The Gang-Seo wholesale market is an experimental system in that two different distribution channels co-exist in the same marketplace; the auction system and the consignment system. The government expects the consignment system offers higher and more stable prices to farmers than the auction system. This study tested if that is the case, but the results did not support the hypotheses. The consignment system needs institutional complements and more transparent operations before wide-spreading.

오늘날 기업들은 경영환경의 변화와 미래에 대한 불확실성 때문에 어느 때보다 신속한 환경변화에 대한 대응과 위기관리 극복을 위한 노력이 한층 더 중요성을 부각되고 있다. 선행연구들을 통하여 구성원들의 태도가 기업의 효율적인 경영에 중요한 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 기업의 경영효율성을 높여주는 조직유효성의 요소들을 어떻게 긍정적인 방향으로 높여 줄지가 기업의 중요한 과제라고 할 수 있다. 의료서비스를 제공하는 의료기관들도 급변하는 의료시장의 변화에 맞추기 위하여 기존의 관료적 조직 운영방식에 한계를 느끼고 새로운 변화를 모색하고 있다. 또한 의료시장의 개방, 영리법인 도입 등으로 환경이 급변하고 있어, 의료기관의 경영도 효율성을 강조하고 있는 추세이다. 그러므로 의료기관은 변화에 대처하지 못하면 도태될 수밖에 없으며 살아남기 위한 경쟁력의 원천은 신뢰에 바탕을 둔 조직력이라 할 수 있다. 그러나 의료기관은 관리체계가 일원화 되어 있는 일반 기업과 달리 의료진에 의한 권한체계와 일반 관리자에 의한 이원적 권한체계가 공존하고 있어 효율적인 조직 운영에 어려움이 있다. 그러므로 의료기관에서도 환경변화에 대응하기 위한 대응력을 높이고, 조직 구성원들의 업무 효율성을 극대화시키기 위해 조직을 바르게 관리하기 위한 필요성이 높아지고 있다.

In introducing emissions trading schemes, many countries start with a high level of free allocation to reduce the sudden cost burden on companies and increase acceptance of the policy. The free allocation is then gradually reduced, considering the risks of carbon leakage. This aligns with the "polluter pays" principle and is often considered one of the elements of an advanced emissions trading scheme. In this context, this study uses a simple emissions trading market model to show that decreasing the free allocation rate may not be desirable if the emissions market is not perfectly competitive. In particular, by identifying the existence of a free allocation rate at which the cost inefficiency is minimized, this study demonstrates that having a low level of free allocation does not necessarily imply the improvement of the emissions trading scheme.

Recently, integration between social media and the industry has been expended, and as the usage of Internet through various smart devices of not only the existing PC but also smart phone, tablet PC and so on, a lot of unstructured data has occurred, leading to increased interest on big data system. According to the institutes which specialize in market research, the data amount is predicted to increase by 9 folds in the next 5 years when compared to the present, and the big data market is also expected to grow bigger. This dissertation evaluates the efficiency test of big data through analysis on the requirements by identifying and fragmenting the items of efficiency quality evaluation that big data should be equipped with.

We propose public-oriented e-Marketplace framework construction that activates efficiently transaction of non-metal industrial resources through the case of Mineralland. The firms of Non-metal industrial resources domain have low information level and weak capital structure. So public enterprise has to construct e-marketplace to trade using exact market information. This framework consists of five domains-contents, commerces, communities, collaboration and electronic authentication. To draw this framework, we review many web-sites and literatures about B2B of industrial resources domain. In addition, this study provides practical implications and guidelines for activating public oriented e-Marketplace of non metal industrial resources.

DBMS상의 인덱싱 기법은 대부분 B-트리 또는 B-트리의 변형인 T-트리 등을 주로 사용하여 왔다. 이는 트리 구성에서 최적의 균형을 유지하여 자료검색 및 저장 공간에 효율적인 방안으로 인식되어 왔으며 대부분의 범용 DBMS에서 탁월한 성능을 보여 왔다. 그러나 고성능의 효율을 요구하는 OLTP 분야 중 특히 증권시장에서는 이런 일반적인 인덱싱 방법보다는 그 분야 특성에 맞는 새로운 인덱싱 방안의 적용이 성능 향상과 더불어 시스템의 최적의 효율을 얻어낼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 증권시장용 원장(ledger) DB의 새로운 인덱싱 방안으로서, 먼저 원장 DB의 접근 형태를 이해하고 경험적인 데이터를 기준으로 산출한 가중치를 이용, 새로운 인덱싱 방안을 제시하고 기존 인덱싱 방법과의 비교를 통한 성능향상의 효율성을 보여준다.

향후 재벌규제 또는 재벌개혁의 바람직한 방향은 첫째, 그 목표가 글로벌 경쟁에 직면해 있는 우리나라 고유의 기업조직인 재벌의 경쟁력 강화에 초점이 맞추어져야 하고, 둘째, 재벌규제는 기존의 경제력 집중 억제 규제나 지배구조 관련 규제 등과 같은 획일적 직접 규제를 탈피하여 시장경쟁을 통해서 해결하도록 하여야 하며, 셋째, 지배구조 관련 각종 규제는 모든 기업이 채택하도록 일률적으로 규제를 시행하기보다는 기업이 주어진 경영 환경에 따라 자율적으로 선택할 수 있게 하여야 한다. 마지막으로 시장경쟁을 통한 기업조직의 효율성 제고를 위해서 정부는 공시제도의 유효성 제고에 최선을 다해야 한다.
