Electronic commerce over the Internet is predicted to grow at an ever-increasing rate over the next few years, with on-line sales already heading for several billion. Many companies are using this new sales channel, and a few retailers now have established major on-line sales sites. There have been some successes, particularly in technology, business-to-business and niche markets. This paper has been produced to summarise the basics of electronic commerce system, covering on-line catalogues and on-line purchasing. Electronic commerce systems consists of the authoring tools and web applications, the electronic payment technology, and the security and transaction processing.

기업의 생산성 향상과 비용절감, 그리고 세계화로 표현되는 거래다각화를 위해 각 기업은 앞다투어 기업간 전자거래시스템을 도입하고 있다. 철강산업에 속한 기업들도 예외는 아니어서 원부자재의 구매나 철강제품의 판매분야에 인터넷 전자거래시스템을 도입하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 전자거래시스템에 의해 각 기업들은 e-marketplace를 중심으로 기업간의 상품정보를 공유하고, 가상공간에서 사이버거래를 성사시키며 거래 후 계약이행에 이르기까지 각종 업무를 인터넷을 통해 처리하게 될 것이다. 하지만 현재까지 국내에 구축된 수많은 기업간 전자거래시스템은 데이터의 표준화 부재로 인해 실질적인 효과를 나타내지 못하고 있다. 즉, 전자거래에 참여하는 각 기업이 정보의 공유나 교환에 의한 전자거래 효과를 전혀 얻지 못하고 있는 것이다. 이러한 측면에서 거래 데이터나 컨텐츠의 표준화는 기업간 전자거래 인프라의 측면에서 그 무엇보다 중요한 사항이라 볼 수 있다. 본 고에서는 현재 진행중인 철강산업 MRO(Maintenance, Repair, Operations)자재 표준화 프로젝트의 추진방향 및 문제점과 해결방안에 대해 간단히 소개하고자 한다.

기존 연구에서 다중선박의 충돌위험도를 추정하는 알고리즘을 개발한 바 있다. 본 연구에서는 이를 기반으로, 실제 선박에 온보드형으로 설치하여, 운용할 수 있도록 전자해도 기반의 충돌위험도 표시 시스템을 설계하고, 그 표시 프로그램을 구현하였다. 국립해양조사원에서 배포하는 전자해도(IHO S-57) 파일을 이용할 수 있으며, 실시간으로 입력되는 해상교통 정보를 받아 충돌위험도를 계산하여, 표시할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 그리고, 개발된 프로그램의 성능을 검증하기 위하여, 선박운항 시뮬레이터를 이용하여, 실제 선박충돌사고의 AIS 데이터를 이용한 재생시뮬레이션을 수행하였다.

본 논문에서는 전자책을 이용한 e-Learning 플랫폼을 소개한다. 이 시스템은 전자책에 대해 주석(annotation)을 추가하는 방식으로 텍스트의 부분에 대해 하이라이트, 북마크로 메모를 달거나 프리드로잉을 이용하여 설명을 달 수 있다 전자책에 추가된 하이라이트 및 북마크 등의 정보는 학생 리더 시스템에 외부 데이터로 저장되어 개인적인 학습에 사용할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 동기적인 원격 강의 방식으로 교사의 네비게이션과 액션에 따라 그 결과를 학생 터미널에 바로 보여주어 교사가 교재 화면을 칠판 대신 사용하면서 강의 내용을 전달하는 것이 가능하다. 또한 전자책에 기반한 토론을 지원하기 위해 채팅 기능을 구현하였는데, 각 문장은 전자책의 특정 위치(context)에 연결될 수 있다. 본 시스템은 전자책을 이용한 개별학습 자료의 제공 및 실시간 원격 강의를 위한 플랫폼을 제시하였으며, 자바 기반의 전자책 리더 시스템상에 구현하였다[1].

본 논문은 전기 자동차의 DC-DC 컨버터 공유형 유·무선통합 충전 시스템의 고효율 동작을 고려한 최적의 DC-link 전압을 설계한다. DC-DC 컨버터의 입력 DC-link 전압 크기에 따라 유·무선 충전 방식 간 효율 특성이 상이하므로 DC-link 전압 크기별 유·무선 충전 시스템의 손실 분석을 진행한다. 손실 분석 결과를 바탕으로 유·무선 통합 충전 시스템의 고효율 동작을 위한 최적 DC-link 전압을 제안한다.

