Reinforcement Effect of Marine Structure Foundation by Deep Mortar Piling (심층몰탈파일에 의한 호안구조물의 기초보강 효과)

  • In this study, for the stability analysis of marine embankment, the slope stability analysis and possibility of lateral movement with the marine embankment in ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$harbor were carried out. In order to simulate the practical site condition, the expected maximum sea water level and maximum embankment height were assumed for these analyses. For the evaluation of soil properties, field test, laboratory test, and especially chemical composition analysis were performed for the this analysis. Based on these test results, the soil parameters were determined by applying ground improvement concept under columnar stabilized ground condition and also the effect of staged backfilling was considered under the dredged ground condition. For the optimal design, the stability analyses of embankment with changed height and unchanged height were performed under unimproved soil condition. The result showed that both cases were unstable not only with slope stability but also with lateral movement. Therefore, Deep Mortar Piling was applied for stability analysis and this result was safe. As the conclusion, the deep mortar piling method was suggested as reinforced foundation design for this site.

A Study on Controlling the Negative Reaction of Cable Stayed Bridge Considering Constructability and Economy : Vam Cong Cable Stayed Bridge in Vietnam (시공성 및 경제성을 고려한 사장교 부반력 제어 연구 : 베트남 밤콩 사장교 사례)

  • Cable stayed bridge is supported by cables and the negative reaction occurs by cables at anchor pier. To solve this problem, the proper side span ratio and the negative reaction measure of anchor pier are needed. And structural system of cable stayed bridge is determined by solution of the negative reaction as installation of the intermediate pier, counterweight and so on. In feasibility study, Vam Cong bridge was planned as 5 span cable stayed bridge. However, it was changed to 3 span cable stayed bridge in detailed design because of constructability and economy. The intermediate pier was excluded in order to improve the constructability, and side span ratio increased to control the negative reaction. As a result, Vam Cong bridge secure constructability, structural safety, and efficiency.

터널 콘크리트 라이닝 균열저감 방안 연구

  • 최근 터널에서 균열, 누수 등과 같은 현상이 많이 발생하고 있어 터널의 안정성 및 균열보수, 미관, 고객의 공용 중 심리적 불안감을 조성한다는 것을 쉽게 찾을 수 있다. 고속국도 제30호선 상주~안동간은 16개소/12km의 터널이 설계되어 있어 터널의 비중이 크다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 터널 라이닝 균열발생 원인분석 및 기존사례 조사를 통하여 균열발생 최소화 방안을 검토 및 터널 라이닝의 유해한 균열방지를 위하여 공사관계자(발주처, 감리사, 시공사, 하도급사 등) 의견수렴을 통한 여러 가지 대책공법을 제안하였으며 제안공법의 효율성을 판단하기 위해 고속국도 제30호선 상주~안동간 제 8공구의 단촌 2터널, 단촌 3터널에 시험시공을 실시하여 각 공법별 균열율 및 시공성, 경제성을 고려하여 결과를 분석하고 최적의 공법을 파악, 전파하는데 그 목적이 있다.

  • 한탄강홍수조절댐의 형식은 기본설계(TK)시 지형 및 지질조건, 재료원 조건, 댐 안정성, 여수로설치조건, 친환경조건, 경제성 등을 종합적으로 고려하여 콘크리트중력심댐으로 결정하였으며, 콘크리트 중력심댐 축조를 위한 공법으로 재래식 타설공법과, Layer 타설공법을 가설비 규모, 시공성, 공기 등을 비교 검토하여 Layer 타설공법(R.C.D)을 채택하였다. Layer 타설공법은 일정 물량에 이상에 대해서는 일반 콘크리트 블록식 타설공법과 비교하여 경제성과 시공성 등이 양호하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 사업 진행중인 한탄강홍수조절댐을 통한 R.C.D공법과 일반 블록식 콘크리트 타설 방법을 비교 분석하고자 한다.

Field Survey on the Construction Errors for the Members of Reinforced Concrete Structures (현장조사를 통한 철근콘크리트 구조 부재의 시공오차에 관한 연구)

  • Information on the distribution characteristics of construction errors is very important to determine the member factors, which are to be introduced in a new Korean design code for reinforced concrete structures. The new design code, which is under development for reinforced concrete structures, is based on the performance design concept. The construction errors of reinforced concrete members are mainly caused by the firmness and dimensional accuracy of forms, the arranging condition of reinforcing bars, the pouring and compaction methods of concrete, the skills of field workers, and the experience of supervisors. To find out the construction errors of reinforced concrete structures already built in Korea, a field survey for cover thickness, effective depth of reinforcement, the thickness of slabs and walls, and the dimension of beams and columns has been performed. Based on the survey, which is the first time in Korea, the analysis results are presented. The measuring methods for the construction errors, which have been established through the laboratory tests, are also presented. In addition, the measured construction errors from the survey are compared with the allowable tolerances in the current domestic and foreign specifications.

