The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of the organizational fairness of court security team on organizational citizenship behavior through the mediating effect of self-leadership. The data for this research were collected from court security officials located in six metropolitan cities including Seoul from April 1 to May 3, 2019. After discarding thirty-eight cases with missing values and outliers, a total of 402 cases were analyzed using SPSS 22 and AMOS 22. The results showed that organizational fairness did not have a direct effect on organizational citizenship behavior. However, it was found that self-leadership affected organizational citizenship behavior positively, and organizational fairness had a positive impact on self-leadership. Therefore, organizational fairness had an indirect positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior through the mediating effect of self-leadership. The results of current research suggest that the supervisors of the court security teams should consider policy changes for improved treatment and working conditions of the security officials as well as educational programs aimed at promoting self-leadership which is shown to increase with organizational fairness and affect organizational citizenship behavior positively.

Nursing service quality can vary depending on the work attitude and behavior of nurses. Nursing attitude and behavior that can be described as voluntary and proactive organizational citizenship behavior(OCB). OCB affects the work performance of nurses in clinical practice is very important and organizational justice is an important influencing factors of OCB. The purpose of this study was to determine the influential factors of organizational justice on OCB of nurses. The descriptive-correlational method was applied. The study was carried out less than a 500-bed hospital. Participants of the study included 230 nurses working in secondary hospitals. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression with the 18.0 SPSS/Window program. Considering the components of organizational justice, there was a significant positive correlation(r=.172~.540, p=.000) between OCB and distributive, procedural and interactional justice. Also, Total organizational justice explained 29.1% of total OCB with influencing factor (${\beta}$=.540) and was statistically significant(F=93.777, p=.000). The influencing factors to OCB were distributive justice(${\beta}$=.283) and interactional justice(${\beta}$=.249) except procedural justice. The findings suggest that strategies of nursing management are needed to focus on distributive justice for compensation and interactional justice for social relationship in order to induce nurses' organizational citizenship behavior.

Recently, Namak New Town is under construction adjacent to Mokpo City, and New Great Harbour Bridge between Mokpo City and Koha Island is designed to be built across Inner Harbour of Mokpo. Citizens' concerns about and participations in 「Campaign for Shaping Mokpo into Beautiful Seaport」 are required to make up the sight of Mokpo harbour beautifully. The of 「Master Plan for the Development of Beautiful Mokpo Seaport」 was reviewed. Citizens' levels of consciousness of and participation in 「Campaign for Shaping Mokpo into Beautiful Seaport」 were ascertained through questionnaire surveys of citizenry opinions, and prerequisites and requirements for the success of 「Master Plan for the Development of Beautiful Mokpo Seaport」 were suggested on the basis of the results of questionnaire surveys. As most of citizens are not satisfied with the existing urban environment in Mokpo City, the urban environment and the view of Mokpo are required to be made up according to the natural, social and environmental characteristics of Mokpo and its adjacent Islands in coastal waters. In order to cultivate citizens' basic cultural consciousness and sense of public kindness, cleanliness and orderliness, various educational programs are required to be developed and executed. Only when local government of Mokpo City collects the public opinions and continues to shape Mokpo into international beautiful seaport in the direction of a reflex of public opinion, Mokpo harbour can be made up into international beautiful seaport successfully with citizens' positive participation in citizenry practicable action plan.

