study results, several implications for improving the accreditation system were suggested as follows: a vocational training enhancement centered on outstanding vocational training providers; an accreditation system simplification for short-term vocational training providers; a stronger monitoring system during the accreditation period; and an operation of outcome-based accreditation.

Modern stage must offer to the level which the customer requests the quality of the information service to offer from the information center. We are the one view which needs new system management around the process serving this. This study accomplished theoretical review of ISO 9000 as International Quality Management System. investigated the trend for change of ISO 9000 certification systems. We analyzed the recognition level of members about the introduction of ISO 9000 quality management systems in the information center. The level up of recognition about ISO 9000 quality management system certification systems was the low in the information center. Hereafter, We grasped the subject of ISO 9000 certification systems which the introduction needs. We reviewed ISO 9000 family which the Library and Information center possible apply and presented the requirement in the library and information center with the process to need for a Quality Management System certification.

오랜 기간 널리 사용되어온 패스워드 인증 기법은 여전히 대표적인 사용자 인증 수단이지만 그 사용성과 안전성 측면에서 여러모로 부정적인 부분이 많다. 일반적으로 사용자는 기억하기 쉽도록 간단한 패스워드를 선택하는 반면 서버는 추측공격에 대해 비교적 안전하도록 복잡한 패스워드의 사용을 권장한다. 취약한 패스워드의 사용은 전체 시스템의 안전에 큰 영향을 미치게 되므로 사용자가 패스워드를 선택하는 시점에 미리 패스워드의 강도 즉 안전성을 측정하여 피드백하기 워한 기법에 관한 연구가 다각적으로 이루어져 왔다. 또한 그 일부를 다양한 방법으로 시각화하여 이미 상용시스템에 적용하고 있다. 하지만 여전히 정확한 강도 측정과 안전한 패스워드의 사용성 제고를 위한 해결이 필요하며 따라서 이와 같은 패스워드 강도 측정 방법의 일반화를 위한 연구가 꾸준히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 텍스트 기반의 패스워드 강도 측정에 관한 연구동향을 살펴보고 분석한다.

IMT-2000 상용화를 눈앞에 둔 시점에서 다양한 모바일 서비스들이 성장세를 보임에 따라 무선 인터넷 환경에서의 보안 문제가 큰 이슈로 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 무선 인터넷상의 Data 전송에 쓰이는 보안 솔루션(WAP, ME, 1-Mode)을 비교 분석하며, End-To-End Security 문제를 해결할 수 있는 플렛폼을 제시한다. 제안된 모바일 인증 플렛폼은 표준화된 암호화 패킷을 사용함으로써 보다 높은 보안 수준을 제공하고 기존의 WAP의 WAP Gateway에서의 평문의 내용 유출을 막음으로서, 안전한 모바일 환경을 제공할 수 있는 가능성을 제시한다.

정보화 물결이 일반화 되어가고 있는 이 시점에 있어 컴퓨터 통신망의 중요성은 두 말 할 나위가 없다. 일반 가정에서는 일상생활의 지혜와 정보교환이 우선시되어지고, 기업 내에서는 문서 양식의 통폐합 및 간소화 뿐 만 아니라 기밀 사항이나 정보 교류가 일반화되어지고 있다. 하지만 문서의 결재방식에 있어서는 보안상의 문제점을 거론하며 번거로운 결재 방법을 이용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 문서에 있어 전자결재의 순차적인 인증키 생성과 번거로운 인증 방식을 탈피하고자 그룹키를 생성하며. 그룹키를 이용한 단순하지만 보안상으로는 더욱 강력해진 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

국내 돼지 사육두수는 '04년 초 PMWS (이유후전신소모성증후군), PED (유행성설사병) 등 질병발생, 작년 여름 폭염 피해 및 분뇨처리 문제 등으로 2005년 9월말 8,993천두 수준으로 전년도 같은 기간보다 감소한 추세이다. 돼지고기 생산도 소비자의 구매 요구에 따라야 하는데, 국민소득 증대와 안전돈육에 대한 관심고조로 브랜드 개념이 돈육 시장에서도 거론되는 추세이다. 이런 시대적 요청에 따라 정부에서도 브랜드돈육 생산자 경영체 육성에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 2005년에는 농림부와 농협중앙회가 주관한 제3회 우수 축산물 브랜드 경진대화를 개최한 바 있고, 2004년에는 「소비자 문제를 연구하는 시민의 모임」이 한우 9개소, 돼지 10개소를 우수 축산물 브랜드 생산업체로 인증하였다. 금후에도 브랜드 인증과 관련된 사업은 정부에서 지속적으로 추진할 전망이므로 양돈 생산농가와 업체 등 경영체에서는 브랜드 돈육 생산에 관한 노력을 꾸준히 실행해야 할 것으로 생각된다. 브랜드 돈육 생산은 종돈, 사료, 사양기술 등을 통일하고, 돼지고기의 품질을 높이며, 돈육을 소비자의 식탁까지 안전하게 유통시키고, 브랜드관리에 최선을 다하는 체계화된 일련의 사업이라 할 수 있다. 이런 시점에서 우수 축산물 브랜드 현황 및 조성 방안에 대하여 살펴볼까 한다.

