This study examined the linkage between positive cognitive bias and entrepreneurial intention. Self-enhancement, unrealistic optimism, and illusion of control have been collectively referred as positive cognitive bias. We examined the effects of positive cognitive bias on attitudes toward success and failure. And we also examined the effect of attitudes toward success and failure on entrepreneurial intension. This study investigated these relationships using 240 high school students. The result of analysis indicated that the self-enhancement bias and unrealistic optimism bias had positive effects on attitude toward failure, but it had not any effect on attitude toward success. The illusion of control bias has positive effects on attitude toward success, but it had not any effect on attitude toward failure. The attitudes toward success and failure had positive effect on entrepreneurial intension. Then results of this study suggests that the cognitive biases showed a role of antecedents of attitudes toward success and failure. Finally, this study concluded with a discussion of the implications of the research findings and directions for future research.

This study examined the linkage between uncertainty tolerance and attitude toward trying business start-up. Uncertainty tolerance can classify by degrees of uncertainty as risk and ambiguity. We examined the effects of risk tolerance and ambiguity tolerance on attitudes toward trying success and failure. And we also examined the effect of attitudes toward trying success and failure on business start-up trying. This study investigated these relationships using 173 under graduate students. The result of analysis indicated that the risk tolerance had positive effects on attitude toward trying failure, but it had not any effect on attitude toward success and process. The ambiguity tolerance has positive effects on attitude toward trying failure and trying process, but it had not any effect on attitude toward success. The attitudes toward trying success, trying failure, and trying process had positive effect on attitude toward business start-up trying. Then results of this study suggests that the uncertainty(risk and ambiguity) tolerance showed a role of antecedent of attitudes toward trying success and failure. Finally, this study concluded with a discussion of the implications of the research findings and directions for future research.

The purpose of this study were to identify the effect of Learning Together(LT) on underachiever's academic achievement and learning attitudes. To solve above study purpose, the subject of this study were 20 second-grade underachiever selected from two classes of middle school. The subject classified into two group. In this study, the experimental group were participated in LT method and comparison group were participated lecture-centered instruction. Experimental period were 8 weeks. After the experimental treatment, underachiever's academic achievement and learning attitudes carried out post-test. And the results of the data were analyzed by t-test and MANOVA. The results were as follows: A academic achievement and learning attitude of underachiever's through LT method was significantly higher than those learning through lecture-centered instruction. Especially, a self-confidence, success-expect, attention, affection as subordinate variables of learning attitude was significantly higher than those learning through lecture-centered instruction. In conclusion, LT method effect on underachiever's academic achievement and learning attitudes. As observed by the above results, a LT method should be an applicable to underachiever's education program plan as an effective means of enhancing their academic achievement and learning attitudes.

정부는 새로운 일자리 창출과 지속적인 경제 개발을 위한 수단으로서 창업을 지원하는 다양한 정책을 실시하고 있다. 창업이 새로운 일자리 창출과 지속적인 경제 개발에 이바지하기 위해서는 창업 성공률이 제고되어야 한다. 창업의 성공은 창업가의 역량, 업종별 고객 수요 및 경쟁 강도, 특정 업종에 대한 창업가와 적합도 등 복합적인 요인에 의해 결정될 것이다. 지금까지의 창업연구는 창업가의 특성과 태도 등 내적 요인에 치우쳐 있으며, 업종별 고객수요, 경쟁강도 등 외적 요인 및 특정 업종에 대한 창업가의 적합도 등 상호작용 요인에 관한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 내적 요인, 외적 요인, 상호작용 요인을 체계화하려는 시도 또한 부족하다. 본 연구는 창업 성공에 영향을 미치는 복합적인 요인에 관한 지식을 체계적으로 수집하여 저장하고, 이를 활용할 수 있는 지식 베이스로서 창업 온톨로지의 필요성을 제안하고, 창업 온톨로지의 구축 활용 방안을 제시한다. 본 연구는 창업 온톨로지의 필요성을 최초로 제안하고, 창업 온톨로지를 구축 활용하는 방안을 종합적으로 제시한다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

