지금까지 수행된 대부분의 유가예측은 주고 계량 데이터를 기반으로 하는 여러 가지 계량 모델을 구성하여 수행되었으며, 그 결과 산유국 동향과 같은 국제 유가시장의 불확실성을 제대로 반영하지 못했다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 계량경제학적인 접근방법과 전문가시스템을 통합한 유가예측 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 즉, 계량 데이터를 기초로 유가예측 모델을 구성하고, 산유국동향과 같은 비계량적인 요인이 유가에 미치는 영향에 대한 실무자의 경험적인 지식은 지식베이스로 구축함으로써, 유가예측과 관련된 다양한 요인들을 폭넓게 고려할 수 있는 통합된 시스템을 개발하였다. 유가예측 모델로는 대표 유종의 유가 및 수급 전망을 위한 동적 선형연립 모델과 유종간 유가의 균형차액을 예측하기 위한 Fully Modified 공적분 회귀분석 모델을 구성하였으며, 유가예측 모델에서 반영하기 어려운 산유국 동향이나 OPEC정책, 선물시장 동향 등은 실무자의 경험적인 지식을 바탕으로 시스템 예측변수로 설정하여 유가예측에 반영할 수 있도록 지식베이스를 구축하였다. 또한, 본 시스템에서는 유가예측 이외에 석유 수급을 전망하고, 유가 및 수급과 관련된 다양한 정보를 제공하고 관리하는 기능을 제공하고 있다.

IMT2000이 발표된 후 신문지상을 비롯해 어론에서 수없이 많은 보도가 있고 아직도 정보통신업계의 최대 화두로 자리 잡고 있는 것이 바로 무선인터넷이다. 이에 무선인터넷에 대한 각 부문의 흐름을 각계 전문가를 통해 그 실체에 조금이나마 접근을 해보고자 한다. 차호 계속적인 보도가 있겠지만, 아직도 무선인터넷은 사업자 선정에서부터 난항을 격고 있으며 업계에서는 어떠한 방법으로든 초기에 시장 진입을 용이하기 위해 밤낮없이 뛰고 있는 것이 현실이고 일부에서는 어떠한 방법으로든 초기에 시장 진입을 용이하기 위해 밤낮없이 뛰고 있는 것이 현실이고 일부는 회사의 사활을 걸 만큼 큰 기대를 가지고 움직이기도 한다. 무선인터넷이 '금알을 낳는 거위'가 된다는 확신을 가지고 있는 것이 업계의 전반적인 시각이다. 그렇게 될것인지 안될것인지는 아직 증명이 되지 않았기 때문에 섣부른 판단을 내리기 어렵다. 따라서 업계의 움직임과 대응 방안 등에 관해 각계의 준비를 살펴보고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 제품 개발과 관련된 시장 환경 요소들을 고려하여 신속한 제품 개발에 관한 의사 결정을 할 수 있는 AHP 모형을 제안하고, 정량화 된 데이터를 이용한 AHP 의사결정 프로세스를 구축하고자 하였다. AHP 모형의 경우 전문가 집단(연구원 집단, 엔지니어 집단, 판매자 집단)별로 의사결정의 차이점을 보여 줌으로서 각각의 시장 상황에 맞는 의사결정을 경영자가 효율적으로 판단할 수 있도록 제시하였으며, 신제품 디자인 선정의 간단한 프로세스를 제시하여 반복적인 생산자의 의사 결정을 합리적이고 신속하게 할 수 있는 방법론을 제시하였다. 프로세스에서는 하위 의사결정 단계에서 가능한 데이터의 정량화를 통해 쌍별 비교 행렬을 만듦으로써, AMP기법의 정확성을 높이고 모델의 민감도 분석이 가능하게 하였다.

The tendency of multimedia services and market of specialized information is currently much debated issur in our country. Nevertheless, the systematic investigation of demand for multimedea database is nowadays nowhere to be found. The purpose of this study is to gain a general overview of market and demand of service relating to multimedea database. At first, various definitions of multimedia, multimedia content, and multimedia database are analysed and evaluated from the point of technical and practical views. For the study on the demand for multimedia database of specialized information, database catalogue of DPCK 1997 and multimedia database on internet are analysed. After that the results of expert survey to estimate an accurate tendency of multimedia services in Korea are analysed.