우리나라는 2013년 5월 15일 "북극이사회"의 영구옵서버 자격을 취득하였으며, 2013년 후반기 국적선박을 북극해 항로에 투입 할 예정인 시점에서 한국해양수산연수원은 국내 Ice Navigator 교육시장 선점과 세계적 교육기관으로 도약을 하기 위하여 Ice Navigation Training교육과정을 개설준비 하고 있다. 이를 위하여 북극해 항해기술, 극지 안전훈련, 북극해 최신 동향, 러시아의 북극해 정책, 통과절차 및 외국선박의 운항사례분석 등을 통하고, Ice Navigation Training 교육과정(Familiarization(친숙화), Professional(상급), Practical(직무), Crew Management등)이 이미 개설되어 있는 Russia Admiral Makarov State Maritime Academy측 교수진의 연수원 파견 및 한국적 선박의 북극해항로(North Sea Route, NSR) 통과시 승선실습이 가능할 수 있도록 협조를 요청 할 예정이며, 교육인증을 위한 협력(Makarov Academy측으로부터 교육과정에 대한 인증)도 추진 중이다. 이에 준비한 교육개발을 소개하고자 한다.

현재 IETF RFC 3414에서 제안한 SNMP 메시지 인증 및 기밀성 서비스용 키 분배방식은 관리자의 패스워드를 기반으로 국지 키를 생성하는 알고리즘을 사용한다. 이는 관리자의 패스워드 노출 방지를 위해 관리자가 지리적으로 분산된 SNMP 관리객체 (Managed Agent)를 순회하면서 설치해야 한다는 문제점과 또한 관리객체에 SNMP 메시지를 전송되는 시점에서 국지 키가 계산되어 SNMP 메시지의 전송지연 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 누구나 관리객체 설치가 가능하고 SNMP 메시지 전송지연을 제거할 수 있도록 SNMPv3 USM에 Diffie-Hellman 키 분배 방식을 적용하는 방안을 제안하였다. 제안된 방식은 RFC 3414와 동일한 수준에서 SNMP 메시지 인증 및 기밀성 서비스를 제공한다.

전장의 양상이 물리적인 대량살상을 중심으로 한 전통적인 재래전에서 눈에 보이지 않는 사이버전으로 변화되고 있는 시점에서 이에 대비하기 위한 사이버전 공격 및 방어기술은 매우 중차대한 문제이다. 사이버전을 위한 보안 기술로는 암호 인증 인식 감시와 같은 정보보안 핵심원천 기술, 분산서비스거부공격 대응기술, 스마트 아이디 기술, 영상보안 및 바이오인식 기술, 부채널 공격 방지 기술 등이 있다. 이러한 기술들은 사이버전을 위해 사용될 수 있는 매우 명확한 분야라 할 것이다. 또한, 사이버전 기솔로는 암호 인증 인식 감시와 같은 핵심 원천 기술 및 기존 보안 기술 분야를 포함하고 초경량 고비도 암호화 기술, 밀리터리 포렌식 기술, 사이버공격 근원지 역추적 기술, 사이버 공격 정보공유 협업관제 기술, 사이버 공격 무기 제작 기술 등이었다. 특히, 사이버전은 작은 비용으로 최대 효과를 거둘 수 있는 비대칭 전력의 매우 중요한 분야이며, 주요 선진국들은 사이버 공격에 대한 자위권 확보 차원에서 사이버전에 대한 기술적 제도적 준비를 서두르고 있는 상황이다. 본 기고문에서는 이와 같은 사이버전을 위한 보안 기술 현황과 전망을 살펴보고자 한다.
