향후 자동차 전자화 추세는 보다 보편화되어, 자동차 1대당 가격에 전자부품이 차지하는 비율은 90년대 중반에 15%, 2000년대에는 20%에 달할 것이며, 이에 따른 전자제어기술은 자동차개발에 있어 가장 중요한 핵심 요소기술로 나타나게 된다. 본 고에서는 자동차 제품을 한정하여 각 system별 전자화기술을 소개하며 향후 추세를 논하고자 한다.

In order to design effective electronic records management systems, it is viable to consider both traditional principles of records management, proven to be effective, and the characteristics of digital information. ISO 15489, an international standard for records management, is acknowledged as the most useful guidelines for this goal. The present study extracted basic principles of electronic records management from its provisions of 7 functional steps. It then compared the principles to system requirements of three system design criterion, developed by Department of Defense(U.S.A.) Public Records Office(Britain). and European Union respectively. Common requirements, included in all three criterion. were then searched in the Korean standard of developing automated systems for records centers. Finally, suggestions were made to develop a Korean standard for electronic records management system, elaborating from the core requirements of the system found by the present study.

At present, the electronic catalog format and the process system which are used in B2B (Business-To-Business) electronic commerce are applying different system architectures according to their businesses and industries characteristics. B2B business corporations using the electronic commerce started to consider the importance of standard electronic catalog format to enhance their interoperability. As a result, the necessity of unified electronic catalog system gathered strength in exchanging and managing enormous information of electronic catalog process system constructed in each corporation and industry. Therefore, we suggest data format to improve interoperability using XML (eXtensible Markup Language), as a standard document format in electronic catalog document and define the structure of electronic catalog document in processing the information of goods using XML Schema. In addition, we presents the integrated electronic catalog registry system which provides the service of searching and registering using the electronic catalog document defined through XML for each corporation to use it in electronic marketplace. Furthermore, we exhibits a model of the electronic catalog document that improves its interoperability and reusability in electronic commerce and a model of integrated electronic catalog system.

The electronic records management systems must create and maintain reliable and authentic records because such records can be easily duplicated, manipulated, altered, and revised. The goal of this study is to propose the strategies for maintainning authenticity of electronic records and to produce some baselines for developing the strategies for maintaining authenticity of electronic records and to produce some baselines for developing the trusted record management sytems. Therefore, the study is to identify and define the concept of an electronic record and the nature of authenticity; to estabilish the principles for ensuring the long-term preservation of authentic electronic records; to suggest the methods for describing electronic records in order to maintain audit trail; to suggest the methods for describing electronic records in order to maintain audit ; to propose the mechanisms for maintaining reliable and authentic electronic records; to analyse the Korean standards related to electronic document management systems; and to discuss future challenges for maintaining the authenticity.

인터넷을 기반으로 하는 B2B시장이 엄청난 속도로 증가추세를 드러내고 있는 가운데 국내 전자상거래 시장은 예상만큼의 기대치에 부응하지 못한 채 큰 발전을 보지 못하고 있는 상황이다. 이는 인터넷상에서의 효율적인 결제시스템의 부계와 전자상거래 시장의 특성인 신뢰성의 부재에 그 원인이 있다고 보아진다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 비대면의 전자적인 결제시스템에 따르는 신뢰성 문제해결을 위한 방안으로 Escrow계정을 이용하는 B2B 결제시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 Escrow Service시스템은 전자결제시스템의 걸림돌이었던 제품보증과 결제보증에 관한 문제를 데이터베이스로 구축하여 체계적이고 안정적인 방법으로 해결할 수 있는 EDI를 이용한 B2B ESCROW 결제서비스를 만드는 것이다. 구매기업과 판매기업간에 매매행위가 발생되면서 양사의 합의에 따른 Escrow사항들을 표준화된 데이터베이스 형식을 갖고 있는 EDI에 저장하고 거래 데이터베이스를 수행하면서 자동적인 EDI File Update를 통해 가장 실시간의 정보를 참조할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 기존의 B2B 결제시스템에 있어서의 Escrow 기능이 계좌이체를 이용한 결제시스템에만 제한적으로 이용돼 왔었으며 또한 Escrow 시스템 수행이 수동적인 프로세스에 의해 움직여졌기 때문에 신뢰성과 이용도면에서 문제점이 있었다. 하지만 EDI를 이용한 Escrow시스템 구현은 프로세스의 자동화뿐만 아니라 계좌이체 및 기타 대출을 이용한 결제시스템에도 다양하게 적용할 수 있으며 또한 History관리가 가능하므로 전자상거래 결제시스템의 효율을 한층 더 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

