The purpose of this study is to obtain basic information and implications for developing media information literacy curriculum by comparing and analyzing UNESCO's media and information literacy competencies and AASL's key competencies with the 2015 Revised Curriculum and the Library and Information Life curriculum. As a result of the analysis, First, UNESCO's MIL and AASL's key competencies in media information literacy were related to the competencies of the 2015 Revised Curriculum. Second, UNESCO's MIL included more aspects of the composition and competencies of information literacy than media literacy. For this reason, it could be said that media information literacy more appropriately reflects the content pursued by media literacy education than media literacy. Third, UNESCO's MIL included more training content for media literacy than information literacy. Fourth, the contents of media literacy were found to be insufficient in the Library and Information Life curriculum compared to the education contents of library and information literacy. Fifth, the competency standards related to media information literacy and Libraries and Information Life did not present cultural sensitivity competency. Based on the results of the study, It is necessary to develop a media information literacy curriculum that fuses the contents of media literacy beyond the information literacy that use library resources.

With the explosive popularity of the World Wide Web, the low penonnance of network often leads web clients to wait a long time for web server's response. To resolve this problem, web caching (proxy) has been considered as the most efficient technique for web server to handle this problem. The placement of web proxy is critical to the overall penonnance, and Li et al. showed the optimal placement of proxies for a web server in the internet with the linear and tree topology when the number of proxies, ]M, is given [4, 5]. They focused on minimizing the over all access time. However, it is also considerable for target web server to minimize the total number of proxies while each proxy server guarantees not to exceed certain res(Xlnse time for each request from its clients. In this paper, we consider the problem of finding the optimal number and placement of web proxies with the lin~ar and tree topology under the given threshold cost for delay time.

농업에서의 용수부족 문제는 불가리아 뿐만 아니라, 여러나라에서 발생하고 있다. 그리고 에너지 비용이 커지므로 관개에 소요되는 비용도 점점 증가하고 있다. 용수 부족과 고비용은 용수의 효율적 이용을 요하며 이 문제를 위해서는 용수와 수량관계가 중요하다. 여기에서는 전통적으로 불가리아에서 재배되는 옥수수, 사탕무우, 자주개자리 및 포도의 증발산량대 수량 관계와 관개에 의한 중수량대 관개량 관계에 대하여 검토하였다. 용수부족시의 수량을 구하기 위해서는 FAO

본 연구는 외국인(세법상 비거주자와 외국법인을 통칭한다. 이하 같음)의 우리나라에 대한 주식투자에 관한 세제를 고찰한 것이다. 연구의 방법으로서는 문헌조 사에 의해 관련세제를 살펴보고 설문조사에 의해 이해관계자의 의견을 조사하였다. 연구의 결과는 주식보유시의 배당소득에 대하여 제한세율의 적용대상을 조약별로 통일시키고 국내사업장없는 경우의 원천징수세율을 인하함이 필요하며, 또 주식처분시의 주식양도차익에 대하여 원천분리과세 뿐 아니라 신고분류과세도 선택할 수 있도록 하는 것 등이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

미래 전술기의 생존성을 향상시키기 위한 기술적 수단으로 효과측면에서 충분히 고려할만한 가치가 있다고 생각되는 것을 다음과 같은 6개 항목으로 제한된다. (1) 침투비행시의 비행속도를 증가시킨다. (2) 침투비행시의 비행고도를 낮게 유지한다. (3)탑재무장에 큰 스탠드 오프 특성을 부여한다. (4) 탑재무장의 유도방식을 Fire and Forget 특성을 갖게 한다. (5) 기체에 스텔스 기술을 적극 활용한다. (6) EMC 능력을 더욱 강화시킨다.

The poem Song of Eight Drunken Celestials by Du Fu(杜甫) of the Tang Dynasty was one of the most favored theme by many painters through the Song, the Yuan, the Ming and the Qing Dynasty, as well as in Korea Chosun Dynasty and in Japan. This paper focuses on the paintings depicting Song of Eight Drunken Celestials by Wu Qiu(尤求) of the Ming Dynasty, Kim Hongdo (金弘道) of the Chosun Dynasty and Kaiho Yusho(海北友松) of Japan Momoyama Period, makes a comparative study of them. And also focuses on two preface and a postscript to the painting Eight Drunken Celestials by Yi Dukmu(李德懋), Park Jega(朴齊家) and Yi Bongwhuan(李鳳煥) of the Chosun Dynasty, makes a comparative study of them. This study helps us understand the repetition and the differences between the poem as an Ur-text and the paintings and the prose about the painting as the parody texts.