시대적 변화에 따른 경력성공의 관점이 변화하고 있지만 다수의 연구들은 창업과 취업을 분리하여 연구되어 왔다. 또한 환경의 변화뿐만 아니라 개인 가치관의 변화에 따라 평생 직장의 개념이 사라졌으며 전 생애에 걸친 학습의 필요성이 대두 되고 있다. 학습의 형태는 기존의 지식을 전달하는 형태에서 다양하게 변화해왔다. 교실 수업의 형태는 팀활동과 미디어 활용을 중심으로 변화하고 있으며 교실 밖 수업에서는 자율적인 동아리 활동이나 커뮤니티의 참여 등을 통해 역량을 향상시키는 기회를 제공하고 있다. 개인의 경력은 인생에 걸친 학습과 일에 관련된 경험 및 행동과 연관된 태도로부터 발생한다. 이러한 경력을 이끌어가는 태도는 새로운 환경속에서 즉각적인 요구를 받아들이는 적응학습과 새로운 행동 및 지식을 유발하는 생성학습, 그리고 상호작용 패턴 인식을 통해 새로운 시도를 하는 전환학습을 지속적으로 일으킨다. 또한 이러한 무형식 학습들은 취업과 연계 될 뿐만 아니라 창업의도에도 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있다. 본 연구는 자기주도성과 가치지향성을 척도로 하는 프론티언 경력태도가 창업의도에 영향을 미치지 확인함으로서 기존의 취업역량과 연결시켜왔던 연구에 새로운 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 무형식학습 활동을 매개변인으로 투입하여 학습 과정에서 자연스럽게 발생하는 학습의 효과를 확인하여 변화된 교육형태의 중요성을 확인하는데 의의가 있다. 이에 더해 스마트미디어를 활용하는 능력인 스마트미디어 리터러시와 팀 학습을 지향하는 팀학습 선호도를 조절효과로 보아 분석함으로서 스마트미디어활용 학습과 팀학습의 형태로 변화하고 있는 교육 현장의 특성을 함께 확인하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2019년 3월부터 6월까지 교육과 경력 환경의 변화의 중심에 서있는 대학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 이를 분석하고자 한다.

One of the essential factors for successful college mathematics class is to provide a strong motivation for learning to students. In this respect, this paper attempted to find out how the letter-writing assignment can change students' learning attitude and enhance their motivation for further mathematical investigation. The process is to have all students write up letters containing a summary of the major points covered during the semester, and to find out how valuable is the letter-writing assignment. The major finding of this research is that the letter-writing assignment makes a notable contribution to the desirable change of students' learning attitude. From this finding, we suggest that the letter-writing assignment be adopted by more math classes and expect that such expansion of the letter-writing assignment would have a positive influence on the students' learning attitude.

본격적인 정보화시대를 맞아 정부에서는 정보화사회를 조기에 구현, 정착시키고자 행정,금융, 교육/연구, 국방, 복지등 5개 분야에 걸친 국가 기간망 구축사업을 위시하여 각종 정보화 정책 및 사업을 추진하고 있다. 그러나 국가정보화사회를 성공적으로 구현하기 위해서는 그의 인프라(Infra)인 지역별 정보화가 추진되어야 한다. 지역정보화는 이제 국가정보화사회를 구현하는데 필수적으로 거쳐야 할 중간단계로 인식되고 있다. 충북지역에서도 청주/청원 지역을 정보화의거점으로 삼아 지역데이타베이스를 구축하고 이를 공중통신망에 접속하여 주민들이 가정이나 직장에서 컴퓨터 단말기를 통하여 필요한 정보를 검색하고,주민간 상호정보교류는 물론 의견이나 제안을 해당 기관 및 단체에 알릴 수 있는 본격적인 지역정보통신 시대를 개막하고자 하는 계획을 추진하고 있다. 그러나 지역정보란 개념과 범위가 방대하고 이용집단에 따라 정보 수요가 다양한 차이를 보일 수 있기 때문에 단번에 지역의 모든 집단의 정보수요를 충족시킬 수 있는 데이터베이스를 구축한다는 것은 불가능한 것이다. 따라서 지역 데이터베이스는 단계적이며 일관성을 유지한 추진 계획과 지속적인 구축노력이 필수적이다. 이러한 배경하에 본 소고에서는 정보항목별 데이터베이스 구축의 우선순위를 파악하고 데이비스의 기술수용모델을 중심으로 사용자에 대한 기술 수용태도를 알아보기 위해 검증을 시도하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the country image, the country attitude, the medical service attitude and the use intention about international medical service market in china and how these factors are related to one another. Data were collected from 609 chinese consumers who have known international medical service. We found the country image about international medical service institute has direct relation to the country attitude, the medical service attitude and use intention. And the country attitude influences the medical service attitude and use intention. However the medical service attitude of international medical service is not related to use intention. For a successful international medical service business, marketer should recognize that it is important to formulate the policy using the country image as well as the corporation image.

This study aims to develop an attitude toward work scale on the welfare recipients in Korea. This study has process through literature review and empirical research. As a results, there are 3 factors, 'independent/reliance', 'work as itself', 'hardworking and success' in this scale. And this scale is composed of 11 items with 5 likert scale. The sums of squared loading of this scale is 54.9%, and the internal reliability is ${\alpha}=.79$. The means of attitude toward work on welfare recipients in Korea is 43.9 among the total sum 55. This means the welfare recipients in Korea have highly positive attitude toward work. This study has an implication as a first trial to measure work attitude on welfare recipients in Korea more objective and scientific. But this scale need some follow-up study to improve the validity and elaboration.

The purpose of this study was to develop a learning motivation program and to test its effect to provide basic data to be used for freshmen who are going to enter nursing college and various educational strategies and policies for successful university life. In order to develop the program, the contents of the program were structured so as to improve the learning ability, self-directed ability, and social competence through the current research and literature review. As a result, motivation (F=3.45 p=.033), core competence (F=7.35 p=.001), time management (F=9.80 p<.001) and career attitude maturity (F=19.83 p<.001) were significantly increased before the program. This suggests that the composition of the learning motivation program includes various learning strategies unlike nursing and majors.
