B2B EC는 그 시장규모와 기업, 사회전반에 미치는 영향이 커다란 주요한 연구 분야이다. 그런데, B2C EC와 달리 B2B EC에서는, 구매자의 전자시장에서의 구매기록은 ERP로 대표되는 기업내의 전자구매시스템과 통합되어야 한다. 이를 위한 구조로서 기존의 Inside-Out 접근방식과 Outside-In 접근방식, 그리고, 최근의 b-Cart 접근방식이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이들 3가지 방식에 대한 고찰과 비교 분석을 시도한다. 이를 통해서 기업간 전자상거래에 있어서 ERP와 전자시장과의 통합구조로 b-Cart 접근방식이 효율적인 프레임웍임을 확인한다.

허가받은 가입자만이 유료 방송 서비스를 수신할 수 있게 하는 접근제어시스템은 유료콘텐츠를 이용한 비즈니스 모델을 실현하는 핵심 기술이 된다. 현재 접근제어시스템시장은 업계 1, 2위를 다투는 NDS와 나그라비전의 시장 점유율 합이 70%를 넘는 독점적이고도 폐쇄적인 시장 구조를 유지하고 있다. 이는 접근제어시스템이 과금과 직결되기에 콘텐츠 사업자 및 셋톱박스 제조업체가 일단 하나의 접근제어시스템을 선택하고 나면 쉽게 다른 시스템으로 바꾸지 못하기 때문이다. 이로 인해, 가입자는 방송 서비스 사업자를 바꿀 때마다 새로운 셋톱박스로 교체해야 하는 불편함을 감수해야 한다. 이런 문제를 해결하고 시장에서 다양한 접근제어시스템들이 공존하며 자유롭게 경쟁하기 위해서 다양한 기술들이 표준으로 제안되고 있다. 본 고에서는 디지털 방송을 위한 접근제어기술에서 서로 다른 접근제어시스템간의 상호 운용성을 위한 기술 동향을 알아보도록 한다.

This study aims to present a conceptual model for technology valuation based on market approach. We first propose a transition model in which technology itself is endowed with its intrinsic value based on its technology- and market-specific features, which subsequently goes through a transition to the market perceived value. We also discuss the model's logical validity. Based upon the transition model, we develop market approach based technology valuation models by identifying factors comprising each component of the transition model for each case of fixed royalty and running royalty. We also show that the proposed model can be used to describe the relationship between cost, income and market approaches for technology valuation.

사적 경쟁제한행위에 대한 효과적인 규제 없는 통상협정은 그 소기의 목적을 달성하기 힘들다. 통상협정은 근본적으로는 협정 당사국에 대한 시장접근(market access)을 높이기 위한 것이다. 그런데 협정을 통하여 공적 장벽을 없앤다고 하더라도 해당국가에 예컨대 고질적인 수직적 거래제한(vertical restraints)이 만연해 있어서 외국기업이 자국의 소비자에게 접근할 수 없다면 통상협정을 통하여 달성하고자 하는 시장접근은 공염불이 될 것이다. 한미 FTA협상에도 통상협정과 경쟁정책과의 이러한 상호보완적인 관계에 대한 깊이 있는 성찰이 있어야 할 것이다.

한국 경제에 근간이 되는 산업은 제조업이고, 그중 석유화학산업은 전량 원유를 수입하여 우리나라의 기술력으로 가공하여 재수출하는 전략적 성장 산업이다. 수많은 제조업의 원료가 되는 원유를 전량 해상운송을 통해 수입하는 우리나라는 변동성이 심한 유조선 운임 시장에 대해 기민하게 대응해야 한다. 유조선 운임 시장의 위기는 관련 해운회사의 위기에서 끝나지 않고 원유를 사용하는 산업에서부터 국민의 생활까지 영향을 미칠 수 있으므로, 본 연구에서 신호접근법을 활용한 조기경보모형을 제시했다. BDTI 운임지수를 활용하여 유조선 해운시장 위기를 정의하고, 38개의 거시경제, 금융, 원자재 지표 그리고 해운시장 데이터를 활용해 시차상관관계를 분석하여 유조선 해운시장 위기에 선행적으로 반응하는 종합선행지수를 도출했다. 연구 결과, 종합선행지수는 두 달 전 가장 높은 0.499의 시차상관계수 값을 가졌으며, 5개월 전부터 유의미한 상관계수 값을 나타냈다. 더불어 QPS 값은 0.13으로 위기 예측에 대해 높은 정확성을 지니는 것으로 검증됐다.

