The main purpose of this study is to analyze the importance of the construction work of apartment buildings. The construction work operation was divided into five major tasks, which include: Schedule Control (P'1 - P5) Construction Management (C'1 - C'5), Environmental Management (E'1 - E'3), and Quality Management. Finally, this study derived major construction execution tasks through correlation between construction work and the original index and t-test.

Recently, due to urban development and expansion, construction plans have been increasing adjacent to existing tunnel structures such as subways, roads, and large pipelines. Structural plans adjacent to existing tunnels have different effects on tunnel stability depending on the construction method, degree of proximity, and location of new structures. In particular, the pressure water tunnel shows a very large difference from other road tunnels and railway tunnels in geotechnical characteristics and operation characteristics. Therefore, it is necessary to review the safety zone due to adjacent construction in consideration of the geotechnical characteristics of the water tunnel and the new sturure construction method. In this study, the existing tunnel safety zone standards were investigated. A stability evaluation performed numerical analysis considering the deterioration of concrete lining in operation and the characteristics of water tunnel. In addition, the impact of vibration caused by pile construction and blasting excavation of new structures was reviewed. Based on this, a pressure water tunnel safety zone was proposed in consideration of adjacent construction.

서울 양청구 신정동 일대 총 연면적 45만 $1,943.09m^2$에 3,069가구가 건립되는 신정3지구 아파트 건설사업이 한창이다. 오는 2011년 7월 준공을 두고 토목공사와 골조공사에 여념이 없는 신정3지구는 총 5개 단지에서 국내 내로라하는 건설기업들이 초고를 뽐내며 쾌적한 주거환경을 조성하고 있다. 그 중 2단지와 5단지 시공을 담당하고 있는 금호건설은 건설기술을 넘어 철학으로 접근한다. 그 철학 속에서 쾌적한 친환경 주거공간 완공뿐만 아니라 현장 근로자의 안전을 먼저 생각하는 따듯한 마음으로 무재해 시공에도 열을 올린다. 국내 건설기업 Top 10에 드는 기업답게 현장 운영에 있어서도 Top의 면모를 보여주고 있는 신정3지구 2,5단지(정현영 현장소장 / 이하 2,5단지) 현장은 안전에 있어서도 최고의 수준을 고수한다.

현대에 이르러서 기술의 발전과 COVID-19 확산, 인구 고령화, 3D 업종 기피 등의 영향으로 부족한 노동력을 대체하고 비대면 업종 증가에 따라 이동성을 갖춘 서비스 로봇이 대거 개발 및 보급되고 있다. 서비스 로봇의 시장 진입을 촉진하기 위한 움직임을 활발히 있으나 이에 관한 체계적인 사고조사 및 안전연구가 이루어지지 않는 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 전문 서비스 로봇의 안전한 사용을 위하여 서비스 로봇의 설치 및 사용 단계에서의 위험성평가 모델 개발과 건설업 무인 시공 로봇의 위험성 평가과정을 기술한다.

창원시와 마산시, 진해시가 합쳐져 지난 2010년 출범한 통합 창원시. 3개시가 통합되면서 인구 110만명에 달하는 거대 기초단체가 설립됐다. 이에 발맞춰 이곳에서는 각종 사회기반시설, 생활편의시설들이 속속 들어섰고 이 가운데에는 신(新) 주거문화의 중심을 이끄는 것도 포함돼 있다. 바로 태영건설이 야심차게 시공하고 있는 '마산메트로시티 2단지 아파트'가 그것이다. 특히 이곳은 경남에서는 최초의 초고층아파트(최고층 55층)라는 상징성까지 갖고 있다. 때문에 이곳을 시공하는 태영건설에서는 안전에 남다른 관심과 노력을 기울이고 있다. 조그마한 사고도 이런 명성에 오점을 남길 수 있기 때문이다. 무재해 준공을 목표로 하고 있는 이곳의 안전관리가 어떻게 전개되고 있는지 찾아가 봤다.

As the construction of infrastructure using the underground tunnel in urban area have been rapidly increased, various accidents and collapses of tunnel including structure have been occurred in deep urban tunnelling. The concern and worry relating to the risk and safety of the tunnel during excavation is becoming the key issues in deep urban tunnelling. In this study, it was conducted for deep urban tunnel at GTX (Great Train Express) line which was located in Seoul metropolitan area to determine the risk characteristics for tunnel according to urban tunnelling. Also, it was reviewed the risk analysis and evaluation of the tunnel, shaft and station. And after a review of risk analysis and evaluation for risk register and hazard identification by using a risk matrix method, safety management of the tunnel according to excavation was evaluated to be secured. This study is expected to be applied as useful approach in deep urban tunnelling if you need to review the risk and safety management system of tunnel according to mitigation measures in complex urban tunnelling.

The number of construction accident deaths in Korea is increasing and most causes of construction accidents are human factors. Voluntary participation of construction workers in safety activities is likely to improve these human factors and increase the prevention effect of construction accidents. Therefore, there is a need to study the motivation of workers to meet the voluntary participation of construction workers. In this respect, the purpose of this study is to compare the importance of construction field engineers and construction managers about the safety motivation factors of construction workers. This study analyzed the results of the questionnaire survey about safety motivation factors and conducted a T-test for these factors. The results of this study can be used as managing method to effective on-site safety management by minimizing the difference between the two groups according to motivation factors of construction workers.

This paper studied the cause of the deterioration of the four 3-Arch tunnels built in mid-1990. The common deteriorations of the four 3-Arch tunnels were longitudinal cracks, leakage and efflorescence at the same parts of lining concrete. Three fourths of 3-Arch tunnels, there was high percentage longitudinal cracks and a quarter was low frequency about longitudinal cracks. So the material reviewed to find out the differences between two groups in construction process and analysis was conducted such as non-destructive testing, precise visual survey and safety evaluation of one tunnel which had bad ground condition As the result, the tunnels were safety condition and the primary deterioration occurred during the construction process, namely, problems arrangement of rebar and the effects of the blast at middle tunnel.

아파트의 주거환경은 집단주거지로 편리성 및 안전성, 쾌적한 환경 등의 주거목적을 추구하고 있다. 사용자 위주의 편리성을 추구하는 시공이 되어야 하며, 시공업무에 종사하는 사람 모두가 본연의 임무를 소중하게 여기고 사용자의 편안함과 쾌적함을 고려하는 정성이 모아진 시공이어야 한다. 아파트 시공은 여러 가지 자재와 여러 공종이 시기적절하게 투입되므로 종합관리가 필요한 복잡한 공정들의 만남이다. 본 시공지침서는 현장에서 시공할 때 도움을 주고자 설비시공의 기본골격을 언급하였으며, 시간의 흐름에 따라 변할 수도 있음을 감안하여 참고해야 할 것이다. 본지 지난해 6월호부터 연재되어오던 $\ulcorner$아파트 설비시공지침$\lrcorner$이 지난 1월호엔 지면관계로 게재하지 못했다.
