Objective : Questionnaires completed by occupational therapists and patients in institutions conducting a "Pilot Project of Rehabilitation Medical Institutions" were used to determine whether occupational therapy was able to establish appropriate patient support systems for return to home and community. Methods : The questionnaire was completed by 293 occupational therapists from 13 institutions conducting pilot projects and 296 patients from 8 institutions who were able to respond. Results : Although the Pilot Project of Rehabilitation Medical Institutions is being implemented to enable early return of patients to activities of daily living, the most important therapeutic goal is not efficiently applied. In addition, since the health insurance systems utilized in medical institutions are applied as in the pilot project, there is no basis for evaluation and mediation of practical daily activities and vocational rehabilitation for actual return to the community. Conclusion : Through a detailed review of the pilot project, it will be necessary to improve the quality of life through the early return of patients to social activity, and to make practical improvements to reduce unnecessary societal expenditures.

5월은 본 사업을 앞두고 있는 중요한 시기로써 그동안 추진해온 시범사업의 문제점을 보완하고 전면사업 착수에 연착륙을 위한 준비 작업에 박차를 가하고 있다. 하지만 그동안 시범사업에 참여하여 동 제도를 잘 알고 있거나, 본 사업이 시작되면 처음으로 동 업무를 해야 하는 분들 등, 사업 참여자들이 여러 부류로 나뉘어져 있어 동 사업의 본격시행을 앞두고 독자들의 올바른 이해를 도기 위해 이력추적제 단계별로 어떻게 업무가 진행되고 무엇을 사전 준비해야하는 지를 알아본다.

The purpose of this study is to set up the GIS Audit methodology through the definition of standard procedure ailed GIS Audit criteria and the result of preliminary study about the GIS Audit. the frame of GIS Audit criteria and the result of preliminary study about the GIS Project and check the GIS Audit methodology is to define a standard process of GIS Project and check the GIS Project according to the standard process. We named the method as CASP(GIS Audit Standard Procedure). GASP method means doing Pilot Project for setting the sample standard procedure(named Prototype) of total GIS Project process, and checking the activity to fulfill the prototype. GASP method is advanced method for GIS Audit to analyze the full range of GIS Project and characteristics of GIS contents.

해양산업의 디지털라이제이션은 자율운항선박이라는 새로운 형식의 선박이 출현하게 하였다. 현재의 규정은 새로운 기술을 적용하는 유연성을 제한하고 있어 새로운 규정개발을 통해 새로운 기술을 적용을 장려하고 그 기술에 대한 위험요소를 줄일 필요가 있다. 국제해사기구(IMO)에서는 자율운항선박운항을 방해하는 규정을 식별하는 규정식별작업을 착수하여 새로운 규정개발의 시작을 알렸다. 이 연구에서는 자율운항선박의 국내외 기술개발과 규정개발 동향을 분석하고 우리가 대응해야할 방안을 제시한다.

금형공장의 생산 일정관리에 있어서 실제 가공작업에 대한 실적데이터의 집계는 매우 중요하지만, 이러한 작업상황을 기록하는 것에 대해서 현장 작업자는 비협조적이고 반감을 갖고 있는 실정이다. 현장에서는 작업자의 개입없이 CNC 장비의 컨트롤러와의 직접적인 인터페이스를 통해서 신호를 추출하고 자동으로 작업상황을 파악할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하려고 시도하고 있지만, 컨트롤러 메이커마다 다르게 적용해야 하고 많은 비용을 요구한다. 이러한 이유로 본 연구에서는 저가의 PC 카메라를 장비에 설치하여 가공상황에 대한 동영상을 수집하고 영상처리 알고리즘을 적용하여 가공시간을 집계하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 CNC 컨트롤러에 독립적으로 운용되며 저렴하게 시스템을 구축할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 무인가공과 유인가공 상황에 시범적으로 적용 및 운영함으로써 시스템의 활용가능성을 살펴보았다.

국토해양부는 지방국토관리청의 도로공사와 관련하여 발생하는 공사비 정보의 교환 및 공유를 목적으로 작업분류체계 기반의 공사비 관리 항목을 추가하여 전자설계도서 작성 납품 지침을 개정하였다. 이를 반영하고 문제점 개선 및 활성화를 위하여 5개 지방국토관리청에서 관리중인 10개 도로건설공사를 시범적용 사업으로 지정하여 발생하는 공사비 정보를 디지털 수량산출정보로 관리하고 있다. 시범사업을 진행하면서 건설공사에 발생하는 설계변경 업무를 전자화하여 관리하는 기능을 개발하고 추가 적용하였다. 이를 통해 건설사에서 생성한 설계변경 정보를 건설사와 발주처가 동일한 형태로 공사비 정보를 공유 및 관리 가능하도록 하였다.

건설분야 수량산출정보의 연계 및 교환을 위한 디지털 수량산출정보 교환표준과 지방국토관리청의 도로관리관점에 따라 구성된 작업분류체계를 바탕으로 도로분야 수량산출정보를 지원도구를 통해 생성한다. 건설사는 지원도구에서 작성한 도로공사 수량산출정보를 건설사업관리시스템에 등록함으로써 공정 공사비 관리에 활용하고 있다. 본 연구는 공정 공사비의 통합관리를 통해 실질적인 사업관리가 가능하도록 10개 도로건설공사 시범사업을 선정하여 문제점과 개선방안을 도출하였다.

Recently according to supplying high resolution satellite imagery, we take much interest in the update and the revision of digital map and thematic map based on the satellite images. This study analyzed the modeling accuracy for QuickBird imagery and produced the digital map on a scale 1 to 5000 by way of showing an example. find an exhibition digital map was analyzed the positioning accuracy for the presentation of the possibility and the utility in the production and the revision to the digital map using QuickBird imagery. In order to analyze accuracies of constructed data, the digital topographic maps of 1:5000 scale which were produced by Korea National Geographic information Institute(NGI) were used. As a result, the RMSE was calculated at ${\pm}2.207$ m and 2.39 m in x and y direction respectively and it is within the permissible accuracy required for mapping on a scale of 1 to 5000 on the mapping rule notified by the National Geographic Information Institute. It is expected that the results of this study will be fully used in the field of large scale digital mapping and be utilized as basic information in applied field of the production and the revision of digital map.

부산지역 전력수요의 약 65%를 담당하고 있는 한국남부발전(주) 부산천연가스발전본부는 2007년 11월부터 전사 안전시스템 선진화 시범사업장으로 선정되어 안전시스템 선진화의 초석이 되는 발전소로 거듭나고 있다. 안전보건관리시스템인 KOSHA 18001과 공정안전관리(PSM)을 기본으로 2009년 5월 도입된 재난안전관리시스템(DEMS), 행동교정프로그램인 ASA 제안안제도뿐 아니라 발전사로는 처음으로 신 작업안전시스템을 도입하여 위험성평가와 키락킹(Key-Locking)으로 인적실수나 오작동에 의한 안전사고를 사전에 방지하는 철저한 안전경영시스템 정착시켜 언제, 어디서 발생할지 모르는 안전 및 재난사로에 대비하고 있다.
