  • 기하형상이나 엔지니어링에 관한 정보를 3차원 모델기반으로 다루는 BIM기술은 기존의 2차원 도면작업들에 비해 업무의 효율성이나 신속성, 비용측면 등에서 많은 이점을 제공할 수 있어 건축계획 및 설계, 엔지니어링, 시공, 유지관리, 에너지분석 등 건설산업의 전 분야에 활용되고 있다. 본 논문은 BIM용 프로그램들간에 정보교환을 위해 사용되는 건물의 국제표준 정보모델인 IFC 파일로부터 구조해석을 위한 건물형상모델을 자동으로 구축하기 위한 방법을 제시하고, 실제 구현한 프로그램으로 적용사례를 보여준다.

  • Efficiency and efficient management on maintenance/repair/operation (MRO) phase is getting important with advance in technologies and complex functionalities of building and facility, Using software systems as well as advanced hardware systems in MRO area is spreading along with this trend to take advantage of information technology. Information of building and facility for MRO phase is derived from engineering/procurement/construction (EPC) phase. But most current commercial software systems in EPC and MRO are focusing on their own phase, which arise lack of consistency of information from EPC to MRO phase. But, the information system now used at the MRO phase stop flowing the building and the facilities information and then newly create. Moreover, from an asset management point of view, asset particulars such as the structures and equipments are different the value fluctuation. In order to reflect these information rationally, the construction costs are correctly distributed and the initial price of the asset particulars have to be estimated. In this study, develop the information model which can apply the cost information at the EPC phase to the MRO phase.

  • Top-down construction is a useful method of utilizing the working space, economic benefits and shorten the construction period. Precision construction of the elevator core is very important for safety of the top-down structure. In this study, the layout system for the field-BIM(Building Information Modeling) was used to precisely construct the elevator core in the basement and the ground. Through the layout system, it was possible to process the construction status, review the design results and construction errors, and confirm whether there is or not within the construction error range for elevator installation.

  • 최근 우리나라뿐만 아니라 전 세계적으로 고층건물의 규모가 점점 커짐에 따라 고층 건물은 초기단계에서부터 막대한 자원과 비용이 발생하고 도중에 설계변경이 어렵거나 불가능한 경우가 많아졌다. 때문에 초기구조설계과정과 실시설계, 시공과정에서의 차이를 최대한 줄이는 것이 사업의 경제성을 좌우할 만큼 중요한 비중을 차지한다. 이러한 정보를 제대로 관리할 초고층 BIM 정보환경이 구축된다면 발주자 설계자 시공자가 얻게 될 이익은 결코 적지 않을 것이다. S-BIM 프로세스 상에서 철골조를 형성하기 위해서는 세 단계의 프로세스를 거치는데 구조 해석 및 설계 단계, 구조 해석 및 설계 결과 데이터베이스 구축, 철골구조설계 및 형상화 모듈에 의한 부재 생성이다. 본 연구에서는 구조해석 및 설계(Analysis and Design, A&D) 데이터베이스를 C#코딩을 통해 형상, 길이 및 위치 정보를 결정하는 데 필요한 정보를 모듈 상에 불러오고, 이를 이용한 부재의 치수, 길이, 좌표 값을 산정하였다. 모듈 결과 생성된 정보를 BIM 플랫폼 상에 모델링함으로써 사용자 입력 값을 최소로 하여 기존 BIM 플랫폼의 모델링 방법 대비, 생산성이 향상된 철골구조설계의 자동화를 구현해 보고자 하였다.

  • There is a tremendous need for an effective indoor facility management since the building are tend to be built taller and bigger due to latest technology, Also, information that is continuously used and transferred during the design and construction phase is emerging due to 3D object-oriented CAD. Therefore, a system that will use such information for facility management should be developed. In this study, we present the methodology for definition the process that generates the Space Network Model automatically and examine the effective value of it.

  • Recently, there have been a growing number of cases using precast concrete construction methods to efficiently carry out construction projects. In order to efficiently carry out PC construction, it is necessary to establish a production plan of PC components that effectively reflect various design alternatives during the initial design stage. Because the production plan of PC components is based on productivity of PC members, the use of PC production simulations that can effectively predict productivity for design alternatives is necessary. Therefore, this paper propose a method to efficiently generate design alternatives which is necessary to perform to production simulations using parametric modeling techniques and BIM.

In this study, we have defined a process that will automatically create an spatial network model and also verified the usability by establishing an sample model. As a result, an effective spatial network has been generated and an evacuation path finder was found efficiently.

  • 본 논문에서는 사례연구를 통하여 RC구조 BIM에서의 물량정보 획득의 효율성을 분석하고 이를 기반으로 BIM 프로세스 환경에서의 철근 및 콘크리트 물량산출을 위한 데이터베이스를 구축하여 현장 시공단계에서의 공정 및 물량관리의 협업단계를 가능하도록 하는 철근 Sorting 시스템에 대한 연구를 목적으로 한다. 기존의 건설, 건축분야에서의 정보는 기호적 언어와 2차원 기반의 도면 정보체계를 통해 표현되었지만, BIM 기술을 통해 건물의 실제 형상과 정보를 가지는 3차원 기반의 정보체계로의 변화와 함께 컴퓨터 데이터베이스 내에서 프로젝트에 포함된 모든 정보를 저장하고, 다양한 형태로 필요에 따라 정보를 표현할 수 있게 변화하고 있다. 견적 및 시공을 위한 RC구조설계단계에서의 배근 모델은 협업을 위한 객체 정보의 획득 및 추출이 중요하지만 현재 상용되고 있는 BIM도구에서는 현재까지 미흡한 체계를 이루고 있다. 본 논문에서는 구조설계를 기반으로 배근된 BIM 구조모델 사례를 통하여 기존 BIM도구에서의 물량 정보획득 효율성 분석을 기반으로 객체들의 데이터베이스 구축을 통한 철근 Sorting 시스템 구축 연구를 통하여 협업단계에서의 체계적 물량정보 관리를 가능하도록 하였다.

Development of Model Requirements Checklist for Utilizing BIM in Construction Phase - Focused on the MEP - (시공단계 BIM 활용을 위한 모델 요구조건 체크리스트 개발 - MEP를 중심으로 -)

  • The application of BIM that can manage and integrate information generated during the entire life cycle of buildings in domestic and overseas construction projects is becoming active. When BIM is utilized in the construction phase, it can shorten the construction period, reduce the occurrence of reworks and improve collaboration capability. However, there are limitations in applying BIM to the construction phase due to the insufficient definition level of domestic BIM guidelines and inadequate design standards. In this regard, this study developed BIM model requirements checklist for the application of BIM in the construction phase. To develop the checklists, 21 domestic and overseas BIM guidelines, three public construction projects and four private construction projects to which construction BIM was applied, were analyzed. Based on the guidelines and cases, a total of 62 construction BIM model requirements (31 model objects and 31 attribute rules) and proposed construction BIM model requirement checklists by dividing the 61 requirements according to the requirement and purpose for utilization were identified. It is expected that the practical applications of the checklists proposed in this study will improve the level of BIM model in construction phase. In addition, this study has its significance as a basic research that can be used in the development of standardized guidelines for BIM model in construction phase from academic aspects.
