  • The main object of this study is explore to be consider a mediation model on the entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and business performance of the non-profit organization in the Western Gyeongnam and Busan Regions of South Korea. As a result, the $H_1$ was not shown to significantly the financial performance, and From $H_2$ to H8 was adopted to be effect on the variable. This study will be able to become data that is suitable system introduction in various field of Not-Profit organization and sector.

The Study on the Effects of Technology Orientation and Market Orientation on Managerial Performance in Innopolis Start-ups: Focusing on the Moderating Effects of Marketing and R&D Expenses (연구소기업의 기술지향성과 시장지향성이 경영성과에 미치는영향: 마케팅 및 연구개발 비용의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • As a result of significant investments by the government in promoting public technology commercialization and fostering a venture startup ecosystem, there have been quantitative achievements, such as the registration of over 1,600 Innopolis Start-ups since 2006, generating a total revenue of 1.1 trillion won as of 2021. However, these achievements have been overshadowed by critical qualitative challenges, including a continuous decline in average revenue per Innopolis Start-up. This led to a focus on whether managers' technological and market orientations affect business performance. This study aims to provide insights into improving the qualitative growth of Innopolis Start-ups by analyzing the effects of technological and market orientations on business performance, as well as the moderating effects of adjusting marketing and research and development (R&D) costs on this relationship. Through prior research and empirical analysis, this study derives three main findings. First, technological excellence and innovation significantly influence the business performance of Innopolis Start-ups, while technological intensity does not. Second, customer orientation and competitive orientation significantly impact business performance, whereas entry barriers as a single factor do not. Third, adjusting marketing and R&D costs, as controlled variables obtained through general situations, has no direct impact on other variables. However, it interacts with entry barriers, influencing financial business performance, with R&D costs exhibiting a negative buffering effect and marketing costs showing a positive enhancing effect. This study confirms that both technological and market orientations directly influence the business performance of Innopolis Start-ups, thus being crucial factors affecting their growth. Moreover, it establishes that investments in marketing and R&D play significant roles in alleviating initial entry barriers and enhancing financial performance. Consequently, it underscores the importance of reinforcing technological and market orientations tailored to the characteristics of Innopolis Start-ups. Additionally, it proposes five theoretical contributions: strengthening institutional support systems for technology commercialization and innovation, improving qualitative evaluation criteria during the selection process of Innopolis Start-ups, conducting comprehensive analyses of technological and market aspects during startup selection, enhancing support for marketing education and consulting for smooth market entry, and supporting expenditure strategies and milestone setting tailored to the industrial characteristics of individual Innopolis Start-ups.

  • 이 연구의 목적은 창업보육센터 입주기업 CEO의 기업가정신 및 시장지향성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 창업보육센터 지원서비스의 활용정도를 통해 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울권에 위치한 창업보육 센터를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 얻어진 연구 결과를 분석하고 창업보육센터 입주기업의 지원서비스 활용정도가 경영성과에 어느 정도 영향을 미치고, 입주기업의 지원 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

A Study on the Effect of Market Orientation on Relationship Specific Investment and Performance (B2B 기업의 시장지향성이 관계특유투자와 지각된 경제적 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • Business performance is the ultimate output of company's effort. So in all academic area of business, scholars have tried to identify influencing factors on the business performance. This study also try to identify the factors and relati on among factors focusing on market orientation and relationship specific investment. Based on the literature review, we developed hypotheses. To examine the hypotheses we gathered survey data from B2B companies located in the Ulsan and 288 survey data was used to the analysis. Research results are as follows. As sub-factor of market orientation intelligence generation and responsiveness to intelligence affected on the relationship specific investment significantly and relationship specific investment also affected performance significantly. But all sub-factors of market orientation didn't influenced performance significantly meaning the mediating effect of relationship specific investment between market orientation and performance. Finally, the relation between intelligence generation and relationship specific investment was moderated negatively by dependence. The theoretical and practical implications of this study and limitations were discussed.

The Effects of M-CRM Characteristics, Market Orientation on Customer Loyalty and the Moderating Role of Relationship Length in Insurance Companies (보험기업의 M-CRM 특성과 시장지향성이 고객충성도에 미치는 영향: 관계기간의 조절효과)

  • This paper aims to examine structural relationship between the influence factors of customer loyalty, hypothesizing that m-CRM characteristics, market orientations, relationship quality and relationship length plays a crucial role in achieving customer loyalty in insurance companies. Total of 255 valid sample data were used to test study hypotheses. By using Structure Equation Modeling(SEM) method, the results show that m-CRM characteristics and customer orientation significantly influence to relationship quality except competitor orientation and all relationship quality are very significantly influence to customer loyalty being consisted of customer retention and word of mouth effect. In addition, the modulation effect of relationship length is confirmed about relationship between relationship quality and customer loyalty. A real situation we conducted our research may enable academics and practitioners to understand the antecedents and outcomes of m-CRM implementation in terms of market orientation.