최근 들어 5G 이동통신 시스템을 위한 표준화 및 기술개발이 본격화되고 있으며, 기존 이동통신 시스템과 차별화되는 5G 이동통신 시스템의 대표적인 목표 중 하나는 사람이 휴대하는 단말기뿐만 아니라 생활 속 모든 사물을 네트워크에 연결하여 정보를 생성하고 공유하는 초연결 네트워크(Internet of Things: IoT) 구축이다. 시장 조사기관이나 다수의 전문가들은 2020년경에는 전 세계적으로 약 500억개의 디바이스가 네트워크에 연결되는 등 사물 디바이스의 폭발적 증가를 예상하며, 이를 통한 부가가치 창출과 시장이 급격히 성장할 것으로 전망하고 있다. 본고에서는 초다수의 사물 디바이스 수용을 위한 5G massive IoT 기술동향 및 이와 관련하여 현재 진행되는 3GPP 표준화 동향에 대해 기술한다.

21세기의 문턱에서 한국을 비롯한 아시아를 근원지로 전세계적으로 몰아치고 있는 경제위기는 당장 한 고비를 넘어선다고 하여도 2~3년동안은 그 영향이 지속될 것으로 전문가들은 내다보고 있고, 이로 인하여 그동안 한국의 건축업계를 비롯하여 한국의 주요 해외 건축시장이 되었던 동남아시아는 한동안 IMF의 한파를 겪지 않으면 안되게 되었다. 하지만 이 기간을 21세기를 향한 더 큰 도약을 위한 준비기로 생산하고, 선진 건축업계의 건축동향을 비롯하여 21세기 미래 건축수요의 방향을 파악하는 노력을 게을리하지 않음으로써 한국의 건축업계가 21세기에 더욱 성숙한 모습으로 미래 세계건축시장을 재석권할수 있는 기반을 조성해야 한다. 이런 의미에서 최근 미국을 대표하는 건축가들의 건축동향은 21세기 건축업계의 방향을 제시할 수 있다는 시각에서 최근 개관한 게티센터를 살펴보고자 한다.

금융 시장에서 전산거래방식이 차지하는 비중이 증가하고 그 방식이 고도화되면서 시장에서 발생하는 데이터양이 급속히 증가하고 있다. FAST 프로토콜은 대량의 정보를 압축하여 저비용 고효율로 데이터를 송수신하기 위해 제안된 텍스트 기반 프로토콜이다. 현재의 FAST 템플릿은 오랜 경험을 가진 전문가에 의해 수동으로 만들어지고 있으며, 최적화된 템플릿을 생성하기가 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 금융거래에 실제로 사용되는 기초데이터들의 패턴을 분석하여 FAST 프로토콜의 압축효율을 최대로 높일 수 있는 수 있는 템플릿 자동생성기법을 제안한다. 필드의 자연적인 속성과 패턴을 그대로 살려 신속하고 정확하게 필드 연산자를 도출, 템플릿을 완성할 수 있었다.

Based on Income-approach, this study develops the evaluation model which reflects construction industry's traits. Using Income approach, we derive future income's present value and evaluates the technological value by contribution to future income. As there exist more random variables in construction technology than in standardized manufactured products, we cannot help relying on not only quantitative estimation method but also qualitative evaluation by technology and market experts when we estimates construction technology value. Also, conservative estimation is needed for discount rate and cash-flow estimation, because of high uncertainty in sales and profits in construction industry. In empirical analysis, we applied economic periods of duration and cash-flow based on the standard guideline, and analyzed discount rate and technology factor based on characteristics of construction industry. The discount rate is estimated to 15% because of risk-premium increase by conservative evaluation. Technology factor is estimated to 46.7%, because technological intensity is estimated to 72% by technological superiority. Such implications can be inferred. Firstly, we need to build a database to diversify categories for division of sectors by activity or industrial classification which is now categorized only by two sectors in standard guideline. Secondly, the roles of experts who participate in technology evaluation are important because of volatility of construction technology.

This study analyzes the digital business environment in Korea and predicts the digital business trends to be noted in 2024. The study comprehensively reviews the domestic and international ICT market outlook and provides objective and in-depth analysis by compiling opinions from various experts. In particular, through a multi-dimensional approach, it derives practical trends applicable to the local business environment, provides strategic implications considering the characteristics of digital business in Korea, and suggests directions for Korean companies to adapt to the global business environment and strengthen their competitiveness. During the research process, 20 preliminary candidate trends were initially identified by collecting and analyzing reports from major domestic and international market research institutes. We then conducted in-depth interviews with 10 experts from industry and academia to select 15 shortlisted trends from these 20 trends and 10 trends selected from the previous year. Finally, we conducted a large-scale survey of 209 experts from academia and industry, and we selected 11 domestic digital business trends to focus on in 2024. This study, which presents an outlook of digital business trends suitable for the Korean business environment based on a variety of opinions scientifically gathered from Korean digital business leaders, will contribute to understanding IT trends in Korea from a business perspective and their differences from global trends.