  • 국내에 다수의 공동주택이 건설되고 있거나 공사중에 있으며 그 수요 또한 향후 지속적으로 증가할 예정이다. 그러나 이러한 증가추세의 공동주택 중 대피공간 규정이 신설된 1992년 이전에 시공된 건축물은 현재에도 대피공간 및 피난시설이 부재한 상황이다. 또한, 현재 계획 및 시공, 준공된 준초고층의 공동주택에 설치되어 있는 대피공간 및 이에 준하는 시설은 사생활 침해 및 타 용도 공간 활용 등으로 기능이 상실되어 있다. 이에 따라 공동주택 피난 및 대피공간에 대한 실효성을 검토할 필요가 있고 타 시 도의 선진사례를 분석하여 정책적 제안을 마련할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 공동주택 피난시설의 효율성 강화를 위해 광주광역시의 공동주택 관련 현황 및 사례 조사와 관련 법규 분석을 통해 피난시설 및 대피공간의 문제점을 검토하고 효율성이 높은 대피시설 등을 활용할 수 있는 정책적 제언 및 인센티브 제도, 가이드라인 등 정책 대안을 제시하였다.

Development and Performance Evaluation of Under Cut Anchor Stone Curtain Wall Construction Method (언더컷 앵커 방식의 석재 커튼월 공법 개발 및 성능평가)

  • Structural safety as well as variety and aesthetics of building facade are currently gathering more attention in building construction and stone curtain wall is widely used in exterior wall. However, two main problems are existed in curtain wall construction method. One is an uniformity of construction quality and the other is a repair work of stone panels. Also, the noise and vibration occurring in construction may be cause of civil complaint. Therefore, a new method is needed to overcome these problems. This paper presents a new stone curtain wall system using under cut anchor and secondary holes that was developed in this study. Additionally, structural performance evaluation was conducted to verify the constructability and structural safety for wind pressure and seismic load. Through the evaluation of this method, improved constructability and economic efficiency were verified.

  • Explosive blasting, hydaulic power unit and rock splitter are typically utilized for rockmass breakage and cutting in reconstruction of building structures and other construction site. Hydraulic rock cutting method, that can be utilized any weather conditions, has been applied mainly by experience for controling damages caused by vibration, noise and rock cuttings, and reducing damage claim by protecting adjacent structures. However, it is required to understand the characteristics of rockmass to improve operation efficiency. Although every cutting method has its own advantage, but it should be applied by considering site circumstance and rockmass properties in details to maximize the operation efficiency and economic feasibility.

  • 본 연구에서는 최근 건설산업의 대형화, 복잡화 등으로 인해 설계와 시공의 불확실성 증가로 대두되고 있는 개방형 BIM 환경에서의 품질검토를 관점으로 표준적인 검증 프로세스에 활용되고 있는 표준 포맷인 IFC를 기반으로 호환성을 시험하였다. 개방형 BIM기반의 품질 검토는 물리정보 품질, 논리정보 품질, 데이터 품질로 구분할 수 있으며, 본 연구에서는 각 품질 검토의 구분에 따라 다양한 측면으로의 호환성 시험을 수행하였다. 그에 따라 호환성 시험 결과를 도출하고, 현 상황의 문제점 및 해결방안을 제시하여 향후 효율적인 개방형 BIM 환경에서의 품질 검토를 위해 필요한 요구 조건 및 적용 방향을 제시하였다.

Engineering Properties of HPFRCC Including Both Organic and Inoranic Fibers (유·무기 섬유를 복합사용한 HPFRCC의 공학적 특성)

  • The high performance fiber reinforced cementitious composite (HPFRCC) controls the cracking development of the structure by inducing micro-cracking and strain hardening behavior after the initial cracking under the tensile conditions. Although, in Korea, the research about manufacturing the single-fiber reinforced cementitious composite or the mechanical properties of hardened status has been conducted, the research to apply the HPFRCC with multi-fiber is not sufficient. Hence, in this research, considering the workability and economic aspect for practical applications, the engineering properties of HPFRCC with combined long steel fiber (SL) and long organic fiber (OL) are evaluated such as workability and strength. As a result of evaluating the engineering properties of HPFRCC, the most favorable performance was obtained when the mixture contained 1.5% of combined SL and OL.