  • This paper critically examines the role performance of local distributors within the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) model, while also considering the moderating influence of market competition on the organism (O) and response (R) elements. Adopting a holistic approach, the SOR model provides a comprehensive framework for analyzing how external stimuli, including distributive, procedural, and interaction unfairness, interact with internal psychological processes, such as perceived unfairness, to shape the long-term orientation of importing agents. Moreover, this study acknowledges the pivotal role of market competition in the operational context of local distributors. It posits that competitive market dynamics play a crucial role in intensifying the relationship between behavioral factors and the long-term orientation of distributors, thereby revealing contingent effects within the SOR model. Through the exploration of these dynamics, this study contributes to a comprehensive understanding of the interplay among external stimuli, internal psychological processes, and market competition within the SOR framework, advancing our knowledge in this field.

  • This study analyzed overseas market performance factors, focusing on the use of smart logistics platforms by companies entering overseas markets. Research design, data, methodology : Nine hypotheses were established among four potential variables, including the use of a smart logistics platform. An empirical analysis was carried out targeting 175 companies entering the overseas market, and hypothesis testing was performed using a structural equation model. As a result of the analysis, it was possible to confirm the mediating effect of the use of the smart logistics platform, and the effect of the supply chain orientation and the logistics service network was confirmed. In this study, it was confirmed that the use of a smart logistics platform mediates the effect of supply chain orientation on the logistics service network. In this regard, it was pointed out that it is necessary to increase the ability to utilize the smart logistics platform.

  • 이 연구는 시큐리티조직의 시장지향성이 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 이 연구에서는 2011년 현재 경기도 소재 재직하고 있는 민간경비원을 대상으로 설정하였으며 326명을 표집하였다. 타당도 및 신뢰도는 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석을 통해 검증하였다. 통계처리는 다중회귀분석 등이 활용되었다. 이상과 같은 방법을 통하여 이 연구에서는 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 시큐리티조직의 시장지향성은 직무만족에 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 시큐리티조직의 시장지향성은 조직몰입에 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 시큐리티조직 구성원의 직무만족은 조직몰입에 영향을 미친다.

Research results have Revealed that Surprisingly, Small Companies Market Orientation and Learning Orientation had a Significant Influence on Corporate Performance. It was also Verified that Organization Commitment had Partially Mediated Effects. In Conclusion, as a Prerequisite for Small Enterprises to grow, we have to Create Market Oriented and Learning Oriented Organization and at the same time we should Strive to Ensure that all Organization Members have Attachment Relationships with their Organization. It is Understood that it must be. The Results of these Studies will be Helpful for not only Individuals who Prepare for Founding and Founded but also Start-up Related Officials.

An Effect of a Company's Organizational Orientation and R&D Capability on the Success of New Products/Services (기업의 조직지향성과 연구개발능력이 신제품/서비스 성공에 미치는 영향연구)

  • Variables such as R&D capability and organizational orientation have been dealt with in previous studies on factors that affect the success of new products/services in technology-based companies, but there have been few studies examining the causal relationship of these variables from an integrated perspective. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of the organizational orientation and R&D capability of technology-based SMEs, consisting of customer orientation, innovation orientation, and competitor orientation, on the success of new products/services. In addition, we want to analyze the influence of a company's product/service competitiveness on the success of new products/services. The survey was commissioned by a research company, and 382 valid copies were analyzed by conducting a survey to corporate members in the technical job-related industry. The questionnaire analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0 and Smart PLS 3.0.Customer orientation, innovation orientation, and competitor orientation were found to have a positive effect on product/service competitiveness. It can be said that market changes in product/service competitiveness, technology improvement capability, target market analysis, etc. meet the objectives of most research projects, such as the success of new products/services. In addition, product/service competitiveness was found to have a positive effect on the success of new products/services. It can be seen that R&D capability has a positive effect on the success of new products/services and plays an important role in business expansion of SMEs. From this analysis result, it was found that the organizational orientation and R&D capability of a company have a positive effect on the success of new products/services. Based on the results of this study, implications were presented on the factors that a company must have for the success of new products/services.
