Furniture is an essential element in the area of human residence, and the necessity of system furniture suitable for the pursuit of unity in design, which clearly distinguishes the various and flexible arrangements and characteristics of space, is gradually expanding. The elderly population in Korea currently exceeds 15%, and is expected to be close to 40% by 2050. An increasing number of elderly generations are showing different behavioral patterns, such as sharing information, health care, and seeking independence from children. In order to maintain an independent daily life, a stable living environment has become essential, but as a result of a study that safety accidents caused by households increase due to a decrease in cognitive ability and physical ability, the need for a suitable household has increased. Therefore, the biological changes and characteristics of the elderly were investigated, and the concept definition, scope and limitations of system households were studied. In addition, by grasping the changes in the home appliance market and trends in the home appliance market, the design direction of system furniture required by the elderly was presented.

최근 청년 실업률과 이혼, 인구 고령화 등의 이유로 1인가구는 2015년 520만 3천 가구로 전체(1911만 1천 가구) 대비 27.5%를 차지하고 있다. 하지만, 제대로 된 방범 시스템을 갖추지 못해 주거침입 범죄는 1인 가구를 대상으로 이루어지고 있다. 방범업계에서는 1인 가구를 위한 방범용 시스템을 출시하고 있지만, 대부분의 1인 가구들은 여전히 불안감을 느끼며 생활하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 디바이스와 마이크로프로세서를 활용한 침입감지 시스템을 설계하였다. 제시하고 있는 시스템은 IoT 센서 모듈을 활용하여 특정 구역 내 움직이는 물체를 감지하고, 블루투스 통신 모듈을 이용하여 사용자에게 알려준다.

제품에 대한 소비자의 다양한 욕구는 생산자에게는 많은 위험 부담을 요구하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 생산 및 판매자의 risk를 줄이기 위하여 특정 가구 업체의 가상 생산 방안 및 제품의 가상 Display 방안을 연구하였다. 특정 가구 업체의 생산가구들에 대한 DataBase를 구축하여 VR(Virtual Reality)형 가구 선택 시스템을 구현하고, 제품의 가상제작 및 가상 전시로 사전에 소비자의 선호도를 점검하여 볼 수 있는 VR형 모의 전시 시스템을 구축하였다.

This paper introduces a customized Smart Fire and Crime system for one person households. Recently, the number of one person household has skyrocketed due to the increasing number of one person household and the aging population. As a result, the demand for private security companies for one person household is increasing and smart security systems that are applied with rapidly evolving IoT and sensor technologies are also becoming a major issue. However, despite the increasing trend of one person households, the existing system focuses on multiple households, so that there are disadvantages of the one person households to operate in such a big system which operate separately. Therefore, in this paper, we design and implement a system that provides a personalized safety service for one person household that integrates a security system and a fire monitoring system. This will help prevent criminal activity in places where the police can not reach at a lower cost than using existing private companies, and help monitor the situation of the houses in real time.

통계청의 65세 이상 독거노인의 실태(통계청의 '2010 고령자 통계') 통계에 의하면, 2010년 65세 이상 노인이 홀로 사는 '노인단독가구(독거노인)' 수는 1,021천 가구로, 총 가구의 6.0%를 차지하고 있으며, 2030년에는 노인 단독가구의 비중이 11.8%에 이를 것으로 전망하고 있다. 또한 이런 독거노인들은 열악한 환경 속에서 건강문제, 경제적인 어려움, 외로움, 소외감 등 여러 가지 복지서비스적인 문제점이 나타날 보여 진다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 앞으로 점점 고령화사회로 진전이 이루어질 것으로 보이기 때문에, 독거노인의 증가로 인해 발생되어지는 문제점을 현실적으로 파악하고, 이들이 요구하고 있는 복지 수요를 대처하기 위한 실버케어시스템을 설계하여 제안한다.

본 논문에서는 가구 인테리어를 위해 사전에 제작된 가구의 배치를 인터렉티브하게 시뮬레이션할 수 있도록 3D Visual 시뮬레이터 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. AutoCAD에서 제작된 도면파일(*.dxf)로 가상공간을 구성하고 3D MAX에서 Import된 Object 파일(*.3ds)을 Load하여 사용자가 쉽게 배치할 수 있도록 하는 것에 주안점을 두었다. 구성된 장면에 현실감을 주기 위해 고급 Rendering 기술 구현 또한 목표로 한다. 구축된 공간과 Object에는 텍스쳐 매핑과 Display Edit 기능을 구현하여 최대한 현실적인 시뮬레이터의 기능을 살릴 수 있도록 개발한다.

현대 사회에 1인 가구 수가 증가함에 따라 소비 패턴에도 변화가 생기고 있다. 1인 가구의 빈곤율은 2인 이상 가구에 비해 상대적으로 높아 자산관리 서비스의 필요성이 높아지는데 좀 더 접근성이 좋고 편리하게 소비 습관에 대한 조언을 해 줄 수 있는 서비스가 도움이 될 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 최근 금융 회사들의 챗봇 도입률이 증가하는 중인 것을 참고 해 본 논문에서는 챗봇을 활용한 소비 패턴 분석을 위한 클라우드 기반의 챗봇 가계부 시스템을 제안한다.

2019년 통계청의 보고에 의하면 1인 가구 수는 전체 가구 수 중 29.9퍼센트인 603만 9000가구로 600만 가구를 돌파하였고, 계속해서 상승 추세에 있다. 1인 가구 비율이 상승함에 따라 반려동물 사육 가정의 비율 또한 상승하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 반려동물을 사육하는 1인 가구를 위해 반려동물의 생체데이터, 활동량 등을 웨어러블 기기를 통해 측정하고, 센싱된 데이터를 원격으로 모니터링할 수 시스템을 제안한다. 아두이노를 이용하여 반려동물의 온도 등의 생체데이터와 활동량 체크를 위한 가속도 센서 데이터를 측정하고 와이파이 통신을 이용하여 데이터베이스 서버로 전송하는 기기를 구성하고, 센싱된 데이터를 사용자가 다운받아서 데이터를 분석, 모니터링할 수 있는 모바일 앱 인터페이스를 제공한다.

본 논문에서는 증강현실 기술을 이용한 가구 배치 시뮬레이션 시스템 개발 방법을 제안한다. 이 프로그램은 소파, 탁자같은 가구, 운동기구, 냉장고, 김치냉장고, TV등의 부피가 큰 제품들을 집에 들이기에 충분한 공간이 있는지를 확인 할 수 있다. 현재 셀프 인테리어를 하고 있는 인구가 크게 늘고 있다. 공간 확보 및 인테리어를 증강현실 기술을 이용하여 미리 해보며 가구 및 가전제품의 구입에 도움을 준다.