케이블망 개방(open access)은 케이블망사업자가 자사의 ISP 뿐만 아니라 경쟁 ISP도케이블모뎀망에 접속할 수 있도록 허용하는 것이다. 미국의 경우 케이블망과 DSL 망모두에 대해 망개방 의무가 부과되지 않고 있다. 영국의 경우 케이블망 개방에 대해서는 규제를 하고 있지 않으나, BT와 Kingston의 DSL 망에 대해서는 개방 의무를 부과하고 있다. 케이블망 개방에 대한 비규제 접근 배경측면에서 미국은 광대역서비스 시장의 설비기반정책에 중점을 두고 케이블사업자의 망투자 유인제고에 목적을 두고 있으나, 영국은 초고속인터넷서비스 시장에서 케이블사업자들의 시장지배력이 없다는 점에서 규제개입보다는 ISP와 케이블망 사업자간 접속이 시장기능에 의해 이루어지는 것이 더 바람직하다는 점에 기인하고 있다. 이런 점에서 미국의 규제완화 접근이 경쟁사업자에게 망 접속 제공을 요구하고 있는 영국에 비해 기술방식간의 설비기반 경쟁정책으로 나아가고 있는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 향후 어떤 정책이 광대역서비스의 보급을 더욱촉진할 것인가에 대해 지속적인 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 케이블망 개방 관련기술방식과 케이블망 개방 관련 논쟁에 대해 살펴보고, 영국과 미국의 케이블망 개방에 대한 규제접근을 검토하였다.

Transactions activation of intangible assets has become became a key factor for corporate survival and successful business in the knowledge economy. Thus, demand in correctly valuating technology has increased. The market approach is the reliable method because of the premise that the market value of an asset is directly related to the prices of comparable, competitive ones. However, it can be practically impossible in many cases because it is hard to find identical transactions, which are generally closely guarded business secrets. As a result, most of technology valuation is conducted by the income approach and this approach is used to derive estimates for such unobserved variables. In September 2011, the Ministry of Knowledge Economy enacted a law for operational guideline standards for technology valuation to encourage the domestic technology valuation market. The enforcement recommended that the market approach have precedence over other approaches. If this approach cannot be applied, then the valuator should writing that he used other approaches. In practice, it is hard to know whether or not information about comparable transactions exists. The proposed process provides valuators to assess suitability for practical use of market approach through the observation process of technology transactions information. At the same time, it offers them the opportunity to gain validity when using other approaches.

본 연구의 목적은 정기시장을 이용하는 이동 상인과 소비자의 특성을 분석하여, 정기시장의 중심지 기능과 공간 구조를 이해하려는 것이다. 충청북도 영동군 지역을 사례로 해서 8개의 정기시장을 이용하는 상인에 대한 면접 조사와 소비자에 대한 설문 조사를 통해서 자료를 수집하였다. 정기시장의 연구는 경제-입지적 접근 방법이나 사회-문화적 접근 방법으로 행해지지만, 정기시장의 기능을 상인과 소비자의 두 측면에서 모두 고려할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서 고차위 중심지에 위치한 정기시장은 규모가 커진 반면, 저차위 중심지에 위치한 정기시장은 쇠퇴하고 있는 것이 확인되었다. 정기시장을 유지시켜 왔던 사회적 관성과 비교 우위는 농촌의 근대화 과정에서 점차 사라지고 있으며, 이러한 사회경제적 변화가 정기시장을 쇠퇴시키고 있다.

기업가치 평가에 있어 전통적인 접근 방법은 크게 세가지 접근방법으로 대별되는데 자산가치접근방법(Asset-Based Approach), 수익가치접근방법(Income-Based Approach), 시장가치접근방법(Market Comparable Transactions Approach)으로 구분된다.

This study organized various perspectives on the scope of arts management in terms of business management based on bibliographical speculations and statistical data. Management of arts such as performance art involves organizational management, human resources management, marketing and financial management. However arts management needs a new perspective in terms of access to specific academic area of arts while it can be approached in a derivative perspective of management theories. For arts include professional areas that need aesthetic perspective and interpretation of aesthetic history. As art market were opened where active international exchanges have been made over the past ten years, a new strategic approach in management is needed for major international arts markets such as the U.S.A., Europe and China. Such international arts markets involve international auctions markets, international Biennale, international art fair and overseas advance of galleries. First, we need strategic approaches such as nurturing star artists. Second, large-scale exhibition planning of artistic works from world-famous museums or art museums should be developed.