Externally, business environment in public institution has being changed as government business reference model(BRM) appeared and business management systems for transparency of a policy decision process are introduced. After Records Automation System started its operation, dissatisfaction grows because of inadequacy in system function and the problems about authenticity of electronic records. With these backgrounds, National Archives and Records Service had carried out 'Information Strategy Planning for Reform to Records Management System' for 5 months from September, 2005. As result, this project reengineers current records management processes and presents the world-class system model. After Records and Archives Management Act was made, the records management in public institution has propelled the concept that paper records are handled by means of the electric data management. In this reformed model, however, we concentrates on the electric records, which have gradually replaced the paper records and investigate on the management methodology considering attributes of electric records. According to this new paradigm, the electric records management raises a new issue in the records management territory. As the major contents of the models connecting with electric records management were analyzed and their significance and bounds were closely reviewed, the aim of this paper is the understanding of the future bearings of the management system. Before the analysis of the reformed models, issues in new business environments and their records management were reviewed. The government's BRM and Business management system prepared the general basis that can manage government's whole results on the online and classify them according to its function. In this points, the model is innovative. However considering the records management, problems such as division into Records Classification, definitions and capturing methods of records management objects, limitations of Records Automation System and so on was identified. For solving these problems, the reformed models that has a records classification system based on the business classification, extended electronic records filing system, added functions for strengthening electric records management and so on was proposed. As regards dramatically improving the role of records center in public institution, searching for the basic management methodology of the records management object from various agency and introducing the detail design to keep documents' authenticity, this model forms the basis of the electric records management system. In spite of these innovations, however, the proposed system for real electric records management era is still in its beginning. In near feature, when the studies is concentrated upon the progress of qualified classifications, records capturing plans for foreign records structures such like administration information system, the further study of the previous preservation technology, the developed prospective of electric records management system will be very bright.

웹 전자상거래 이용이 증가함에 따라 기존의 2단계 방식의 클라이언트-서버 구조를 갖는 시스템은 네트워크 병목 현상이나 시스템 성능 저하, 시스템 확장문제 및 서버의 시스템 부하등의 문제가 유발되었다. 이와 같은 문제는 전자상거래와 같은 대규모의 클라이언트를 요구하는 환경에서 가장 큰 취약점으로 지적되고 있다. 또한 네트워크상의 가상기업, 가상시장 등 각 기업의 전자 상거래 구축을 위한 다양한 플랫폼이 개발됨에 따라 이들의 독자적인 플랫폼들간의 지불, 보안등의 상호 호환성을 해결하기 위해 CORBA IIOP(Internet Inter ORB Protocol)를 사용하는 추세에 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 웹 기반 전자상거래를 CORBA를 이용하여 3계층 방식의 데이터베이스 접근방법으로 구현하였다. 이는 웹을 통해 고객이 주문한 상품은 CORBA 에이젼트의 서버 구현객체 호출을 통해 데이터베이스에 저장되면, 전자우편을 통하여 관리자에게 통보하여 주는 기능 가지고 있다.

인터넷 전자상거래가 가속화 되면서 기업간 인터넷을 이용한 전자상거래가 증가하고 있다. Business-To-Business 유형의 전자상거래는 인터넷 EDI 또는 글로벌 비즈니스 개념이 도입되어 관련 기술의 연구개발이 활발히 진행중이며 상용화된 서비스가 일부 제공되고 있다. 기업간 전자상거래 시 기업내부 인력이 외부 즉, 거래 대상 기업 또는 경쟁 관계의 기업에 자사의 영업 및 기업 비밀을 제공하는 것은 명백한 범법 행위이다. 또한 인트라넷 내부 즉, 기업 내부망에 연동된 시스템을 사용하는 직원들이 정해진 근무시간에 다른 용도로 시스템 및 전산망 자원을 사용한다면 이 또한 회사 내부적으로 규제 대상이 되어야 한다. 특히, 일과외 시간에 공적 또는 사적인 용도 외에 사용자와는 전혀 관련 없는 전자우편 주소로 암호화된 문서를 송수신하였다면 기업 책임자는 기업의 시스템 및 전산망 자원을 업무 및 개인 용도 외적으로 사용한 의심스러운 행위에 대하여 확인할 권한이 있다고 본다. 본 논문은 기업간 전자상거래 수행 과정에서 기업 내부망 즉, 인트라넷에서 적용될 수 있는 보안 정책 중 키 복구 메커니즘이 적용될 수 있는 부분을 중심으로 새로운 키 복구 정책, 시나리오, 시스템 구성 및 키 복구 프로토콜을 제안한다.

최근 세계적으로 전자정부에서의 시민역량을 증대시키기 위한 노력이 시작되는 동향을 보이고 있다. 이에 따라 거버넌스 관점에서 시민참여에 대한 이론 및 실증적 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으나, 거버넌스 지원을 위한 차세대 전자정부시스템의 개발에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 적은 관심밖에 받지 못하고 있다. 거버넌스 지원 전자정부시스템은 주로 정부기관의 기능 강화에 초점을 두고 있는 기존의 전자정부시스템과 달리 능동적인 시민참여에 중점을 두어야 하며, 복잡하고 정보가 광역 분산된 민주사회 환경에서 보안과 프라이버시 등의 핵심 민주주의 가치를 유지하면서도 시민을 포함한 모든 구성원 사이의 정보공유와 이를 위한 조정 기능을 제공하여 모든 참여자가 정보를 적절히 공유할 수 있는 능력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 이러한 거버넌스 지원 전자정부시스템의 개발에 중요한 요소 중의 하나는 보안과 프라이버시를 유지하면서도 쌍방간의 정보공유를 가능하게 하는 P2P 통신 메커니즘이다. 본 논문은 거버넌스 지원 전자정부시스템의 특성과 요구사항을 살펴 보고 이를 바탕으로 P2P 통신에 대한 요구사항과 적합한 P2P 통신 모델에 대하여 논한다.