상거래의 본질은 어떤 특정 상품이나 서비스의 제공과 이에 상응하는 경제적 가치의 교환이라 볼 수 있으며 따라서 전자상거래의 경우에도 제공받는 서비스나 재화에 상응하는 경제적 가치를 전자적으로 제공할 수 있는 전자지불/결제시스템의 구축은 전자상거래의 중요한 하부구조 중의 하나라 볼 수 있다.

인터넷이 생활의 일부분이 되어감에 따라 인터넷상에서 이루어지는 전자상거래는 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 지금까지의 전자상거래는 고객이 요구하는 제품을 판매하는 단순한 형태였다. 하지만 앞으로의 전자상거래에서는 고객이 선호할 만한 제품을 예상하여 고객에게 해당 제품을 추천해 줌으로서 양질의 서비스를 제공하고 더 많은 이익을 창출 할 수 있는 전자상거래 시스템이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전자상거래시스템에서 이용될 수 있는 추천시스템을 개발하기 위하여 추천시스템의 핵심이 되는 사용자간 유사도에 기초한 GroupLens의 협동적 필터링 알고리즘을 실제 Data Set을 통해서 실험하였다. 또한 Data Set을 분석하여 아이템을 대표할 수 있는 장르를 결정하여 전체 학습데이터로부터 대표장르에 속하는 데이터들만을 분리하여 학습데이터로 사용하는 추천시스템을 제안하였고, 실험을 통하여 제안한 추천시스템의 타당성을 보였다.

최근 IT기술들이 발전하면서 거의 대부분이 전자화 되었다. 본 시스템용 PC버전에서는 상용화 되어 있는 전자결재 시스템을 모바일로 구현함으로써 시대에 맞게 종이문서를 전자문서로 대체할 시스템이다. 결재자가 시간과 장소를 구애받지 않고 회사의 급한 결재건 에 대해 내용 확인 후 결재를 할 수 있는 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 시스템을 설계한 과정중에 일부분인 API와 APP간의 통신한 결과를 담는 화면들을 보여주고 설명하고 있다.

전자무역거래는 궁극적으로 무역계약체결천의 마케팅과 인콰이어리는 물론 무역계약과 계약 이후의 운송, 보험, 결제 등을 네트워크를 통해 실현하고자 한다. 그러나 무역거래의 전 단계의 전자화 추진에 있어 가장 큰 걸림돌은 국제대금결제시스템을 전자화하는 것이며, 이러한 문제점의 해결은 궁극적으로 전자무역거래의 완성이라고 해도 과언이 아닐 정도로 전자무역 구현에 있어서 시급하고도 중요한 핵심과제가 되고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 전자무역시대를 맞이하여, 전자무역거래에서 전자결제시스템으로 주목받고 있는 BOLERO, TradeCard, 그리고 BeXcom의 주요 내용과 특징을 살펴보고, 상호간 비교 분석을 통하여 전자결제시스템의 발전적 과제를 제시하고자 한다.

무선 인터넷의 급속한 발전으로 인해 무선 단말기를 이용한 전자상거래(M-Commerce)가 활성화되고 있다. 이러한 전자상거래에서는 데이터 보안이나 사용자 신원 확인 같은 인증이 유ㆍ무선 인터넷 환경 모두 중요한 기술로 인식되고 있기 때문에 무선 인터넷에서의 WPKI나 유선 인터넷 환경에서의 XML 전자서명 같은 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. XML 전자서명은 XML문서를 이용하는 전자상거래분야에 사용되어 전자서명 시스템간의 상호 연동성을 높일 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 무선 인터넷 환경에서도 기존의 유선 인터넷 환경에서 사용되고 있는 XML 전자서명 기법을 적용하여 XML 문서 및 전자서명 시스템들간에 상호 연동 가능할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하였다. 본 논문을 통해 무선 인터넷 환경에서도 확장 가능한 XML 전자서명 포맷을 제공할 수 있다.
