Man-made disasters are disastrous event, which can be reduced the damage through preventive measures and thorough inspections, unlike natural disasters. Thus, safety consciousness of citizens is not only important, but also safety consciousness of security guard who are involved with facility safety management. In other words, safety consciousness and fostering professionalism of security guards could reduce the damage, including human disaster and it enables the effective safety management. Therefore, this study selected the training and the organizational safety as variables with the influencing factors for improving the disaster safety consciousness of facility guard. After the analysis, the following results were confirmed. First, the training content and its environment would have a significant impact on the disaster safety consciousness. Second, organizational safety would have a significant impact on disaster safety consciousness. In other words, the improvement of training program and the formation of safety culture in organizational level will have a positive impact on the disaster safety awareness and enable effective safety management.

날로 각박해져가는 사회분위기 속에서 가장 외로움을 많이 느끼는 사람들은 역시 불우한 환경에 처한 사람들, 특히 사회복지시설에 수용되어 있는 사람들일 것이다. 이들에게는 산다는 것, 생활한다는 것 자체가 커다란 짐일 수 밖에 없다. 이런 상황 속에서, 인간에게 가장 중요하다고 할 수 있는 "건강문제"는 부차적인 것으로 밀려나게 마련이다. 이처럼, 어려운 시대를 함께 살고있는 불우한 이웃을 위해 한국건강관리협회 대구지부가 사회복지시설 수용자의 건강관리를 위한 무료검진을 실시해 눈길을 모은다. 지난 7월말부터 8월초까지 실시된 무료순회검진을 통해 1천여명의 대구시내시설 아동ㆍ노인들이 검사를 받았고, 대구지부는 앞으로도 이같은 사회복지사업을 계속 펴나갈 계획이라고 밝혔다.

항만은 국가기간시설물로서 2010년 기준으로 수 출입 화물의 90%이상이 처리되는 핵심 수 출입 관문이다. 이러한 국가 기간시설에서 발생되는 산업재해로 인한 작업 중단, 생산성저하, 비용증가 및 국가이미지 실추 등으로 인한 국가적, 개인적 손실은 직, 간접적으로 막대한 손해를 발생시킨.

"양돈산업에 약 1조6천억이란 많은 정부 자금이 투자 되었었다. 이것은 정부가 WTO체제에 들어가면서 양돈농가가 세계와 경쟁해서 살아남기 위해서는 시설 현대화를 위해 투자해야 한다는 식의 분위기를 만들어 자금을 빌려주면서 시설투자를 부추킨 것으로 볼 수 있다. 그럼에도 정부와는 상관없이 사익을 위해 문어발 식으로 기업을 늘려왔던 몇 개인의 대기업들은 부채를 탕감해 주기도 하면서, 축산인들의 부채에 대해 정부는 냉정하다. 정부가 부추킨 일을 IMF로 경제가 잘못되자 정부는 모른 척하고 국민(축산인)에게 떠 안기려 하고 있다. 이번 연기 조치 또한 부채를 탕감해 주는 것도 아닌 유예하는 것 조차도 선별한다는 것은 이율 배반적으로 보인다"

격의 없이 근로자와 함께 하는 안전활동을 통해 행복하고 즐거운 현장분위기를 조성해 나가고 있는 현장이 있어 큰 주목을 받고 있다. 그 주인공은 바로 중견건설사인 (주)동서가 시공을 하고 있는 '공군부대 장영복합체육시설현장'이다. 이곳 현장은 안전보건공단이 인정한 '위험성평가 우수사업장'으로, 임직원과 근로자들이 하나가 되어 적극적인 재해예방활동에 나서고 있다. 근로자들이 마음으로 안전을 받아들이고 안전관리의 주축으로 나서도록 하기 위해 끊임없이 노력하고 있다는 이곳 현장을 찾아가봤다.

오는 9월 8(수)~10(금)일은 3일간 2021 한국국제축산박람회(KISTOCK 2021)가 대구 EXCO전시장에서 개최된다. 아프리카돼지열병(ASF), 코로나-19 등 질병 확산으로 두 차례 연기되면서 4년 만에 개최되는 만큼 박람회 추진위원회는 안전·방역·위생을 기본으로 국내 축산업 발전과 성장을 위해 불철주야 준비하고 있다. 2021 한국국제축산박람회 조직위원장을 맡은 (사)한국축산환경시설기계협회 송석찬 회장을 만나 이번 박람회 분위기를 들어보았다.

This study was conducted for market segmentation of cruise tourist according to launching the "T" in Busan. Benefit segmentation was used to identify attributes of cruise services; importance of ship's physical appearance and importance of service and activities. 24 attributes were distilled to 5 factors: 'Facility & Service', 'Atmospherics of cruise ship', 'Escape', 'Choice', 'Safety'. A K-means cluster analysis identified three clustered segments for five importance factors in which high loyalty customers were found to be the most important segment. Based on the findings, three distinct groups were formed: 'Moderators', 'High Loyalty', 'Spurious'. The most important factors by high loyalty groups were identified 'Safety', 'Facility & Service', 'Atmospherics of cruise ship', 'Choice', 'Escape' in order. The results of the study showed statistically significant differences among the three groups in terms of demographic and behavioral variables. Especially, the target market should be considered by 'High Loyalty' group and 'Moderators' group in order. Positioning strategies and marketing mix strategies for effectively targeting the segments were discussed.

In this study, we found that the release and dispersion of ammonia can create hazardous atmospheres using FLACS software. In General, ventilation or gas detector installations are recommended as preventive measures to control explosion incidents. However, the ventilation installations cannot be applicable to the refrigeration facility that uses ammonia as refrigerating medium, because the freezing room should be sealed. From the accident investigation of the explosion case, we suggested that all electronic devices were needed to be switched by explosion proof devices, and communication facility was also needed to be installed to announce to all employees within a building in case alert condition like ammonia releases occurred.

This study military Act (enacted in 1972) due to the complaint were filed. The first study to address complaints such as integrated systems provide improvement is needed. Second contribution to the community or with the composition of the atmosphere that should provide an instrument to win. Finally, the laws and institutions, regulations, and doctrine in many aspects including the lack of forward thinking, or shall be deemed to be lacking complementary aspects. Studies in the Department of Defense as a reference to the relevant departments so that work is to provide.