Recently, a New Great Harbour Bridge between Mokpo City and Koha Island is planned to be built across Mokpo Inner Harbour, and Namak New Town is under construction adjacent to Mokpo. Citizels' concorn of and participation in 「Campaign for Shaping Mokpo into Beautiful Seaport」 are necessary to match the view of Mokpo harbour with natural scenery beautifully and with marine environment harmoniously. Citizens'ㄹ levels of consciousness of coastal and marine environment were ascertained through questionnaire surveys of local citizenry attitudes and opinions, and citizenry action plans for the conservation of coastal and marine environments around Mokpo harbour are suggested on the basis of the results of questionnaire surveys. Citizens' voluntary participations in local policy for the control of marine wastes production and in a campaign for the collections of marine debris and wastes around beaches and coastal areas are required. The operation of municipal sewage treatment plants is to be performed effectively and efficiently, and to be monitored and evaluated periodically by the general public, the local federation for environmental movement or NGO. The development and performance of marine environmental education programs and an enlightenment campaign for environment preservation are to be incessantly done in cooperation with local residents. Only when local government of Mokpo collects the public opinions and continues to shape Mokpo into international beautiful seaport in the direction of a reflex of public opinion, coastal and marine environment around Mokpo harbour can be kept in good condition with citizens' positive participation in citizenry long-term practical action plans for environment conservation.
How well citizens are represented by their representatives holds critical importance in representative democracy. While previous studies of ideological congruence have largely focused on Western established democracies, there was not as much attention paid to young democracies including, South Korea. This article investigates ideological congruence in South Korea based on multiple survey data sources collected from 2002 to 2016. When it comes to unidimensional Left-Right ideology, the distance between citizens and governments, unlike its citizen-assembly counterpart, has widened since 2000 sending a negative signal to the norm of representative democracy. As to multidimensional issue positions, however, it turns out that ideological congruence in South Korea has varied along issues such as aids to North Korea and Welfare spending. These results provide both citizens and parties with some important implications. For citizens, they are required to distinguish which party or candidate is more representative of the issue they value the most beyond a simple Left-Right line; for parties, they are required to deal with how to represent their supporters as well as today's increasing independents by strengthening their organizational capacity and providing effective party programs.
In this research, one of five Hofstede's cultural dimension, Long term orientation (LTO) was selected to examine its influence on individual's change oriented organizational citizenship behavior with emotional regulation mediating. East Asian countries and Korea especially received higher score on LTO cultural dimension, meaning it valued harmony, long term relations and saving for future. Also, in today's hyper competitive and evolving global climate, the ability to adapt quickly and also to be able to control one's emotion is highly valued individual competency. Previous research on Hofstede's cultural dimensions were conducted at mostly national or large group levels. However, in this study, Yoo's CVSCALE which allowed for individual level analysis on Hofstede's cultural dimensions were used to analyze multinational company's employees's long term orientations' influence on emotional regulation and change oriented organizational citizenship behavior. The survey conducted from 200 employees from major electronic company based in S city in Korea for two weeks period and the results indicated long term orientation positively influenced change oriented organizational citizenship behavior. Also emotional regulation mediated between long term orientation felt by individuals and change oriented organizational citizenship behavior. Such results validated previous studies that indicated emotional regulation as possible antecedents of individual proactive behaviors such as change organizational citizenship behavior and long term oriented view as another potential antecedent of change oriented organizational citizenship behavior in multinational corporation setting.
The future water management needs decentralization of facilities, diversity of technology and integration of management to overcome the waste of financial resources and increase in scale of facilities that occurred from centralized water management. In addition, citizen's environmental awareness and participation is important because all infrastructure installed in the watershed where citizens live should have the function of water management. Therefore, the research was performed by investigating the citizen's recognition about urban environment와 LID application to analyze citizen's perceptions and analyze the feasibility and possibility of LID application. The LID awareness of citizens was about 59%, but only about 46% of citizens agreed on the extension of application. However, after contacting LID photographs and information, 90% of respondents agreed on the application of LID, and 94% of respondents were able to distinguish between grey infrastructure and LID infrastructure. Citizens appeared to have a tendency to recognize green spaces as multi-functional LID infrastructure or green infrastructure. If citizens recognize multi-functional LIDs only as landscapjng area, it will be very difficult to extend the LID on the city areas. Therefore, for the extended application of the LID facilities, it is necessary to use public relations strategy to utilize the results and visual data on the actual effect verification. In addition, as every social infrastructure is formed in watershed where citizens live, it is necessary to plan and manage the infrastructure through governance with citizen participation.
This study investigated the public opinion on the use and conservation management of national park, to manage the growing demand of national park visit and to support the policy direction of national park. So far, various surveys and big data analysis on the use and perception of national park have been conducted, but there have been limitations such as lack of survey questions on issues in park management and use. In addition, the object of the previous studies were limited to the national park visitors; therefore, this study expanded the object of survey from national park visitors to ordinary citizens. Unlike previous studies conducted only on national park visitors, ordinary citizens relatively prefered bottom areas rather than high-altitude ones. A policy to limit the visit to high-ridge area of mountain is being currently driven; however, the survey results of ordinary citizens suggested to maintain current policies or to increase visitor reservations system within narrow limits. On the other hand, the proportion of citizens who have used the visitor-reservation system was very small. We discuss the difference between national park visitors and ordinary citizens and the policy conditions according to changes in park management principles and public attitudes toward national parks.
This study attempted to verify the relationship between job burnout and organizational citizenship behavior among South Korean soldiers in the Navy force by applying the Job Demands-Resource Model and Conservation of Resource Theory, and the moderated mediating effect of social capital through the work engagement and smartphone use. The mediating effect of work engagement and the moderating effect of social capital via smartphone use were examined in the relation between job burnout and organizational citizenship behavior. We combine the mediation effect model and the moderation effect model and tested the moderated mediation effect. To perform this study, the survey was conducted on the navy soldier on duty, and total of 324 data were analyzed. The results of this study were as follows: the complete mediation effect of work engagement in the relation of job burnout and organizational citizenship behavior was verified, social capital via smartphone use moderated the relation between job burnout and work engagement, and the moderated mediation effect of social capital via smartphone use in the relation between job burnout and organizational citizenship behavior through work engagement was identified. Based on the results, implications, limitations, and future research directions of the current study were discussed.

In contemporary society, the importance of 'Citizen Participation' has been recognized and actively used in various fields. Archives are also planning citizen participation activities according to the trend, but there is a limit to taking the form of passive participation activities such as participation in contests and donation of records. The ultimate purpose of this study is to prepare issues and specific action plans to induce more active citizen participation in domestic archives. To this end, first, previous studies related to citizen participation in the field of records management were reviewed, and terms and concepts were established. Next, advanced cases that are stably operating overseas were selected and analyzed from various aspects, and through this, specific program operation elements and pros and cons were identified. After that, the current status of domestic archives that have or are planning to engage in citizen participation activities was investigated to derive factors to be considered from a practical point of view when introducing the actual program. Based on this study, it is hoped that it will contribute to the establishment of a participating recording culture by designing and operating Citizen-Participating Programs suitable for individual archives.
